A series of celastrol analogues were synthesized, and their neuroprotective effect against t-BHP-induced cytotoxicity was investigated in neuronal PC12 cells. Their effects on Hsp70 protein expression were quantified by Western blot analysis. The study found that compound CL12 is more effective than the parent celastrol against t-BHP-induced cytotoxicity. CL12 up-regulates Hsp70 protein expression dose-dependently. These results suggest that CL12 is a potential candidate for the intervention of neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

Increasing evidence suggests a role for oxidative stress in age-related decrease in osteoblast number and function leading to the development of osteoporosis. This study was undertaken to investigate whether ghrelin, previously reported to stimulate osteoblast proliferation, counteracts tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP)-induced oxidative damage in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells as well as to characterize the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) involved in such activity. Pretreatment with ghrelin (10?7–10?11 M) significantly increased viability and reduced apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 cells cultured with t-BHP (250 μM) for three hours at the low concentration of 10?9 M as shown by MTT assay and Hoechst-33258 staining. Furthermore, ghrelin prevented t-BHP-induced osteoblastic dysfunction and changes in the cytoskeleton organization evidenced by the staining of the actin fibers with Phalloidin-FITC by reducing reactive oxygen species generation. The GHS-R type 1a agonist, EP1572 (10?7–10?11 M), had no effect against t-BHP-induced cytotoxicity and pretreatment with the selective GHS-R1a antagonist, d-Lys3-GHRP-6 (10?7 M), failed to remove ghrelin (10?9 M)-protective effects against oxidative injury, indicating that GHS-R1a is not involved in such ghrelin activity. Accordingly, unacylated ghrelin (DAG), not binding GHS-R1a, displays the same protective actions of ghrelin against t-BHP-induced cytotoxicity. Preliminary observations indicate that ghrelin increased the trimethylation of lys4 on histones H3, a known epigenetic mark activator, which may regulate the expression of some genes limiting oxidative damage. In conclusion, our data demonstrate that ghrelin and DAG promote survival of MC3T3-E1 cell exposed to t-BHP-induced oxidative damage. Such effect is independent of GHS-R1a and is likely mediated by a common ghrelin/DAG binding site.  相似文献

Acrolein is an environmental toxicant, mainly found in smoke released from incomplete combustion of organic matter. Several studies showed that exposure to acrolein can lead to liver damage. The mechanisms involved in acrolein-induced hepatocellular toxicity, however, are not completely understood. This study examined the cytotoxic mechanisms of acrolein on HepG2 cells. Acrolein at pathophysiological concentrations was shown to cause apoptotic cell death and an increase in levels of protein carbonyl and thiobarbituric acid reactive acid substances. Acrolein also rapidly depleted intracellular glutathione (GSH), GSH-linked glutathione-S-transferases, and aldose reductase, three critical cellular defenses that detoxify reactive aldehydes. Results further showed that depletion of cellular GSH by acrolein preceded the loss of cell viability. To further determine the role of cellular GSH in acrolein-mediated cytotoxicity, buthionine sulfoximine (BSO) was used to inhibit cellular GSH biosynthesis. It was observed that depletion of cellular GSH by BSO led to a marked potentiation of acrolein-mediated cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells. To further assess the contribution of these events to acrolein-induced cytotoxicity, triterpenoid compound 2-cyano-3,12-dioxooleana-1,9-dien-28-imidazolide (CDDO-Im) was used for induction of GSH. Induction of GSH by CDDO-Im afforded cytoprotection against acrolein toxicity in HepG2 cells. Furthermore, BSO significantly inhibited CDDO-Im-mediated induction in cellular GSH levels and also reversed cytoprotective effects of CDDO-Im in HepG2 cells. These results suggest that GSH is a predominant mechanism underlying acrolein-induced cytotoxicity as well as CDDO-Im-mediated cytoprotection. This study may provide understanding on the molecular action of acrolein which may be important to develop novel strategies for the prevention of acrolein-mediated toxicity.  相似文献

Oxidative stress induced by toxicants is known to cause various complications in the liver. Herbal drug such as Liv.52 is found to have hepatoprotective effect. However, the biochemical mechanism involved in the Liv.52 mediated protection against toxicity is not well elucidated using suitable in vitro models. Hence, in the present study, the hepatoprotective effect of Liv.52 against oxidative damage induced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP) in HepG2 cells was evaluated in order to relate in vitro antioxidant activity with cytoprotective effects. Cytotoxicity was measured by MTT assay. Antioxidant effect of Liv.52 was determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay, ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay, and lipid peroxidation and measurement of non-enzymic and antioxidant enzymes in HepG2 cells exposed to t-BHP over a period of 24 h. The results obtained indicate that t-BHP induced cell damage in HepG2 cells as shown by significant increase in lipid peroxidation as well as decreased levels of reduced glutathione (GSH). Liv.52 significantly decreased toxicity induced by t-BHP in HepG2 cells. Liv.52 was also significantly decreased lipid peroxidation and prevented GSH depletion in HepG2 cells induced by t-BHP. Therefore, Liv.52 appeared to be important for cell survival when exposed to t-BHP. The protective effect of Liv.52 against cell death evoked by t-BHP was probably achieved by preventing intracellular GSH depletion and lipid peroxidation. The results showed protective effect of Liv.52 against oxidative damage induced in HepG2 cells. Hence, taken together, these findings derived from the present study suggest the beneficial effect of Liv.52 in regulating oxidative stress induced in liver by toxicants.  相似文献

Following exposure of differentiated neuronal PC12 cells to either t-BHP, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or FeSO4 various kinds of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are generated leading to oxidative injury. The protective effects of two plant polyphenols, ellagic (EC) and chlorogenic acid (CGA), as well as of two metabolites, caffeic acid (CA) and ferulic acid (FA), were investigated in preincubation and coincubation experiments with respect to the following parameters: prevention of cell death, GSH depletion, lipid peroxidation and ROS formation.

The polyphenols more efficiently suppressed cytotoxicity and loss of GSH caused by peroxides than by iron, particularly in preincubation. Lipid peroxidation which increased much stronger in response to FeSO4 was counteracted completely by the polyphenols. In case of iron, however, only coincubation was effective. EA and CGA and the metabolites CA and FA showed excellent elimination of ROS induced by all stressors. These findings suggest that two dietary antioxidants, EA and CGA, may have protective properties against oxidative stress induced in CNS.  相似文献

We investigated the possible protective effects of ellagic acid on rat kidneys exposed to nicotine during the fetal period. Twenty pregnant female rats were divided randomly into four groups: control (C), nicotine (N), ellagic acid (EA) and nicotine + ellagic acid (N + EA). Nicotine and ellagic acid treatments were continued throughout the pregnancies and for 15 days after delivery. On day 15, all neonatal pups were sacrificed and their kidneys were removed for biochemical and histopathological examination. The nicotine treatment significantly decreased body weight, total glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, and increased malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels in the N group compared to controls. EA treatment ameliorated decreased body weight, GSH, GSH-Px and SOD activities, and increased MDA and NO levels in group N + EA compared to group N (p < 0.05). Nicotine caused kidney damage as shown by incomplete development of glomeruli and Bowman's capsules. Nicotine also caused greater apoptosis in group N compared to group C. Ellagic acid treatment produced histological kidney structure that was closer to normal and it exerted an anti-apoptotic effect in the N + EA group compared to the N group. EA played a protective role against nicotine-induced nephrotoxicity and oxidative stress in rats owing to its antioxidant, radical scavenging and anti-apoptotic effects.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the protective effects of GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid)-enriched sea tangle juice (STJ) by Lactobacillus brevis BJ-20 fermentation against alcohol hepatotoxicity. The protective effects were determined by assessing glutathione (GSH) content levels and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) activity against ethanol-induced cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells. In ethanol-treated cells, GSH content decreased to 44.35% of control (ethanol-untreated cell) values; however, treatment with fermented sea tangle juice (FSTJ) at a concentration of 25 μg/mL increased GSH levels to 67.08%.These results suggest that FSTJ may prevent intracellular GSH depletion caused by ethanol consumption. Treatment with FSTJ against alcohol-injured HepG2 cells resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in GGT activity. The expression of cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) enzyme, a major contributor to ethanol-induced oxidative stress, was also completely inhibited in FSTJ-treated cells at a concentration of 25 μg/mL. Thus, this study demonstrated that ethanolinduced cytotoxicity could be attenuated by inhibition of GSH depletion, GGT activity, and CYP2E1 expression.  相似文献

Alachlor, metolachlor, and propachlor are widely used chloroacetanilide herbicides. Their cytotoxicity in rat (Fa32) and human (Hep G2) hepatoma-derived cells was investigated, in connection with their influence on the endogenous glutathione (GSH) content, on the xenobiotic-metabolizing phase I enzymes 7-ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD) and 7-pentoxyresorufin O-depentylase (PROD), and phase II glutathione transferase (GST). The cytotoxicity was measured by the neutral red uptake inhibition assay. The following toxicity range was observed in both cell lines : propachlor>alachlor>metolachlor. When the endogenous GSH content was reduced by pretreatment of the cells with L-buthionine (S,R)-sulfoximine, the cytotoxicity of the herbicides increased strongly in both cell lines. EROD and PROD activities were dose-dependently increased to different degrees in Fa32, as was EROD in Hep G2, but no PROD activity was observed in these cells. The GSH content was not altered after 1 h treatment, and was approximately doubled after 24 h. GST activity was increased in Fa32 cells but not in Hep G2. A comparable cytotoxicity was observed for the investigated chloroacetanilides in both the rat and the human cell lines. Different interactions with xenobiotic-metabolizing phase I and II enzymes were observed, and GSH showed a protective effect against the acetanilides in both cell lines.  相似文献

Couple of ethnopharmacological surveys in the Indian Ladakh and Pakistani Shigar valleys has reported the medicinal use of Acantholimon lycopodioides against cardiac and gastric disorders that however, remains without scientific rationale or experimental validations. Here, we assess the in vitro bio/therapeutic activities of A. lycopodioides extracts as well as chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and aqueous fractions. The in vitro β-carotene-linoleic acid bleaching and DPPH radical scavenging methods demonstrated a very high anti-oxidative property of chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions compared to others. Cell viability assay (MTT) on human cervical (HeLa), breast (MDA-MB321) and liver (HepG2) cancer cells revealed their differential cytotoxicity, except the chloroform fraction. Of these, the precipitate exerted highest cytotoxicity on HepG2 cells followed by aqueous fraction on MDA-MB321 cells. Notably, the non-cytotoxicity of chloroform fraction coincided with its highest anti-oxidative activity. Further, the chloroform fraction showed marked hepatoprotection (up to 84%) against 3′7′dichlorofluorescin triggered free radicals induced oxidative damage. Also, the hepatoprotective chloroform fraction mildly activated CYP3A4 in HepG2 cells (dual-luciferase assay). Moreover, the A. lycopodioides extracts and fractions showed differential anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities. Of these, while S. aureus was more sensitive to the water-insoluble extract, ethyl acetate fraction showed moderate activity against E. coli and C. albicans. On the other hand, the chloroform fraction showed promising activity against S. Aureus, C. albicans, P. vulgaris and E. faecalis. In conclusion, our data for the first time, demonstrated promising anti-oxidative, hepatoprotective, anti-cancer, anti-microbial and CYP3A4 activating salutations of A. lycopodioides. This warrants further studies towards isolation and identification of its therapeutically active principles.  相似文献

Background

To evaluate the hepatoprotective potential and invitro cytotoxicity studies of whole plant methanol extract of Rumex vesicarius L. Methanol extract at a dose of 100 mg/kg bw and 200 mg/kg bw were assessed for its hepatoprotective potential against CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity by monitoring activity levels of SGOT (Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase), SGPT (Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase), ALP (Alkaline phosphatase), TP (Total protein), TB (Total bilirubin) and SOD (Superoxide dismutase), CAT (Catalase), MDA (Malondialdehyde). The cytotoxicity of the same extract on HepG2 cell lines were also assessed using MTT assay method at the concentration of 62.5, 125, 250, 500 μg/ml.

Results

Pretreatment of animals with whole plant methanol extracts of Rumex vesicarius L. significantly reduced the liver damage and the symptoms of liver injury by restoration of architecture of liver. The biochemical parameters in serum also improved in treated groups compared to the control and standard (silymarin) groups. Histopathological investigation further corroborated these biochemical observations. The cytotoxicity results indicated that the plant extract which were inhibitory to the proliferation of HepG2 cell line with IC50 value of 563.33 ± 0.8 μg/ml were not cytotoxic and appears to be safe.

Conclusions

Rumex vesicarius L. whole plant methanol extract exhibit hepatoprotective activity. However the cytotoxicity in HepG2 is inexplicable and warrants further study.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to determine cytotoxic effects of 4-octylphenol (4-OP) on primary cultured hepatocytes of pearl mullet (Alburnus tarichi). Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release, malondialdehyde (MDA) level, antioxidant enzymes [superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), glutathione-S-transferase (GST)] and glutathione (GSH) content were measured after 24-h exposure to 4-OP. 4-OP caused dose- and time-dependent increases in LDH release. Significant induction of MDA level and decrease in GSH content were found. SOD and GPx activities were decreased while GST activity was increased. These findings suggest that 4-OP leads to cytotoxicity by depressing antioxidant defenses in fish hepatocytes.  相似文献

Natural products from plants are expected to play significant roles in creating new, safe and improved chemopreventive and therapeutic antitumor agents. Selectivity is also an important issue in cancer prevention and therapy. The present study was designed to extend our previous study on the c-Ha-ras and c-myc-induced tumor cell-selective antiproliferative effects of a licorice component, glycyrrhetinic acid (GA). An in silico ligand-receptor docking simulation revealed that GA acts as an 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 2 inhibitor. GA disrupted the redox balance in tumor cells through upregulation of reactive oxygen species and downregulation of glutathione (GSH). The GA-induced GSH reduction and cytotoxicity were enhanced by an inhibitor of GSH, l-buthionine-[S,R]-sulfoximine. N-acetyl-l-cysteine, an antioxidant and precursor of GSH, restored the GA-induced GSH reduction and cytotoxicity in tumor cells. Taken together, these data highlighting the downregulation of GSH by GA and the efficacy of GSH in ameliorating GA-mediated cytotoxicity support the notion that GSH is involved in the selective toxicity of GA toward tumor cells.  相似文献

Chlorogenic (5‐CQA), 1,5‐, 3,5‐, 4,5‐ and 3,4‐dicaffeoylquinic (DCQA) acids were identified and quantified in the methanol extracts of Inula oculus‐christi L., I. bifrons L., I. aschersoniana Janka var. aschersoniana, I. ensifolia L., I. conyza (Griess .) DC. and I. germanica L. by HPLC analysis. The amount of 5‐CQA varied from 5.48 to 28.44 mg/g DE and the highest content was detected in I. ensifolia. 1,5‐DCQA (4.05–55.25 mg/g DE) was the most abundant dicaffeoyl ester of quinic acid followed by 3,5‐DCQA, 4,5‐DCQA and 3,4‐DCQA. The extract of I. ensifolia showed the highest total phenolic content (119.92±0.95 mg GAE/g DE) and exhibited the strongest DPPH radical scavenging activity (69.41±0.55 %). I. bifrons extract was found to be the most active sample against ABTS.+ (TEAC 0.257±0.012 mg/mL) and the best tyrosinase inhibitor. The studied extracts demonstrated a low inhibitory effect towards acetylcholinesterase and possessed low cytotoxicity in concentration range from 10 to 300 μg/mL toward non‐cancer (MDCK II) and cancer (A 549) cells.  相似文献

Background and Aims

The classification and phylogeny of Eurasian (EA) Aster (Asterinae, Astereae, Asteraceae) remain poorly resolved. Some taxonomists adopt a broad definition of EA Aster, whereas others favour a narrow generic concept. The present study aims to delimit EA Aster sensu stricto (s.s.), elucidate the phylogenetic relationships of EA Aster s.s. and segregate genera.

Methods

The internal and external transcribed spacers of nuclear ribosomal DNA and the plastid DNA trnL-F region were used to reconstruct the phylogeny of EA Aster through maximum parsimony and Bayesian analyses.

Key Results

The analyses strongly support an Aster clade including the genera Sheareria, Rhynchospermum, Kalimeris (excluding Kalimeris longipetiolata), Heteropappus, Miyamayomena, Turczaninowia, Rhinactinidia, eastern Asian Doellingeria, Asterothamnus and Arctogeron. Many well-recognized species of Chinese Aster s.s. lie outside of the Aster clade.

Conclusions

The results reveal that EA Aster s.s. is both paraphyletic and polyphyletic. Sheareria, Rhynchospermum, Kalimeris (excluding K. longipetiolata), Heteropappus, Miyamayomena, Turczaninowia, Rhinactinidia, eastern Asian Doellingeria, Asterothamnus and Arctogeron should be included in Aster, whereas many species of Chinese Aster s.s. should be excluded. The recircumscribed Aster should be divided into two subgenera and nine sections. Kalimeris longipetiolata, Aster batangensis, A. ser. Albescentes, A. series Hersileoides, a two-species group composed of A. senecioides and A. fuscescens, and a six-species group including A. asteroides, should be elevated to generic level. With the Aster clade, they belong to the Australasian lineages. The generic status of Callistephus should be maintained. Whether Galatella (including Crinitina) and Tripolium should remain as genera or be merged into a single genus remains to be determined. In addition, the taxonomic status of A. auriculatus and the A. pycnophyllus–A. panduratus clade remains unresolved, and the systematic position of some segregates of EA Aster requires further study.  相似文献

Toxoplasma gondii is an important opportunistic pathogen that causes toxoplasmosis, which has very few therapeutic treatment options. The most effective therapy is a combination of pyrimethamine and sulfadiazine; however, their utility is limited because of drug toxicity and serious side effects. For these reasons, new drugs with lower toxicity are urgently needed. In this study, the compound, (Z)-1-[(5-nitrofuran-2-yl)methyleneamino]-imidazolidine-2,4-dione (nitrofurantoin), showed anti-T. gondii effects in vitro and in vivo. In HeLa cells, the selectivity of nitrofurantoin was 2.3, which was greater than that of pyrimethamine (0.9). In T. gondii-infected female ICR mice, the inhibition rate of T. gondii growth in the peritoneal cavity was 44.7% compared to the negative control group after 4-day treatment with 100 mg/kg of nitrofurantoin. In addition, hematology indicators showed that T. gondii infection-induced serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels, biochemical parameters involved in liver injury, were reduced by nitrofurantoin significantly. Moreover, nitrofurantoin exerted significant effects on the index of antioxidant status, i.e., malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH). The nitrofurantoin-treated group inhibited the T. gondii-induced MDA levels while alleviating the decrease in GSH levels. Thus, nitrofurantoin is a potential anti-T. gondii candidate for clinical application.  相似文献

Anin vitro cytotoxicity screening of theTyphonium flagelliforme extracts indicated high cytotoxicity effect on human lung carcinoma NCl-H23 cells and human mammary gland carcinoma T-47D cells, but the extracts were not active on human liver carcinoma HepG2 cells. NCl-H23 cells were more susceptible toT. flagelliforme extracts than T-47D cells. EDP50 values of the hexane fractions of the mature plant and thein vitro plantlet ofT. flagelliforme on NCl-H23 cells were less than 2 μg/mL Extract from the mature plant was relatively more cytotoxic than the one fromin vitro plantlet except for the hexane fraction. The chloroform and butanol fraction of the mature plant had higher cytotoxicity effect than the fraction fromin vitro plantlet on NCl-H23 cells. All the 3 fractions (hexane, chloroform, and butanol) of the mature plant exhibited higher cytotoxicity effects on human mammary gland carcinoma T-47D cells than the 3 fractions ofin vitro plantlet. However, the human liver carcinoma cells were resistant toT. flagelliforme extracts except for higher concentration of hexane fractions of both the mature and thein vitro plants and the chloroform fraction of the mature plant. Micropropagated plantlets ofT. flagelliforme could hence be used as herbal materials for the treatment of human lung and breast cancers.  相似文献

The ruminant trans fatty acid vaccenic acid (tVA) favorably alters markers of inflammation. However, it is not yet clear whether these effects are attributed to its endogenous partial conversion to c9,t11-CLA, which is known to possess anti-inflammatory properties. We compared the cytokine reducing potential of tVA to c9,t11-CLA in human T-helper (Th) cells as a main source of cytokine production during inflammation. Secondly, we assessed whether a bioconversion of tVA to c9,t11-CLA via stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) encoded activity takes place in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in order to relate the outcomes of intracellular cytokine measurement to the degree of conversion. TVA reduced the percentage of both IL-2 and TNF-α expressing Th cells significantly, but to a lesser extent compared to c9,t11-CLA, as determined by flow cytometry after alloreactive stimulation of PBMC. Pre-treatment with the selective PPARγ antagonist T0070907 largely re-established the IL-2 and TNF-α positive Th cell population in both tVA and c9,t11-CLA treated cultures. Interestingly, while the portion of tVA dose-dependently increased within the cellular lipid fraction, the initially marginal amount of c9,t11-CLA remained unaltered. However, SCD mRNA although abundantly expressed in PBMC was not regulated by tVA. Conclusively, these results suggest that the cytokine reducing effect of tVA in human T cells is independent of c9,t11-CLA, since no bioconversion occurred. Moreover, the data provide evidence that tVA mechanistically acts in a manner similar to c9,t11-CLA.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate the biological activities with toxic properties of the methanol, hexane, and chloroform extracts of Cystoseira compressa (Esper) Gerloff & Nizamuddin from the Coast of Urla in the Aegean Sea. The extracts of C. compressa were tested for their antimicrobial and antioxidant activities in this study. Cytotoxic and mutagenic potentials of the extracts were also evaluated using cell culture and mutagenicity assays. Hexane extract was found to have higher total flavonoid and phenolic contents than the other extracts and exerted higher antioxidant activity than other extracts. All extracts exhibited moderate antimicrobial activity against tested microorganisms (minimum inhibitory concentration ranges are 32–256 μg/mL). The results indicated that the extracts had no significant cytotoxic activity against human hepatocellular carcinoma Hep 3B cell line in all treated concentrations (5–50 μg/mL) and did not show mutagenicity in the Ames test. Lethality was not observed among mice treated with oral doses of the extracts. In conclusion, results of investigations indicate that brown alga C. compressa is a natural source of antioxidant. It has moderate antimicrobial activities with no toxicity.  相似文献

Aflatoxins and fumonisins are important food-borne mycotoxins implicated in human health and have cytotoxic effects. The aims of the current study were to evaluate the protective role of Panax ginseng extract (PGE) against the synergistic effect of subchronic administration of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and fumonisin B1 (FB1) on DNA and gene expression in rat. Female Sprague–Dawley rats were divided into eight groups (ten rats/group) and treated for 12 weeks including the control group, the group having received AFB1 (80 µg/kg bw), the group having received FB1 (100 µg/kg bw), the group having received AFB1 plus FB1 and the groups having received PGE (20 mg/kg bw) alone or with AFB1 and/or FB1. At the end of experiment, liver and kidney were collected for the determination of DNA fragmentation, lipid peroxidation (LP), glutathione (GSH) contents and alterations in gene expression. The results indicated that these mycotoxins increased DNA fragmentation, LP and decreased GSH content in liver and kidney and down-regulated gene expression of antioxidants enzymes. The combined treatments with AFB1 and/or FB1 plus PGE suppressed DNA fragmentation only in the liver, normalized LP and increased GSH in the liver and kidney as well as up-regulated the expression of GPx, SOD1 and CAT mRNA. It could be concluded that AFB1 and FB1 have synergistic genotoxic effects. PGE induced protective effects against their oxidative stress and genotoxicity through its antioxidant properties.  相似文献
