1998年3月-1999年2月,在四川省青川县唐家河自然保护区,运用逐步判别分析的方法,对羚牛,鬣羚,斑羚春冬季对生境的利用进行了对比研究,研究结果表明,虽然它们在生境选择上有部分重叠,但是其对生境的利用方式均有显著的差异,在春季,羚牛主要利用海拔较高,食物丰富度高,灌木较大,离灌木较远的生境,鬣羚和斑羚主要利用海拔较低,食物丰富度中等,灌木较小,离灌木较近的生境,在冬季,羚牛主要利用坡度适中,海拔适中,乔木较大,乔木较稀,离乔木较远的生境,鬣羚主要利用坡度较陡,海拔较高,乔木较小,乔木较稀,离乔木适蝇的生境;斑羚主要利用坡度较缓,海拔较低,乔木较小,乔木较密,离乔木较近的生境。  相似文献

徐淮地区新元古代海相碳酸盐岩地层分布广泛,其中由微生物生命活动形成的叠层石十分发育,构成了各种形态及规模的礁体,文内拟就该区地层序列中叠层石组合及其演变过程,讨论其环境的变迁及区域地层对比,根据徐淮地区叠层石组合的层位分布特点,可划分为3个亚组合,自上而下分别为:亚组合I,星散分布于贾园组,赵圩组及九里桥组,以Baicalia,Jurusania,Inzeria,Crassphloem,Grmnosolen及Stratifera为特征,形成小型点礁和生物丘,亚组合Ⅱ。广泛分布于倪园组,九顶山组,张渠组,魏集组,史家组,望山组及四顶山组,包括Conophyton,Jacutophyton,Acaciella,Baicalia,Jurusania,Linella,Tungussia,Anabaria,Minjaria,Katavia,Gymnosolen,Colonnella及Stratifera等多种类型,建造起巨大而复杂的堡礁,堤礁,斑礁,环礁及生物丘/层,亚组合Ⅲ,仅见于金山寨组,以Boxonia,Xiehiella及Anabaria为主,构成中型的点礁及生物丘,这套叠层石组合面貌,造礁规模及多样化程度说明,它们显然形成于新元古代大冰期之前的叠层石繁盛期,其层位大致可与我国华北及东北青白口系上部,俄罗斯上里菲系及澳大利亚苦泉组的叠层石组合对比。  相似文献

Spontaneous nodule bacteria of soybean plants are absent from the Sutn-Eastern Kazakhstan soils. Therefore, bacterization of soybean plants with these bacteria is necessary for obtaining high crops of this culture. Among tested strains of soybean nodule bacteria, strain 623(a) was found to be the most effective one. The use of nitrogen with this strain stimulated the intensive formation of nodules, the growth and development of plants, the activation of physiological processes in them, and increased the yield of green mass, hay and grains as well as the content of protein in them and its yield per area unit. Mineral nitrogen added to soil at a concentration of 120 kg per hectare decreased the activity of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, increased the crop of green mass and hay, but decreased the yield of grain of soybean and other cultures sown after it in crop rotation.  相似文献

大豆对臭氧、二氧化碳及其复合效应的响应   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以大豆‘中黄14'为试验材料,首次模拟研究大气中O3、CO2浓度增加,及其逐渐和持续增加O3、CO2浓度复合效应对大豆的影响.结果表明,CO2浓度增加可缓解O3对叶片的伤害程度,受害时间推迟,受害症状无实质性变化.熏气20 d测定各处理叶片生理参数发现,在本底大气环境下,叶片气孔阻力和蒸腾速率与对照差异较小,熏气时O3、CO2浓度增加诱导叶片气孔关闭,气孔阻力明显增加,蒸腾速率显著降低.与对照相比,O3浓度增加,大豆干物质积累、产量和收获指数明显降低,籽粒粗脂肪含量明显减少,粗蛋白含量显著增加;CO2浓度增加,干物质积累和产量显著提高,收获指数无明显差异,籽粒粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量均明显减少;逐渐和持续增加O3和CO2浓度复合效应处理下,大豆干物质积累、产量和收获指数差异不明显,籽粒粗蛋白含量不同程度地减少,粗脂肪含量显著增加.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to determine the effects of rumen-protected choline (RPC) supplementation on body condition, milk production and milk choline content during the periparturient period. Thirty-two Holstein cows were allocated into two groups (RPC group - with RPC supplementation, and control group - without RPC supplementation) 28 days before the expected calving. Cows were fed the experimental diet from 21 days before expected calving until 60 days of lactation. The daily diet of the RPC group contained 100 g of RPC from 21 days before calving until calving and 200 g RPC after calving for 60 days of lactation, which provided 25 g and 50 g per day choline, respectively. Body condition was scored on days -21, 7, 35 and 60 relative to calving. Milk production was measured at every milking; milk fat, protein and choline content were determined on days 7, 35 and 60 of lactation. Body condition was not affected by RPC supplementation. Milk yield was 4.4 kg higher for the group of cows receiving supplementary choline during the 60 days experimental period and 4% fat-corrected milk production was also increased by 2.5 kg/day. Milk fat content was not altered by treatment, but fat yield was increased by 0.10 kg/day as a consequence of higher milk yield in the RPC-treated group. Milk protein content tended to increase by RPC supplementation and a 0.18 kg/day significant improvement of protein yield was detected. Milk choline content increased in both groups after calving as the lactating period advanced. However, milk choline content and choline yield were significantly higher in the RPC group than in the control group. The improved milk choline and choline yield provide evidence that some of the applied RPC escaped ruminal degradation, was absorbed from the small intestine and improved the choline supply of the cows and contributed to the changes of production variables.  相似文献

Male Wistar rats aged 30, 75 and 150 days were fed for 14 days ad libitum on diets with an optimum protein content (15% for 30-day-old, 12.5% for 75-day-old and 10% for 150-day-old animals) and a mounting fat content (from 5 to 40%), supplemented by saccharides (from 76 to 41%). Net protein utilization was determined for each of the diets from the body nitrogen and protein intake values. Protein retention values were determined from protein intake on the basis of net protein utilization (NPU). Energy intake was computed from fat and saccharide intake, using energy coefficients. The optimum fat content of the diet, evaluated from the maximum protein retention value per day and the minimum amount of energy needed for the retention of 1 g protein, is 30% at 30 days, 15% at 75 days and 10% at 150 days. Protein retention per kg body weight falls with advancing age--mildly at 75 days compared with 30 days, but markedly at 150 days. From their smaller weight increments and NPU values and also from their lower protein retention, 150-day-old animals are characterized by slower growth and higher protein requirements for maintenance of their organism likewise demonstrated by the growth parameter net protein ratio (NPR). Energy requirements for total protein retention/day per kg body weight diminish with age. In old age a small amount of energy is needed only for the maintenance of body functions. This study contributes to the expression of the interrelationship of energy requirements and protein retention.  相似文献

大型养殖场粪便堆积造成严重的环境污染,对这类废弃物开展资源化利用研究具有重要生态学和经济学意义。以不施肥料处理(CK)为对照,研究了生态养殖场牛粪经腐熟(DD)和蚯蚓处理(RD)后对大豆生长与品质的影响。研究表明:生态养殖场牛粪经过两种处理后,在一定施用量范围(DD≤30 t/hm2,RD≤45 t/hm2)内,可显著增加大豆株高、分株数、干物质积累,促进植株生长,增加单株荚数、籽粒数、籽粒重,提高大豆产量(P<0.01)。施入腐熟牛粪30 t/hm2株高和单株结荚数比CK分别增加24.2 cm、63%;经蚯蚓处理后,可以提高牛粪施用量的上限,施入蚯蚓处理过的牛粪45 t/hm2时产量最高、单株结荚数最多,比CK分别增加72%和75%(P<0.01);施入蚯蚓处理过的牛粪15 t/hm2时,粗蛋白含量、蛋脂总量最高,比CK分别增加7%和6%(P<0.01)。本研究可为大型养殖场牛粪资源化利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

对2003年中国19个主要大豆种植省(直辖市、自治区)的大豆品种与种质资源的蛋白、脂肪含量和部分大豆品种水溶性蛋白含量进行了分析.结果表明,大豆种质资源的蛋白含量和蛋脂总量总体上与品种持平.品种脂肪含量总体上明显高于种质资源脂肪含量,说明当前中国种植的大豆中高脂肪的品种已经占有一定的比例. 北方、黄淮海、南方三大生态区大豆品种和种质资源蛋白含量呈现自北向南递增的趋势,而脂肪含量呈现递减趋势.生态、气象因子对大豆蛋白含量的影响大于对脂肪含量的影响.大豆水溶性蛋白含量总体上较高,基本适合豆制食品加工业的需要.  相似文献

Milk yield response of dairy cows fed fat along with protein   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The influence of a fat-coated protein on milk production of Holstein dairy cows was determined using a 4×4 Latin square experiment. Twelve cows were fed a control diet or test diets supplemented with fat, fat plus ruminally undegraded protein (RUP), or a fat-coated protein (Duets™). Cows fed test diets received 0.55 kg of more fat per day than cows in the control treatment. Daily intakes of feed, energy, and protein were the same in all treatments. Cows produced 36.5, 37.3, 37.9, and 39.3 kg of energy-corrected milk per day in control, fat, fat plus RUP, and fat-coated protein treatments, respectively. Cows fed fat-supplemented diets produced an average 1.7 kg more milk daily compared with cows in the control treatment. Feeding RUP along with fat or fat-coated protein provided no further improvement in milk yield compared with fat alone, but partially alleviated the depression in protein content caused by supplemental fat and increased the daily yield of milk protein. In the present experiment, cows fed fat-coated protein produced daily an average 60 g of milk protein more than cows fed fat alone. Since, there was no advantage in milk yield, the decision to include fat-coated protein in dairy rations should be based on its price compared to fat alone and the return in terms of milk protein yield.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to infer (co)variance components for daily milk yield, fat and protein contents, and somatic cell score (SCS) in Burlina cattle (a local breed in northeast Italy). Data consisted of 13576 monthly test-day records of 666 cows (parities 1 to 8) collected in 10 herds between 1999 and 2009. Repeatability animal models were implemented using Bayesian methods. Flat priors were assumed for systematic effects of herd test date, days in milk, and parity, as well as for permanent environmental, genetic, and residual effects. On average, Burlina cows produced 17.0 kg of milk per day, with 3.66 and 3.33% of fat and protein, respectively, and 358000 cells per mL of milk. Marginal posterior medians (highest posterior density of 95%) of heritability were 0.18 (0.09–0.28), 0.28 (0.21–0.36), 0.35 (0.25–0.49), and 0.05 (0.01–0.11) for milk yield, fat content, protein content, and SCS, respectively. Marginal posterior medians of genetic correlations between the traits were low and a 95% Bayesian confidence region included zero, with the exception of the genetic correlation between fat and protein contents. Despite the low number of animals in the population, results suggest that genetic variance for production and quality traits exists in Burlina cattle.  相似文献

Milk was obtained from three captive servals. The average nutrient content was 158.3+/-44.4 g protein; 152.6+/-62.3 g fat; and 68.7+/-31.4 g lactose per kg milk. The protein fraction respectively consisted of 117.7+/-44.8 g caseins per kg milk and of 40.6+/-6.7 g whey proteins per kg milk. Electrophoresis and identification of protein bands showed a similar migrating sequence of proteins as seen in cheetah and cat milk, with small differences in the beta-caseins. The lipid fraction contains 313.3+/-18.8 g saturated and 338.6+/-11.9 g mono unsaturated fatty acids per kg milk fat respectively. The high content of 292.4+/-24.9 g kg(-1) milk fat of polyunsaturated fatty acids is due to a high content in linolenic acid. No short chain fatty acids, but substantial levels of uneven carbon chain fatty acids were observed. In general, serval milk has a higher protein and fat content than that of the domestic cat and cheetah, and a lower content of unsaturated fatty acids than that of the domestic cat.  相似文献

The experiment investigated the effects of increasing dietary levels of bacterial protein meal (BPM) on various blood parameters reflecting protein and fat metabolism, liver function, and purine base metabolism in growing pigs. Sixteen barrows were allocated to four different experimental diets. The control diet was based on soybean meal. In the other three diets soybean meal was replaced with increasing levels of BPM, approximately 17%, 35%, and 50% of the nitrogen being derived from BPM. Blood samples from the jugular vein were taken when the body weights of the pigs were approximately 10 kg, 21 kg, 45 kg, and 77 kg. The blood parameters reflecting fat metabolism and liver function were not affected by diet. Both the plasma albumin and uric acid concentrations tended to decrease (P = 0.07 and 0.01, respectively) with increasing dietary BPM content, whereas the plasma glucose concentration tended to increase (P = 0.07) with increasing dietary BPM content. It was concluded that up to 50% of the nitrogen could be derived from BPM without affecting metabolic function, as reflected in the measured blood parameters.  相似文献
