大袋蛾生物学特性及防治

<正> 大袋蛾 Cryptothelea variegata Snellen在淮北地区主要危害泡桐(毛泡桐除外)、法国梧桐、刺槐、侧柏、柿、君迁子、紫穗槐、枫杨、法国冬青、大叶黄杨、樱花、樱桃、桂花。一般受害的有榆、柳、臭椿、梅、桃、杏、李、梨树、苹果、栾树、核桃、龙柏、雪松、紫荆、重阳木、麻栎、香樟、花椒、池杉、水杉、银杏、楸、梓等。     

中国野生动物保护(有蹄类)

列入国家保护的有蹄类动物有：奇蹄类：蒙古野驴、西藏野驴、野马。３种均有一级保护动物。偶蹄类：一级;野骆驼、蹊鹿、黑麂、白唇鹿、坡鹿、梅花鹿、豚鹿、麋鹿、野牛、野牦牛、普氏原羚、高鼻羚牛、扭角羚、赤斑羚、塔尔羊、北山羊、共１７种。二级：原麝、林麝、马麝、河麝、马鹿、白臀鹿、水鹿、驼鹿、黄羊、藏原羚、鹅喉羚、鬣羚、斑羚、岩羊、盘羊,共１５种。中国野生动物保护(有蹄类)     

中国国家公园名录

1982年和1988年,中国国务院分别审定公布了两批列为中国国家公园的名单,这两批国家公园共85个,总面积4.4万平方公里。 它们是:黄山、泰山、庐山、华山、衡山、恒山、嵩山、峨嵋山、九华山、普陀山、五台山、武夷山、雁荡山、千山、井冈山、天柱山、崂山、钟山(南京市)、武当山、鸡公山、青城山、骊山、麦积山、缙云山、武陵源、丹霞山、清源山、三清山、龙虎山、云台山、天台山、西樵山、贡嘎     

十一个少数民族红细胞酸性磷酸酶、酯酶D、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶及谷丙转氨酶的遗传多态性

用淀粉凝胶电泳法对我国十一个少数民族红细胞酸性磷酸酶(AcP_1)、酯酶D(EsD)、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6-PGD)及谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的遗传多态性进行了研究,共调查了2272人。研究结果表明:侗、回、白、土家、苗、彝、藏、满、瑶、哈尼和布依等民族AcP_1~B基因频率依次为0.7835、0.7958、0.8137、0.7750、0.7624、0.8038、0.8075、0.8035、0.7725、0.6488和0.6896;EsD~1基因频率依次为0.6418、0.7315、0.6005、0.6025、0.6411、0.6411、0.6558、0.6305、0.6020、0.6023和0.6368;6-PGD~A基因频率依次为0.9279、0.9381、0.9387、0.9150、0.9356、0.9014、0.7764.0.8818、0.9851.0.9233和0.9410;GPT~1基因频率依次为0.4075、0.5367、0.5049、0.4824、0.5322、0.6106、0.6313、0.6400、0.3985、0.4930和0.3976。并对发现的变异型进行了讨论。

A REINTERPRETATION OF THE ONTOGENY OF THE ASCOCARP OF SPECIES OF THE ERYSIPHACEAE

A study of four species of Erysiphaceae (Uncinula salicis, Podosphaera leucotricha, Erysiphe cichoracearum, and Microsphaera diffusa) revealed that the binucleate stages of the ascocarp are initiated in a similar manner to those of Diporotheca rhizophila Gordon & Shaw. The “appendages” developing on immature ascocarps are considered to be receptive hyphae. Appendages characteristic of mature ascocarps are produced much later. Lysis of certain centrum cells occurs, and asci are initiated from some of the remaining binucleate centrum cells. Resorption of centrum cells by the asci is supported by this investigation, corroborating Björling's earlier studies on Erysiphe graminis.     

EFFECT OF CYCLOHEXIMIDE ON THE CELL CYCLE OF THE CRYPTS OF THE SMALL INTESTINE OF THE RAT

A single injection of 1.5 mg/kg of cycloheximide induces a complete disappearance of mitotic activity in rat intestinal crypts within 1.5–2 hr. No significant necrosis of crypt cells is observed even though this phenomenon is accompanied by a marked decrease in uptake of labeled precursors into protein and DNA. Mitoses reappear 6 hr after injection and recovery then follows a cyclic pattern over a period equivalent to one cell cycle, thereby reflecting at least a partial synchronization of cell division. Concurrent use of colchicine, an agent known to induce metaphase arrest, has demonstrated that cycloheximide, while having no apparent effect on cells already in division, prevents the entrance of new cells into visible mitosis. Analysis of the cell cycle suggests that one block initiated by cycloheximide occurs in G₂, presumably as the result of an interference with the formation of protein(s) required for the normal progression of cells from this phase of the cycle into mitosis.     

生境破碎化对黑白仰鼻猴种群数量的影响

从1999年4月至2002年6月间,对黑白仰鼻猴种群的分布和生境状况进行了调查。与十年前的调查结果相比,本次调查新发现了4个猴群,但有5个以前存在的猴群已经消失,现存种群数量为13个猴群,总体数量约为1200─1700只。从西藏的芒康到云龙的龙马山,随着海拔的降低,猴群可利用的植被类型也随之多样化。但由于砍伐、放牧、开矿等因素的影响,猴群的适宜生境破碎化程度较高,连接猴群的生境走廊状况通常较差,多数猴群孤立分布,并且存在小种群问题,生境走廊的维护和恢复已成为该物种保护成功与否的关键。种群的总体数量下降了32%,其中4个猴群数量下降,4个猴群持平,1个猴群有所增长,5个猴群消失,这不容乐观的状况给我们的保护工作敲响了警钟。     

INVESTIGATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE CORNIFIED EPITHELIUM OF THE HUMAN SKIN

To explore the submicroscopic structure of the human callus by the polarization optical method, serial sections were prepared in three principal planes and the sign of double refraction as well as optic axes of various regions of the sections was determined. It was concluded that in areas under the grooves keratin is oriented parallel to the surface plane of the callus and to the direction of the grooves. In component structures of ridge areas such as in sweat duct areas a circumferential, in cross-band areas a linear, and in other parts a random structure was seen. The cross-bands of ridge areas in association with groove areas revealed a regular lattice-like submicroscopic pattern which was considered as an important mechanical system of the cornified epithelium.     

THE LOCUS OF THE ACTION OF VERATRIN

1. In Mnemiopsis veratrin shows two stages of veratrin poisoning. First, inhibition of the beats of the plates which disappears on cutting them away either singly or in small groups. Second, after half an hour mechanical stimulation excites the beat of the plates in the intact veratrinized animal. It is concluded that veratrin acts on nervous tissue and not on the substance of the swimming plates. 2. In Lumbricus, veratrin acts on the ventral nerve cord alone, and not on the muscles and peripheral nerves. 3. In Musca, veratrin first causes opisthotonos, then spasms and extreme flexion of the legs. Decapitation causes these effects to disappear hence veratrin acts on the cerebral ganglia of the fly. 4. Veratrin applied to the sciatic nerve of the frog causes, after a latent period of 20 minutes, irregular contractions of the gastrocnemius which persist for an hour or more. Veratrin is thus a neurophil alkaloid of the first class as well as second and in this way resembles tetraethyl ammonium chloride. 5. If the end of a sciatic nerve is dipped into veratrin solution, then direct stimulation of the gastrocnemius muscle results in contraction with delayed relaxation, although the muscle itself is not subject to the action of veratrin. 6. By means of preparations of the sartorius muscle of the frog it is shown that veratrin acts not on the muscle cells directly but on the nerve fibers. Hence veratrin produces the characteristic muscle curve showing delayed relaxation by its action on the nervous elements.     

医学文眉深浅探讨

本文认为医学文眉是古代文身术与近代医学的结合,是永久性画眉。详细地介绍了医学文眉的材料,方法与适应证。首次将文眉分为追求自然型与润色修饰型。正常求美者和眉型不足者都适合于文眉。鉴于目前除皮肤切除术外,尚无彻底消除文眉痕迹的方法,本文还分析了文眉术后的近期、远期效果,及文眉效果不满意时的补救措施,强调高水平的文眉。讨论了选色深浅、针刺深浅及皮肤深浅与文眉的关系,各深浅的优缺点,并提议文眉时针刺的深度以浅为妙。文中所介绍和讨论的方法。同样适用于文身术。     

THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE STALK AND BASE OF THE ANTHERIDIUM OF POLYTRICHUM

The fluorescent boundary across the stalk of an antheridium of Polytrichum appears as a distinctive, secondary wall layer in electron micrographs. Lamellations of electron-dense and -lucent materials cause this layer to resemble the “suberized lamellae” of root endodermis and leaf bundle sheaths in grasses. The cells of the stalk below the boundary are especially rich in lipid droplets, whereas those in the base of the antheridium, above the boundary, have markedly fewer and smaller lipid droplets and abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum often in loosely parallel arrays. Cytological differences develop before the boundary appears, so that the distinctive wall layer is secreted by protoplasts that are already specialized morphologically. During maturation of an antheridium there is a secretion of a fluid into a space that forms at the bottom of the sperm chamber. However, the cells surrounding this fluid show no special morphological adaptations that would seem to relate to secretion.
