本文就烟草潜叶蛾幼虫空间分布型及其垂直分布规律进行了探讨,结果表明:烟草潜叶蛾幼虫在田间呈聚集分布,聚集强度不因种群密度的改变而改变,幼虫主要聚集分布在烟草下部第一段(4片叶)上;降集或随机分布在第二段上;随机分布在第三段上,此外,应用虫株率进行田间种群密度的估计,其中Wilson模型和Gerrard模型所配理论曲线的预测值与实测值显著适合,但Gerrard模型的抽样估计误差较Wilson模型的小,最后本文用Taylor式中的参数a,b确定理论抽样数及序贯抽样,其模型分别为。 相似文献

竹小蜂幼虫空间分布型属于负二项分布;聚集度各指标测定结果表明,幼虫是聚集分布;经测定M^*=6.2836 0.3028^ˉx,屑于聚集分布。并用刀切法和F偏离度检验法对M^*进行了估计和检验测定为聚集分布。中分析并计算了林间调查的理论抽样数和序贯抽样决策,为今后该虫林间调查与防治提供了科学的依据。 相似文献

西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)已在北京部分蔬菜园区成功定居;对蔬菜生产造成危害。为了解该虫在蔬菜田的种群空间分布型;指导田间取样;本文应用几种聚集度指标的计算公式以及Taylor、Iwao的回归方程式;分析和测定了西花蓟马的种群空间分布格局。结果表明:在黄瓜和架豆上西花蓟马的空间分布型一致;均为聚集分布型;该虫的空间分布型不受种群密度的影响;并且也不随取样时间的变化而变化。种群数量动态研究显示西花蓟马成虫和若虫在黄瓜植株的中部叶片分布较多(从顶部向下数第4叶至第17叶片上成、若虫的分布数量多于其他叶片上的数量);未展开的叶片、嫩叶和下部老叶危害较轻。用Iwao回归法中α、β参数计算出在允许误差范围内的理论抽样数。 相似文献

This study was conducted to develop sequential sampling plans to estimate leafmine density by Liriomyza sativae (Blanchard) at two fixed-precision levels in a cucumber greenhouse. The within-greenhouse spatial patterns of leafmines were aggregated. The slopes and intercepts of Taylor’s power law did not differ between years. A fixed-precision level sampling plan was developed using the parameters of Taylor’s power law generated from total number of leafmines in a cucumber leaf at two precision levels (D) of 0.1 and 0.25. The resulting sampling plans were tested with sequential bootstrap simulations (n = 500) using 10 independent data sets for validation. Bootstrap simulation within a wide range of densities demonstrated that actual D′ values at desired D = 0.25 averaged less than or equal to 0.25 in all cases. Even at the lowest density of leafmine (0.27 mine per leaf), the actual mean D′ was 0.24 at D = 0.25. This result shows that the sampling plan developed in this study is effective and reliable for estimating the mine densities in cucumber greenhouses. 相似文献

为准确掌握苹果蠹蛾Cydia pomonella(L.)的田间发生动态,本文对苹果园中苹果蠹蛾卵的空间分布格局和抽样技术进行了研究。结果表明:在第2代卵发生高峰期,苹果叶片上的苹果蠹蛾卵量显著高于果实上的卵量(叶片上着卵量占总卵量的58.2%,P<0.05),叶片上的卵主要分布于叶片正面(正面着卵量占叶片上总卵量的69.6%,P<0.05);在树冠不同方位上,东、南两面的着卵量最大,但在不同空间层次上分布的卵量没有差异。卵在叶片和果实上均呈聚集分布,且聚集强度随种群密度的升高而增加,其聚集是由环境因素造成的。文中还根据Taylor幂法则参数建立了苹果蠹蛾卵的理论抽样数模型。 相似文献

本文采用聚集指标法分析了刺槐叶瘿蚊Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann)越冬幼虫的空间分布格局,结果表明:刺槐叶瘿蚊越冬幼虫在林间呈聚集分布;其聚集的原因与刺槐叶瘿蚊自身的行为习性有关或由刺槐叶瘿蚊本身与环境的异质性共同作用所造成。采用"z"字型、平行线、棋盘式、大五点、对角线5种抽样方法估计林间刺槐叶瘿蚊越冬幼虫虫口密度,确定对角线法调查15样方为最佳抽样方法。对土壤不同深度土层中越冬幼虫数量调查,明确最适取样深度为3cm。同时利用Iwao回归建立了理论抽样数量模型:n=t2/D2(1.1957/x珋+0.8905)。利用过筛手检和过筛水漂2种方法检数土中幼虫,对检出刺槐叶瘿蚊越冬幼虫虫量及检虫时间进行了对比分析,结果表明过筛水漂法检虫较为可取。 相似文献

Comparison of the results of ichthyoplankton surveys conducted at 97 stations in the eastern part of the Peter the Great Bay of the Sea of Japan, in June–July 2007 with the similar research data of the 1950s shows that at present, as was the case 50 years ago, flatfish eggs belonging mainly to the yellowfin sole Limanda aspera and brown sole Pleuronectes herzensteini prevail in the local ichthyoplankton (up to 86%). The highest concentrations of these species’ eggs were recorded in the Vostok Bay and Strelok Bay. The spawning activity of flatfish in 2007 is found to be lower than in the mid 1900s, but the significance of the eastern part of the Peter the Great Bay for flatfish reproduction remains large. The importance of long-term monitoring in this area, which is being subjected to steadily growing anthropogenic impacts, is also proven. 相似文献

沙棘木蠹蛾(H olcocerushippophaecolus Hua,Chou ,Fang et Chen)是近几年在内蒙古、辽宁、山西、宁夏和陕西等地大面积爆发的一种钻蛀性害虫,其危害发生在幼虫期,主要危害沙棘(H ippophae rhamnoidea)的根干部。为了有效地控制其危害,深入了解种群的空间结构,利用地统计学方法分析了两种受害程度不同的林分内沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫种群和重度受害林分内卵块的空间分布特性。结果表明:两种受害程度不同的林分内,沙棘木蠹蛾的危害具有显著差异,轻度受害林分内无虫样本所占的比例较大,达70 % ,而重度受害林分内不到2 0 % ;虫口密度在轻度受害林分内超过6头/株的只有6 .9% ,而重度受害林分内高达31.9%。根据全方向的变异函数曲线图分析得知:重度受害林分和轻度受害林分内幼虫种群的空间依赖范围分别为7.3m和87.4 18m,而局部空间连续性强度分别为0 .914和0 .178。重度受害林分内幼虫表现较强的空间聚集性,而轻度受害林分则表现为随机分布。在重度受害林分中,单株沙棘树上沙棘木蠹蛾卵块数量最多的为11个,最少的为1个,有卵株率达72 %。分别采用四种不同的理论模型来拟合卵块的实际变异曲线图,得知其全方向的变异函数曲线为指数型,空间依赖范围大小为3.6 m,局部空间连续性强度为0 .876 ,卵块在重度受害林分中呈现较强 相似文献

1 The resistance of Lycopersicon hirsutum f. typicum and L. esculentum to the leafminer Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) was investigated in two experiments. The first experiment assessed the resistance of L. hirsutum f. typicum (accession LA 1777) to T. absoluta, the second assessed the variability of the resistance among plants of this accession. 2 It was found that L. hirsutum f. typicum was resistant to the leafminer, which showed longer larval phase, higher larval mortality, smaller numbers of large mines and greater numbers of small mines/leaf than on L. esculentum. Seven plants of the accession LA 1777 showed lower number of small mines/leaf, but their results of larval mortality and length of larval and pupal phase were similar. Twenty-two peaks were observed in total ion chromatograms of L. hirsutum f. typicum hexane extracts of leaves subjected to a gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis (CG-MS). However, the matches obtained between the peak spectra and the MS database were too low to justify even preliminary identification of the compounds. 相似文献

The effectiveness of mating disruption to control the tomato leafminer, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae), in greenhouse tomato crops was evaluated in four trials carried out in winter–spring and summer–winter growing seasons in Southwestern Sardinia (Italy). Pheromone dispensers loaded with 60 mg of the natural blend of the major and minor sex pheromone component (rate 90 : 10) were applied in disrupted greenhouses at a rate of 1000/ha (60 g of active ingredient/ha). Male captures in monitoring pheromone traps, percentage of tomato plants infested by T. absoluta and damage on leaves and fruits were monitored weekly and compared in disrupted and untreated (control) greenhouses. In greenhouses disrupted with 1000 dispensers/ha, a reduction of 93–97% in male trap captures was observed, compared with control. Leaf damage was significantly lower in greenhouses disrupted with 1000 dispensers/ha than in control ones, with a reduction of infestation throughout the growing season ranging from 57% to 85%. Pheromone dispensers applied at the density of 1000/ha significantly reduced the percentage of damaged fruits by 62–89%. In control greenhouses, the highest damage on leaves and fruits was generally observed in edge plants, while leaf and fruit infestation was uniformly distributed in pheromone‐treated greenhouses, indicating an even distribution of the pheromone cloud inside the greenhouse. Mating disruption showed to be an efficient strategy to control in greenhouse the tomato leafminer and can be included in the overall tomato integrated pest management programs. 相似文献

To assess the reliability of depth and density estimates of vertically migrating fish (Coregonus spp.), repeated hydroacoustic surveys were conducted in a stratified lake during the same day, during subsequent nights within a week, and over four months of a year. The reliability of the hydroacoustic method, determined by the coefficient of variance of population depth of fish, was high within nights, but decreased with increasingly longer time scales. Volumetric fish densities were likewise more variable between surveys at longer temporal distances than at short‐term scales. Night‐time population depths of fish were highly correlated to the vertical position of the thermocline. Over the diel cycle, the depth distribution of the coregonids was also correlated to light intensities at the surface. We conclude that single hydroacoustic surveys reliably reflect the depth distribution and volumetric density of the fish populations in a deep lake at temporal scales of up to a week. The vertical distribution of larvae of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius in conditions of superficial desalination was studied under laboratory conditions. In the earlier stages of development, the larvae accumulated in the water column zone with a salinity below the optimal level. The long-term observations of the larval accumulations revealed the deceleration of, and abnormalities in, the development and death of the larvae. The larvae at the pre-settling stages changed their behavior: when they reached layers of a salinity unfavorable for their survival or development, the larvae did not enter them and instead moved down instead. Obviously, S. intermedius larvae are only capable of actively choosing their position within the water column with the salinity gradient at the later stages of development. 相似文献
