为探究山杨在重金属镉胁迫与增施外源氮复合处理条件下的生长及元素积累差异,该研究以山杨幼苗为材料,通过盆栽实验研究在重金属镉(Cd)胁迫下增施外源氮(N)对其形态、叶绿素、淀粉和可溶性糖含量、叶片中全氮(N)、全磷(P)、全钾(K)以及Cd含量的影响。结果表明:(1)单独Cd处理显著抑制山杨幼苗的叶片宽度和茎粗;施加外源N能够缓解Cd胁迫对植株的毒害,其叶长、叶宽和茎粗较单独Cd处理显著增加。(2)单独Cd处理后山杨叶片的叶绿素含量和淀粉含量均比对照显著下降,而其可溶性糖含量显著增加;与单独Cd处理相比,Cd+N复合处理后山杨的叶绿素含量显著增加,淀粉含量却显著下降,而可溶性糖含量略有降低。(3)与对照相比,单独Cd处理后,山杨叶片全N含量显著下降,全P含量显著增加;单独N和Cd+N复合处理后叶片全N含量均显著增加,全P含量均显著下降;全K含量在各处理下均无显著差异。(4)在Cd胁迫下山杨幼苗叶片的Cd含量比对照极显著增加,且Cd+N复合处理后叶片的Cd含量约是单独Cd处理的2倍。研究认为,增施氮素处理可显著提高山杨幼苗对镉胁迫环境的适应能力以及叶片对镉的富集能力。  相似文献

为探究干旱条件下,互叶醉鱼草(Buddleja alternifolia Maxim.)幼苗对重金属镉胁迫的生长及光合生理响应机制,以两年生互叶醉鱼草幼苗为试验材料,设置对照与干旱两个水分处理组(土壤相对含水率分别为:65%—60%,35%—30%),每个水分处理条件下再分别设置3个镉处理浓度(0.28、(0.6+0.28)、(1.2+0.28)mg/kg),共6个处理。测定不同水分及镉处理对互叶醉鱼草生长、生物量、光合参数及体内重金属含量的影响。结果表明:干旱与镉复合胁迫下植物的存活率为100%。镉胁迫、干旱与镉复合胁迫均不同程度抑制了互叶醉鱼草幼苗生长、生物量积累、植株的光合作用及叶绿素含量,且其光合和叶绿素含量的降幅明显大于单一镉胁迫。镉胁迫下,互叶醉鱼草幼苗单株最高镉富集量为69.33 mg/kg,而复合胁迫下单株最高镉富集量为50.68 mg/kg。以上结果表明:干旱胁迫能够加重镉胁迫对植物的影响,使复合胁迫下互叶醉鱼草生长、光合生理及镉富集能力下降。但单一镉胁迫下,互叶醉鱼草对镉具有更强的耐受性,并有较高的生物富集能力,且干旱与Cd复合胁迫下互叶醉鱼草幼苗仍有一定的镉积累量。因此在干旱半干旱区园林绿化以及Cd污染地区的生态建设中,互叶醉鱼草是一种具有巨大应用潜力和前景的灌木树种。  相似文献

采用水培试验方法,研究了藤本植物金银花在不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫下的生长反应和积累特 性,结果表明,Cd对金银花生长未造成显著影响,甚至低浓度(5和10 mg·L-1) Cd具有一定的生长促进作用,表现为植物的株高和叶绿素含量有所增加。当Cd处理浓度达到50 mg·L-1时,植物的株高和根长虽有所降低,但与对照相比并无显著差异,且耐性系数均>0.8,表明金银花对Cd具有较强的耐性。当Cd处理浓度为25 mg·L-1时,金银花地上部中Cd含量达到286.12 μg·g-1,而富集系数均>1,说明金银花具备Cd超富集植物的特征,对Cd污染土壤的修复具有很大的应用潜力。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验方法,研究了镉(Cd2+)对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)的生长及其有效成分积累的影响。结果表明,镉胁迫下丹参的生长受到了显著抑制,体内Cd2+残留量、可溶性蛋白含量和膜脂过氧化程度显著增加,叶绿素含量降低。与对照相比,镉胁迫下丹参叶片水溶性酚酸类化合物咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的含量显著降低(P〈0.05),原儿茶酸含量增加,丹参素、原儿茶醛和丹酚酸B的含量也降低,但变化均不显著(P〉0.05)。而根系中这6种酚酸类化合物含量均降低,其中迷迭香酸的含量变化极显著(P〈0.01)。镉胁迫下丹参根系脂溶性丹参酮类化合物二氢丹参酮、丹参酮I和隐丹参酮含量均显著降低,而丹参酮lIA含量变化不显著。丹参叶片中水溶性酚酸类化合物合成关键酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和酪氨酸氨基转移酶(TAT)的活性显著降低,而肉桂酸4一羟化酶(C4H)和4一香豆酸CoA连接酶(4CL)的活性显著升高。这些结果均说明镉胁迫可以降低丹参的产量和质量。  相似文献

对南瓜进行盆栽试验,通过加入不同含量的镉、CaCO3和草炭土,研究南瓜对镉的吸收积累特性,利用火焰原子吸收法测定。结果表明,南瓜植株对镉的富集量主要集中在茎、根中;当土壤镉含量小于5mg·kg-1时,对南瓜根的生长有促进作用,当土壤镉含量大于5mg·kg-1时,开始对根的生长产生抑制作用,抑制作用随镉含量的增大而加强;在土壤中施CaCO3,能降低南瓜对镉的吸收;在土壤中加入草炭土,在一定范围内,它能促进南瓜对镉的吸收。  相似文献

采用水培的方式,探讨了不同Cd2+水平(0、1、2.5、7.5、15 mg·L-1)对美人蕉生物量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、植物螯合肽(PCs)、酸溶性SH、Cd含量的影响.结果表明,1 mg·L-1的Cd显著提高了美人蕉的生物量(p<0.05),促进了美人蕉的生长.随着Cd2+浓度的提高,SOD、 POD、CAT活性以及MDA含量显著增加(p<0.05),表明美人蕉受到了活性氧物质的胁迫.美人蕉中GSH、PCs、SH含量也随Cd2+含量的增加而增加,表明Cd胁迫诱导了PCs 的产生,有利于降低Cd对植物体本身的毒害,且根系中的含量均高于叶片.美人蕉中Cd含量随着Cd浓度的增加而显著增加,在15 mg·L-1处理时,地上部Cd含量达到555.4 mg·kg-1,表明美人蕉对Cd有较强的富集能力.  相似文献

该研究以燕麦品种‘燕科2号’(籽粒镉积累量高,Yh)和‘200919 7 1’(籽粒镉积累量低,Yl)为材料,采用盆栽试验,在土壤Cd胁迫条件下测定两种类型燕麦植株生长、叶片光合生理参数及抗氧化酶活性的变化,探讨两品种对Cd胁迫的响应差异。结果表明:(1)Cd胁迫条件下,燕麦品种Yh和Yl植株生长、气体交换参数及叶绿素荧光参数均受到抑制,并以单株干重、叶片净光合速率(Pn)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)表现最为突出,Yh的降幅分别为38.2%、35.0%、14.7%,Yl降幅分别为40.8%、57.1%、27.3%。(2)镉胁迫均诱导增强了两个类型燕麦品种叶片抗氧化酶活性,尤其是SOD活性得到显著增强,Yh和Yl的增幅分别为41.9%和44.9%; Cd胁迫也显著提高了MDA含量,Yh和Yl的增幅分别达到22.2%和18.1%。研究发现,在Cd胁迫条件下,与低Cd积累燕麦品种相比,高Cd积累燕麦品种具有较高的生物量和抗氧化酶活性,以及较强的净光合速率和优异的叶绿素荧光特性,从而表现出较强的耐Cd性。  相似文献

以"甘农三号"紫花苜蓿幼苗为材料,在水培条件下,探究了在10 d内不同浓度(0~2.0 mmol·L-1)镉(Cd)胁迫对其根长、茎长、生物量、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、Cd富集及其亚细胞分布的影响。结果表明:低浓度(0.125 mmol·L-1) Cd能促进幼苗根和茎的生长,增加叶片叶绿素含量,较高浓度(0.5~2.0 mmol·L-1) Cd显著抑制幼苗根和茎的生长,叶绿素及生物量显著降低; Cd胁迫使MDA含量显著增加,而SOD和POD活性显著增强,其中Cd胁迫浓度为0.5mmol·L-1时,SOD和POD活性达到最大值,这可能是植物对环境胁迫的一种应激保护反应; Cd在各亚细胞组分中的含量依次为细胞壁>细胞质>线粒体>叶绿体,且均随Cd胁迫浓度的升高而增加。当Cd胁迫浓度为0.125 mmol·L-1时,水培10 d的紫花苜蓿幼苗单株地上部对Cd的净化率最高可达0.214%,而整盆植株在单位体积内对Cd的净化率最高可达15.5%;当Cd胁迫浓度为2.0 mmol·L-1时,紫花苜蓿幼苗地上部Cd含量达89.36μg·g-1。这些结果表明紫花苜蓿对Cd具有很强的富集能力,虽未达到Cd超富集植物的临界标准,但从植株生物量、耐Cd能力、富集Cd量及对Cd的净化率等方面综合考虑,紫花苜蓿在Cd污染土壤的植物修复中具备良好的应用价值。  相似文献

东南景天(Sedum alfredii Hance)已被鉴定为一种中国原生的新的锌超积累植物。 本文主要研究了锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)复合处理水平对东南景天的生长及其对锌、镉的吸收积累特性的影响。 结果表明,在Zn/Cd复合水平为500/100 祄ol/L时,植物生长最佳。Zn/Cd在东南景天叶片、茎部和根系中含量随着Zn/Cd处理水平的提高而增高。在Zn/Cd 复合水平为50/400 祄ol/L时茎叶中Cd含量达最高,其中叶片Cd含量达12.1 g/kg;在Zn/Cd 复合水平为1 000/50 祄ol/L时茎叶中Zn含量达最高, 其中茎中Zn含量达 23.2 g/kg。 植株各部位Cd含量的分布为:叶片>茎>>根系,而Zn在体内的分布为: 茎>叶片>>根系。 Zn、Cd在地上部和根部的积累量也随着处理水平的提高而增加,分别在Zn/Cd复合水平为250/400和500/100 祄ol/L下达高峰值。 东南景天地上部积累最高Zn和Cd的量分别达11和5 g/plant, 其比根系的积累量分别大10和25余倍。 Zn、Cd对东南景天的生长、吸收积累的相互作用依赖于Zn/Cd复合水平和植物部位。 在适宜Zn/Cd 处理水平范围内,Zn和Cd的吸收和积累具有相互促进作用。 高Zn或高Cd处理均抑制了植物对Zn和Cd的吸收和积累。 本研究结果表明,东南景天不仅具有忍耐高Zn/Cd复合污染,而且具有超量积累Zn和Cd的特异能力。 它为进一步研究植物Zn、Cd  相似文献

农田土壤镉污染问题日趋严重, 利用可食部位低积累镉的农作物品种成为保障食品安全的有效策略之一。镉在作物可食部位的累积与镉的吸收转运有关。分析了根系对镉的吸收、镉向地上部的运输和分配及镉在细胞内的分布和结合形态与作物积累镉的关系, 指出作物品种间的镉积累差异受以上多种因素的调控, 但不同作物之间影响镉积累的主要因素存在差异。同时提出在对低镉积累作物品种的筛选和机制研究方面还有很多工作需要开展。  相似文献

菖蒲幼苗对Cd胁迫的响应及其Cd富集能力分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究了菖蒲(Acorus calamus L.)幼苗对不同浓度Cd胁迫的响应及其Cd富集能力。结果表明,随Cd浓度的提高(0~25mg·L^-1),菖蒲幼苗的株高、根长、干质量、叶绿素含量和对Cd的耐性指数均逐渐下降,脯氨酸含量逐渐升高;各处理组的SOD和POD活性均高于对照,且以15mg·L^-1Cd处理组最高。随胁迫时间延长(1—10d),叶绿素含量持续下降,而SOD和POD活性及脯氨酸含量则先升高后下降。菖蒲幼苗体内Cd含量随Cd浓度的提高而增加,根系对Cd的富集能力高于地上部分。在Cd胁迫条件下,菖蒲幼苗对Cd的转移系数小于1,根系对Cd的滞留率为89.5%-93.9%,表明菖蒲幼苗根系对Cd有较强的滞留作用和富集能力。  相似文献

The current study primarily focused on the pharmacognostical and phytochemical screening of Canna indica and further analyzing the leaves extract for toxicological profile and neuroprotective potential. The microscopic, dry powder properties of the leaf material and phytochemical, physicochemical analysis was evaluated for pharmacognostical assessment. Dry leaves of C. indica were extracted using methanol and then further studied for both in vitro and in vivo toxicological study. The acute toxicity was measured by estimating the antioxidant defense system and anatomical impairment in the rat's organs. Also, the neuroprotective activity of the plant extract was assessed using anticholinesterase enzymatic inhibitory assay. The extract was found to be hemocompatible and showed absences of induction of behavioural changes. Likewise, no changes were seen on the anatomical structure of the rat’s organs. The methanolic extract portrayed a significant upsurge in the reduced glutathione level and showed a comparable acetylcholinesterase inhibition in a dosedependent manner with an IC50 value of 14.53 μg/mL compared to the standard Donepezil with an IC50 value of 13.31 μg/mL. C. indica has compelling pharmacognostical characteristics, good safety reports, and significant antioxidant as well as the neuroprotective potential that shows great potential for its further in-depth research for pharmacological use.  相似文献

通过盆栽研究了Cd胁迫下德国鸢尾的生长状况、生态效应、生理特性及吸收和富集Cd的能力.结果表明:德国鸢尾对小于5 mg/kg的Cd有较强的耐性,适用于城区土壤修复;Cd浓度大于5 mg/kg时抑制德国鸢尾生长,降低了其生态效应.随着Cd浓度的增大,德国鸢尾根系活力、叶绿素含量和含水量逐渐降低,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量先升高后降低,细胞膜透性逐渐升高.Cd在德国鸢尾体内分布为根系>地上部分,随着Cd浓度的增大,德国鸢尾根系和地上部分Cd积累浓度逐渐升高、富集系数和转运系数逐渐降低;Cd浓度为20 mg/kg时德国鸢尾对Cd的积累量最大,为2.122 mg/plant.  相似文献

The effects of cadmium (Cd2+) on growth status, chlorophyll (Chl) content, photochemical efficiency, and photosynthetic intensity were studied on Canna indica Linn. Plant specimens that were produced from a constructed wetland and precultivated hydroponically in 20 L of 1/10 Hoagland solution under greenhouse conditions for 1 week were exposed to cadmium in concentrations of 0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6 and 3.2 mg L―1 Cd2+, respectively. The results show that leaves were injured in the Cd2+ solution by the third day of exposure and the injury became more serious with an increase in the applied heavy metal. Under 3.2 mg L―1 Cd2+ treatment, growth retardation, the decrease of chlorophyll content from 0.70 to 0.43 mg g―1 FW, and a decrease in Chl a/b ratio from 2.0 to 1.2 were observed. Chl a was more sensitive than Chl b to Cd2+ stress. The decrease was the same with photochemical efficiency. Photosynthetic intensity decreased by 13.3% from 1.5×104 μmol m―2s―1 CO2 in control to 1.3×104 μmol m―2s―1 CO2 in the treatment of 3.2 mg L―1. Because Canna species are used in heavy metal phytoremediation, these results show that C. indica can tolerate 0.4 to 0.8 mg L―1 Cd2+. Therefore, it is a potential species for phytoremediation of cadmium with some limitations only at higher concentrations.  相似文献

The phytoremediation of triazophos (O, O-diethyl-O-(1-phenyl-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-base) sulfur phosphate, TAP) by Canna indica Linn. in a hydroponic system was studied. After 21 d of exposure, the removal kinetic constant (K) of TAP was 0.0229-0.0339 d(-1) and the removal percentage of TAP was 41-55% in the plant system and the K and removal percentage of TAP were about 0.002 d(-1) and 1%, respectively, in darkness and disinfected control. However, the K and removal percentage of TAP were 0.006 d(-1) and approximately 11%, respectively, in the treatment with eluate from the media of constructed wetland. The contribution of plant to the remediation of TAP was 74% and C. indica played the most important role in the hydroponic system. Under the stress of TAP and without inorganic phosphorus nutrient, the activity of phosphatase in the plant system increased and phytodegradation was observed. The production and release of phosphatase is seen as the key mechanism for C. indica to degrade TAP. C. indica, which showed the potential of phytoremediation of TAP, and is commonly used in constructed wetland, so the technique of phytoremediation of TAP from contaminated water can be developed with the combination of constructed wetland.  相似文献

Canna indica L. (CiL) was used here in phytoremediation of mining soils. Our work evaluated the effect of AMF (i) on the growth and (ii) on the uptake of heavy metals (HM). The tests were conducted in the greenhouse on mining substrates collected from the Kettara mine (Morocco). The mine soil was amended by different proportions of agricultural soil and compost and then inoculated with two isolates of AMF (IN1) and (IN2) of different origins. After six months of culture, the results show that on mining soils (100%) only AMF (IN2) was able to colonize the roots of CiL with a frequency of 40 ± 7% and an intensity of 6.5 ± 1.5%. Also, the lowest values of shoot and root dry biomass are obtained on these mining soils with respectively 0.30 g and 0.27 g. In contrast, the accumulation of HM was higher and reached more than 50% of that contained in the mining soils, the highest values with 138 mg kg?1 Cu2+, Zn2+ 270 mg kg?1 and 1.38 mg kg?1 Cd was recorded. These results indicate that the colonization of CiL roots by AMF (IN2) could significantly improve its potential to be used in phytoremediation of polluted soil.  相似文献

The present investigation reports the results of the Cd accumulated by five Populus at six Cd supply levels (0, 0.5, 2, 6, 25, 60 mg/kg) in soils. For all tested Populus species, Cd accumulated by the leaves, stems, and roots linearly increased with increasing Cd supply levels, the higher concentration Cd treatments significantly promoted the Cd accumulation. P. hopeiensis, and P. tomentosa always performed the stronger ability of Cd accumulation than other three Populus species under different Cd supply treatments, and P. nira var. thevestina and P. leucoides had the poorer accumulation ability. Cd in soil was more intensively absorbed in the leaves and stems for all 5 Populus species, was not retained in roots and was transferred to aboveground plant tissues.  相似文献
