1. Radioactive precursors, 32 PI, [1-14C]glycerol, and [1-14C]acetate, were individually injected into the peritoneal cavity of mice bearing Ehrlich ascites tumor, and the rates of incorporation into phospholipid fraction of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells were estimated. Although no distinct difference in specific activities was observed between phosphatidylinositol and other phospholipid classes as regards the incorporation of [1-14C]acetate of [1-14C]glycerol, a higher rate of incorporation of 32Pi into phosphatidylinositol was observed. The specific activity of phosphatidylinositol reached more than ten times that of phosphatidylcholine in the first hour. 2. The radioactivities incorporated into the phospholipids of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells and liver were estimated after simultaneous injection 32Pi and [2-3H]inositol. The incorporation of 32Pi into phosphatidylinositol of liver was similar in specific activity to those of other phospholipids. The ratio (3H/32Pi) of phosphatidylinositol only slightly in the ascites tumor cells, while an appreciable decrease of the ratio was observed in the liver during the first 3 hr. 3. These results suggest that phosphatidylinositol synthesis through pathways other than de novo synthesis is rapid in ascites tumor cells.  相似文献

Incubation of rat hippocampal formation slices under steady-state conditions with [3H]inositol leads to only three phospholipids becoming labelled: phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. All three lipids incorporate [32P]Pi into their phosphodiester phosphate group with the polyphosphoinositides also incorporating this tracer into their monoester phosphate groups. As the concentrations of these lipids remain constant during these labelling processes we conclude that the phosphodiester phosphate, the inositol moiety, and the monoester phosphate groups undergo metabolic turnover in hippocampal formation slices incubated in vitro. The rate of incorporation of [3H]inositol into all three inositol phospholipids was stimulated by the addition of methacholine to the medium. Moreover, following steady-state labelling of the inositol lipids with [3H]inositol, methacholine in the presence of 10 mM LiCl caused a transient fall of 13% in the radiochemical concentration of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate after only 30 s stimulation and a fall of 15% in the radiochemical concentration of phosphatidylinositol after 30 min. Concomitantly, there was an approximately stoichiometric rise in the radiochemical concentration of inositol phosphates. Thus, we suggest that methacholine stimulates an inositol phospholipid phosphoinositidase C in rat hippocampal formation slices.  相似文献

Phospholipids of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv Himalaya) aleurone layers were labeled with myo-[2-3H]inositol or [32Pi], extracted, and analyzed by physical (chromatography) and chemical (deacylation) techniques. Three phospholipids were found to incorporate both myo-[2-3H]inositol and [32Pi]—phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol-monophosphate, and phosphatidylinositol-bisphosphate. Stimulation of [3H]inositol prelabeled aleurone layers with GA3 showed enhanced incorporation of label into phosphatidylinositol within 30 seconds and subsequent rapid breakdown. Stimulation of phosphatidylinositol labeling observed in these studies is the earliest response of aleurone cells to gibberellic acid reported.  相似文献

Cells of the murine mast-cell clone MC9 grown in suspension culture were sensitized with an anti-DNP (dinitrophenol) IgE and subsequently prelabelled by incubating with [32P]Pi. Stimulation of these cells with DNP-BSA (bovine serum albumin) caused marked decreases in [32P]polyphosphoinositides (but not [32P]phosphatidylinositol) with concomitant appearance of [32P]phosphatidic acid. Whereas phosphatidylinositol monophosphate levels returned to baseline values after prolonged stimulation, phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate levels remained depressed. Stimulation of sensitized MC9 cells with DNP-BSA increased rates of incorporation of [32P]Pi into other phospholipids in the order: phosphatidylcholine greater than phosphatidylinositol greater than phosphatidylethanolamine. In sensitized cells prelabelled with [3H]inositol, release of inositol monophosphate, inositol bisphosphate and inositol trisphosphate, was observed after stimulation with DNP-BSA. When Li+ was added to inhibit the phosphatase activity that hydrolysed the phosphomonoester bonds in the sugar phosphates, greater increases were observed in all three inositol phosphates, particularly in inositol trisphosphate. The IgE-stimulated release of inositol trisphosphate was independent of the presence of extracellular Ca2+. In addition, the Ca2+ ionophore A23187 caused neither the decrease in [32P]polyphosphoinositides nor the stimulation of the release of inositol phosphates. These results demonstrate that stimulation of the MC9 cell via its receptor for IgE causes increased phospholipid turnover, with effects on polyphosphoinositides predominating. These data support the hypothesis that hapten cross-bridging of IgE receptors stimulates phospholipase C activity, which may be an early event in stimulus-secretion coupling of mast cells. The results with the Ca2+ ionophore A23187 indicate that an increase in intracellular Ca2+ alone is not sufficient for activation of this enzyme.  相似文献

1. By rapid fractionation of blood platelet lysates on Percoll density gradients at alkaline pH (9.6), a very pure plasma-membrane fraction was obtained, as well as discrimination between endoplasmic reticulum and lysosomes. 2. Labelling of intact platelets with [32P]Pi followed by subcellular fractionation showed an exclusive localization of all inositol lipids in the plasma membrane. 3. Preincubation of whole platelets with myo-[3H]inositol in a buffer containing 1 mM-MnCl2 allowed incorporation of the label into PtdIns (phosphatidylinositol) of both plasma and endoplasmic-reticulum membrane, whereas [3H]PtdIns4P (phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate) and [3H]PtdIns(4,5)P2 (phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate) were exclusively found on the plasma membrane. 4. It is concluded that PtdIns4P and PtdIns(4,5)P2 are exclusively localized in the plasma membrane, whereas PtdIns is present in both plasma and endoplasmic-reticulum membranes. This could provide an explanation for previously reported data on hormone-sensitive and -insensitive inositol lipid pools.  相似文献

Addition of platelet-activating factor (PAF) to cells doubly labeled with [14C]glycerol plus [3H]arachidonic acid resulted in a transient decrease of [14C]glycerol-labeled phosphatidylinositol (PI) and a transient increase of [14C]glycerol-labeled lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI). [3H]Arachidonate-labeled PI, on the other hand, decreased in a time-dependent manner. The radioactivity in phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, sphingomyelin, and phosphatidylserine did not change significantly. The 3H/14C ratio decreased in PI in a time-dependent manner, suggesting the involvement of a phospholipase A2 activity. Although PAF also induced a gradual increase of diacylglycerol (DG), the increase of [14C]glycerol-labeled DG paralleled the loss of triacyl [14C]glycerol and the 3H/14C ratio of DG was 16 times smaller than that of PI. Thus, DG seemed not to be derived from PI. In myo- [3H]inositol-prelabeled cells, PAF induced a transient decrease of [3H]phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bis-phosphate (TPI) and [3H]phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate (DPI) at 1 min. PAF stimulation of cultured hepatocytes prelabeled with 32Pi induced a transient decrease of [32P]polyphosphoinositides at 20 sec to 1 min. [32P]LPI appeared within 10 sec after stimulation and paralleled the loss of [32P]PI. [3H]Inositol triphosphate, [3H]inositol diphosphate, and [3H]inositol phosphate, which increased in a time-dependent manner upon stimulation with adrenaline, did not accumulate with the stimulation due to PAF. These observations indicate that PAF causes degradation of inositol phospholipids via phospholipase A2 and induces a subsequent resynthesis of these phospholipids.  相似文献

Human platelets were labelled with [32P]Pi and [3H]glycerol before gel filtration. In unstimulated cells, the specific 32P radioactivity in phosphatidic acid (PtdOH) was similar to that of phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) but only 4% of that of the gamma-phosphate of ATP. Upon 3 min of stimulation with 0.5 U/ml of thrombin, there was a 20-fold increase in specific 32P radioactivity of PtdOH which approached that of the ATP gamma-phosphate. Based on constant rates of synthesis and removal, this thrombin-induced increase in specific 32P radioactivity in PtdOH allowed us to calculate the flux of phosphate through PtdOH upon stimulation. Synthesis and removal occurred at rates of 107 and 52 nmol min-1/10(11) cells, respectively. The specific [3H]glycerol radioactivity was similar in PtdIns, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate in unstimulated platelets. In PtdOH, it was 50% of that of the inositol phospholipids. Thrombin stimulation induced no changes in the specific 3H radioactivity of the inositol phospholipids whereas specific [3H]PtdOH increased to the level of these lipids. It is concluded that PtdIns, PtdInsP and PtdInsP2 exist in a metabolic homogenous pool in human platelets.  相似文献

Inositol lipid turnover was studied in quiescent Swiss mouse 3T3 cells stimulated by platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF). Stimulation of the cells by PDGF for 10 min at 37 degrees C induced the following changes in lipids: in cells prelabelled with [32P]Pi, a 28% decrease in [32P]phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, a 41% decrease in [32P]phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate and a 1.7-fold increase in the 32P-labelling of phosphatidic acid; in cells prelabelled with [3H8]arachidonic acid, a 17.9-fold increase in [3H]phosphatidic acid, a 20% decrease in [3H]phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns), an 8.6-fold increase in [3H]arachidonic acid released into the medium, a 57-fold increase in [3H]prostaglandin E2 in the medium, and a 5.3-fold increase in [3H]monoacylglycerol released into the medium (the last was identified as the 2-acyl derivative); in cells prelabelled with [2-3H]glycerol, a 1.7-fold increase in [3H]diacylglycerol, a 6.7-fold increase in [3H]phosphatidic acid, a 1.6-fold increase in [3H]lysophosphatidylcholine (lysoPtdCho), a 9% decrease in [3H]PtdIns, and a 1.6-fold increase in [3H]monoacylglycerol released into the medium. PDGF stimulated the formation of inositol tris-, bis- and mono-phosphates in the cells prelabelled with myo-[2-3H]inositol. These results indicate that, in Swiss 3T3 cells stimulated by PDGF, diacylglycerol produced by the hydrolysis of inositol lipids is partly degraded to 2-acylglycerol and partly converted into phosphatidic acid. The increase in lysoPtdCho indicates that a portion of arachidonic acid released from the stimulated cells is formed by the hydrolysis of PtdCho with a phospholipase A2. Different values of half-maximal doses of the partially purified PDGF used in this study were found for the various responses of quiescent Swiss 3T3 cells to PDGF. The values for half-maximal doses suggest that activation of a fraction of the cell-surface receptor for PDGF is sufficient for mitogenesis and for an increase in the cytoplasmic free Ca2+ concentration, and that the PGDF-stimulated lipid metabolism is probably proportional to the number of receptor sites activated by PDGF.  相似文献

The addition of thrombin to human platelets prelabeled with 32Pi led to significant loss of radioactivity in phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate within 5 s, followed by recovery or even increase by 2 min. Loss of label from phosphatidylinositol phosphate was much less marked. Stimulated loss of label from phosphatidylinositol was not seen, while labeled phosphatidate increased severalfold. The principal labeled water-soluble phosphates observed, in addition to 32Pi and [32P] ATP, co-migrated with inositol diphosphate and inositol triphosphate. This suggests that a pool of polyphosphoinositides is constantly undergoing phosphodiesteratic cleavage and resynthesis. Thrombin addition led to rapid increase in radioactivity in inositol triphosphate, but not in inositol diphosphate. We conclude that this early consequence of the thrombin-platelet interaction is the result of an increase in the phosphodiesteratic cleavage of phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate.  相似文献

Phosphoinositides of human, rabbit, rat, and turkey erythrocytes were radiolabeled by incubation of intact cells with [32P]Pi. Guanosine 5'-O-(thiotriphosphate) (GTP gamma S) and NaF, which are known activators of guanine nucleotide regulatory proteins, caused a large increase in [32P]inositol phosphate release from plasma membranes derived from turkey erythrocytes, but had no effect on inositol phosphate formation by plasma membranes prepared from the mammalian erythrocytes. High performance liquid chromatography analysis indicated that inositol bisphosphate, inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate, inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, and inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate all increased by 20-30-fold during a 10-min incubation of turkey erythrocyte membranes with GTP gamma S. The increase in inositol phosphate formation was accompanied by a similar decrease in radioactivity in phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PIP) and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2). GTP gamma S increased inositol phosphate formation with a K0.5 of 600 nM; guanosine 5'-(beta, gamma-imido)trisphosphate was 50-75% as efficacious as GTP gamma S and expressed a K0.5 of 36 microM. Although GTP alone had little effect on inositol phosphate formation, it blocked GTP gamma S-stimulated inositol phosphate formation, as did guanosine 5'-O-(2-thiodiphosphate). Turkey erythrocytes were also shown to express phosphatidylinositol synthetase activity in that incubation of cells with [3H] inositol resulted in incorporation of radiolabel into phosphatidylinositol, PIP, and PIP2. Incubation of membranes derived from [3H]inositol-labeled erythrocytes with GTP gamma S resulted in large increases in [3H] inositol phosphate formation and corresponding decreases in radiolabel in PIP and PIP2. The data suggest that, in contrast to mammalian erythrocytes, the turkey erythrocyte expresses a guanine nucleotide-binding protein that regulates phospholipase C, and as such, should provide a useful model system for furthering our understanding of hormonal regulation of this enzyme.  相似文献

Isolated retinas from Xenopus laevis incorporated greater amounts of [3H]inositol and 32Pi into phosphoinositides when incubated in light than did control retinas incubated in the dark. Inositol was primarily incorporated into phosphatidylinositol (83-86%), while phosphate labeled the polyphosphoinositides (72-79%). The incorporation of radioactive glycerol, serine, choline, or ethanolamine into retinal lipids was unaffected by light. Following incubation with [3H]inositol, the cell type involved in the light response was identified by light and electron microscope autoradiography to be the horizontal cell. These results are consistent with a classic phosphatidylinositol effect in the retina. An interesting feature of this response is that the stimulus (light) is received in the photoreceptor cell and the effect is manifest in the horizontal cell.  相似文献

The addition of 5-hydroxytryptamine to the isolated blowfly salivary gland stimulates fluid secretion, transepithelial calcium transport and the breakdown of 32P- or 3H-labelled phosphatidylinositol The breakdown of [32P]phosphatidylcholine and [32P]-phosphatidylethanolamine was not stimulated by 5-hydroxytryptamine. In salivary glands incubated with myo-[2-3H]inositol for 1--3 h, more than 95% of the label retained by the tissue was in the form of phosphatidylinositol. The addition of 5-hydroxytryptamine resulted in an increase in the accumulation of label in intracellular inositol 1:2-cyclic phosphate, inositol 1-phosphate and free inositol along with an increase in the release of [3H]inositol to the medium and saliva. The release of [3H]inositol to the medium served as a sensitive indicator of phosphatidylinositol breakdown. The release of [3H]inositol was not increased by cyclic AMP or the bivalent-cation ionophore A23187 under conditions in which salivary secretion was accelerated. The stimulation of fluid secretion by low concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine was potentiated by 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine, which had no effect on inositol release. The stimulation of fluid secretion by 5-hydroxytryptamine was greatly reduced in calcium-free buffer, but the breakdown of phosphatidylinositol continued at the same rate in the absence of calcium. These results support the hypothesis that breakdown of phosphatidylinositol by 5-hydroxytryptamine is involved in the gating of calcium.  相似文献

Incorporation of [3H]inositol into phosphatidylinositol (Pl) in isolated rat retinas is enhanced by light and by the addition of cytidine to the incubation media. In retinas preincubated with [3H]inositol in dark, [3H]inositol was chased into Pl in light by addition of unlabeled cytidine and was chased out of Pl in light by addition of unlabeled cytidine plus inositol. Autoradiograms of retinas show a heavy density of silver grains over photoreceptor cell inner segments (with chase-in) and a loss of labeling (with chase-out). Exogenous cytidine and inositol were shown to enhance not only the turnover of Pl within photoreceptor cells but the synthesis of Pl as well; in media supplemented with these precursors, approximately 50% of [14C]glycerol and 25% of [32Pi]incorporated into lipid in light were associated with Pl. These results suggest that availability of both cytidine and inositol may play a role in the light-dependent changes in Pl metabolism within photoreceptor cells.  相似文献

Insulin and oxytocin effects on phosphoinositide metabolism in adipocytes   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The effects of hormones on phosphoinositide metabolism were examined in rat adipocytes prelabeled with 32Pi or [3H]inositol. Oxytocin and vasopressin produced large decreases in labeled polyphosphoinositides and increases in phosphatidic acid and inositol phosphates, whereas insulin was without effect, although it stimulated lipogenesis from glucose. Likewise, insulin did not elevate 1,2-diacylglycerol measured chemically by high pressure liquid or thin-layer chromatography in fat cells or pads. It also did not increase the radioactivity in 1,2-diacylglycerol in ghosts prepared from fat cells previously labeled with [3H]arachidonic acid, although oxytocin and vasopressin increased this. It is therefore concluded that insulin does not stimulate the breakdown of polyphosphoinositides to yield 1,2-diacylglycerol and inositol phosphates in adipocytes and that the insulin-like actions of oxytocin must be due to other changes. Insulin induced small, but significant and equal increases (40% at 30 min) in the incorporation of [3H] inositol into phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate in adipocytes. The effects were not dependent upon glucose and were not evident before 15 min. Oxytocin also produced large increases in the labeling of the three phosphoinositides. Insulin stimulated the incorporation of [3H]glycerol into the three phosphoinositides and also phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidylethanolamine by 50-100% in cells incubated without glucose. No changes in the labeling of glycerol 3-phosphate, lysophosphatidic acid, phosphatidylcholine, and triacylglycerol were detected, and there was a small increase (30%) in 1,2-diacylglycerol labeling. It is concluded that insulin increases the synthesis of phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylserine in fat cells partly by stimulating a reaction(s) located between glycerol 3-phosphate and phosphatidic acid in the biosynthetic pathway.  相似文献

Human platelets that had been prelabelled with [32P]Pi were stimulated with trombin in the presence or absence of neomycin, prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) or chlorpromazine. The content of [32P]Pi in phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidic acid (PA) were determined. The data demonstrate that PGE1 and chlorpromazine but not neomycin interfere with the tight metabolic relationship that exists between the inositol phospholipids and PA in thrombin-stimulated platelets [(1989) Biochem. J. 263, 621-624]. Our results therefore indicate that neomycin does not inhibit signal transduction in intact platelets at the level of the inositol phospholipid metabolism.  相似文献

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) stimulates the incorporation of 32Pi and [3H]inositol into phosphatidylinositol (5-10-fold) in A-431 cells. EGF also stimulates the incorporation of 32Pi into phosphatidic acid (up to 10-fold). These effects are attributed to an acceleration of the turnover of phosphatidylinositol as a consequence of the binding of EGF to its membrane receptor. The extent of the phosphatidylinositol response to EGF parallels the extent of hormone binding. The phosphatidylinositol response to EGF appears to be dependent on an influx of calcium since (a) external calcium is required for the enhancement of phosphatidylinositol turnover, (2) the accumulation of 45Ca by A-431 cells is stimulated by EGF, (3) blockage of calcium influx with LaCl3 inhibits stimulation of phosphatidylinositol turnover, and (4) calcium influx via ionophore A23187 is sufficient to stimulate phosphatidylinositol turnover. Since the binding, internalization, and degradation of 125I-labeled EGF in A-431 cells are unaffected by the omission of calcium from the medium, external calcium and phosphatidylinositol turnover are not necessary for the internalization and degradation of the EGF-receptor complex.  相似文献

Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) induces altered phosphoinositide metabolism in baby hamster kidney (BHK) cells, measured as incorporation of [3H]inositol or [32P]Pi [Langeland, Haarr & Holmsen (1986) Biochem. J. 237, 707-712]. We now report that this response in the inositol phospholipids is dependent on virus-specific proteins synthesized in the beta (early) stage of virus protein synthesis. This was demonstrated both by resistance to the inhibitory effect of cycloheximide after this stage of infection, and by the use of temperature-sensitive (ts) mutants of HSV-1; ts mutants in which protein synthesis was blocked so that only the alpha proteins were expressed showed a PIP2/PIP (phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate/phosphatidylinositol 4-monophosphate) ratio similar to uninfected cells, while ts mutants which were defective in protein synthesis at a late beta stage or later showed increased PIP2/PIP ratios similar to cells infected by wild type HSV-1.  相似文献

Each salivary gland contains about 135 pmol of phosphatidylinositol. In glands prelabelled by incubation for 1 h with [32P]Pi or [3H]inositol there was a subsequent breakdown of 80% of the labelled phosphatidylinositol over a 2 h incubation period with 10 micrometer-5-hydroxytryptamine. However, there was no detectable decrease either in total phosphatidylinositol based on phosphorus analysis by chemical estimation or in the radioactivity of [32P]phosphatidylinositol in salivary glands of flies raised from the larval stage on diets containing[32P]Pi and whose phospholipids were uniformly labelled. These results suggest that the pool of phosphatidylinositol involved with Ca2+ gating is a small fraction of the total phosphatidylinositol content. Furthermore it is this small compartment that is preferentially radioactively labelled during short-term incubations with radioactively labelled precursors. In salivary glands incubated for 2 h with 10 micrometer-5-hydroxytryptamine there was a marked decrease in the flux of 45Ca2+ across the gland. After removal of the hormone, incubation of salivary glands for 1 h in the presence of 2mM-inositol, but not choline or ethanolamine, resulted in a recovery of hormone-responsive 45Ca2+ flux. Quantitative studies revealed that less than 9 pmol of phosphatidylinositol must be formed to fully restoret he 5-hydroxytryptamine-responsive 45Ca2+ flux.  相似文献

The incorporation of [32P]Pi and [3H]inositol into the inositol lipids of baby-hamster kidney cells was studied in herpes-simplex-virus-type-1(HSV-1)-infected and mock-infected cells. The infection was conducted during incorporation of, as well as after prelabelling with, the precursors. These methods were used in order to study both synthesis de novo of, and steady-state changes in, the phosphoinositides. Both with infection during labelling, and after prelabelling, we found increased [32P]- and [3H]-phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2) and decreased [32P]- and [3H]-phosphatidylinositol 4-monophosphate in infected as compared with mock-infected cells, whereas no effect was observed on phosphatidylinositol. This altered inositol-lipid metabolism was (at least in the case of PIP2) not present until 3-6 h after infection and remained stable, or increased slightly, throughout the infection period. Polyphosphoinositide metabolism constitutes an important step in signal processing in many forms of cellular stimulation, and the results obtained suggest that HSV-1 infection may induce such events in our cell system.  相似文献

Phosphatidylinositol Cycle Metabolites in Samanea saman Pulvini   总被引:9,自引:8,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
The major metabolites of the phosphatidylinositol cycle from extracts of [32PO4]- and [3H]-inositol-labeled Samanea saman pulvini were separated. The membrane localized phosphoinositides were separated by thin layer chromatography, identified by comparison with purified lipid standards, and quantitated based on incorporation of radiolabel. The ratio of radioactivity in phosphatidylinositol:phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate:phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate is about 32:8:1. The aqueous inositol phosphates were separated by anion exchange chromatography using conventional liquid chromatography and by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and were identified by comparison with standards. Analysis by HPLC reveals that 32P-labeled pulvini have inositol 1-phosphate, inositol 1,4-bisphosphate, and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate that co-migrate with red blood cell inositol phosphates, but 3H-inositol-labeled pulvini appear to have a variant profile.  相似文献
