Using homogenates of catfish whole-brain in an isotonic medium, we observed an accumulation of [3H]GABA that was temperature-sensitive and was dependent on the presence of sodium ions, the optimum concentration of which was 75 mM. A kinetic analysis showed that the [3H]GABA uptake mechanism became saturated with increasing GABA concentrations. A high-affinity system, only, was evident whose Km was calculated as 12 microM. Four structural analogues of GABA were found to be competitive inhibitors of uptake, and Ki values were determined. Nipecotic acid (Ki = 1.8 microM) and guvacine (Ki = 3.9 microM) were the most potent compounds, however 2,4-diaminobutyric acid (Ki = 8.9 microM) and beta-alanine (Ki = 55 microM) also had an effect. The characteristics of the uptake mechanism in catfish brain that we have studied are similar to those reported for uptake by mammalian brain except that in the latter, both a high- and a low-affinity transport processes are present. Our data, taken together with what is already known, strongly suggest that the biochemistry of the GABA system in lower vertebrates does not differ significantly from that in mammals.  相似文献

The high concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) recently demonstrated in rat ovary prompted us to examine the capacity of ovarian slices to take up [3H]GABA. Active uptake, dependent on temperature and sodium concentration, was observed and a kinetic constant (Km) of 1.0 microM found for the uptake process. Ouabain (100 microM) reduced the rate of accumulation of [3H]GABA. Uptake was inhibited only partially by 100 microM d,l-nipecotic acid, but more strongly by 100 microM beta-alanine. These results suggest that the uptake system in ovary possesses properties similar to those of high-affinity GABA transport systems in the brain.  相似文献

The transport kinetics of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), taurine, and beta-alanine in addition to the mutual inhibition patterns of these compounds were investigated in cultures of neurons and astrocytes derived from mouse cerebral cortex. A high-affinity uptake system for each amino acid was demonstrated both in neurons (Km GABA = 24.9 +/- 1.7 microM; Km Tau = 20.0 +/- 3.3 microM; Km beta-Ala = 73.0 +/- 3.6 microM) and astrocytes (Km GABA = 31.4 +/- 2.9 microM, Km Tau = 24.7 +/- 1.3 microM; Km beta-Ala = 70.8 +/- 3.6 microM). The maximal uptake rates (Vmax) determined were such that, in neurons, Vmax GABA greater than Vmax beta-Ala = Vmax Tau, whereas in astrocytes, Vmax beta-Ala greater than Vmax Tau = Vmax GABA. Taurine was found to inhibit beta-alanine uptake into neurons and astrocytes in a competitive manner, with Ki values of 217 microM in neurons and 24 microM in astrocytes. beta-Alanine was shown to inhibit taurine uptake in neurons and astrocytes, also in a competitive manner, with Ki values of 72 microM in neurons and 71 microM in astrocytes. However, beta-alanine was found to be a weak noncompetitive inhibitor of neuronal and astrocytic GABA uptake, whereas in reverse experiments, GABA displayed weak noncompetitive inhibition of neuronal and astrocytic uptake of beta-alanine. Likewise, taurine was a weak noncompetitive inhibitor of GABA uptake in neurons and similarly, GABA was a weak noncompetitive inhibitor of taurine uptake into neurons.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The present work examines whether insulin and NO can act as regulators of glucose transport in placenta. Glucose uptake (2-deoxy D-[(3)H]glucose) was measured in the absence (control or basal values) and in the presence of insulin (1200 microU/ml) or SNP (20 microM) in isolated perfused cotyledons and tissue slices preparations of human placenta. Both insulin and NO significantly increased glucose uptake by 20 and 27 per cent, respectively. Insulin decreased the Km of glucose transport from 42.5 +/- 2.69 to 35.1 +/- 2.58 mM. The stimulatory effect of SNP was mimicked by 8-CPT-cGMP and was completely blocked by the guanylate cyclase inhibitor, ODQ (10 microM). ODQ and the NOS inhibitor, L-NAME (100 microM), decreased basal glucose uptake but did not affect insulin-stimulated glucose transport. Taken together, these findings indicate that insulin and NO stimulate glucose uptake in human placenta and suggest that both potential regulators of glucose transport use different signaling pathways.  相似文献

Postnatal development changes in mechanisms of synaptosomal amino acid transport have been studied in rat cerebral cortex. Specific uptake of radiolabeled L-serine was examined and compared with that of radiolabeled GABA using synaptosomes-enriched fractions freshly prepared from cerebral cortex at different postnatal days from the birth to young adulthood. The preparations were incubated with 10 nM of [3H]L-serine and 10 nM of [3H]-GABA in either the presence or absence of NaCl, KCl or choline chloride, at 2 and 30 degrees C, for different periods up to 30 min. The uptake of [3H]l-serine was temperature dependent in synaptosomal fractions prepared from cerebral cortex of rats in postnatal days 5, 7, 13 and 21, but stronger dependence was observed in adult brain, irrespective of the presence of Na+, K+ or choline ions. At all postnatal ages studied, [3H]-GABA uptake showed a high activity in the presence of Na+ ions and at 30 degrees C. The values of Km were 90-489 microM in L-serine uptake. However, in the uptake of GABA the values of Km were 80-150 microM. The highest values of Vmax were obtained at 5 and 21 postnatal days for both transport systems. These results indicate that the uptake of l-serine and GABA are regulated differentially during postnatal development.  相似文献

UDP-galactose: N-acetylglucosamine beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase was partially purified from rat liver Golgi membranes and rat serum. The kinetic parameters of the two enzymes isolated by affinity chromatography were compared with each other and with those for commercial bovine milk galactosyltransferase. When N-acetyl-glucosamine was the acceptor the Km values for UDP-galactose were 65,52 and 43 microM for the rat liver Golgi, rat serum and bovine milk enzymes respectively. The Km values for N-acetylglucosamine were 0.33, 1.49 and 0.5 mM for the three enzymes respectively. The Km values for UDP-galactose, with glucose as acceptor in the presence of 1 mg of alpha-lactalbumin, were 23, 9.0 and 60 microM for the three enzymes respectively, and the Km values for glucose were 2.3, 1.8 and 2.0 mM respectively. The effects of alpha-lactalbumin in both the lactosamine synthetase and lactose synthetase reactions were similar. The activation energies were 94.0 kJ/mol (22.5 kcal/mol) and 96.0 kJ/mol (22.9 kcal/mol) for the Golgi and serum enzymes respectively. Although some differences in Km values were observed between the rat liver Golgi and serum enzymes, the values obtained suggest a high degree of similarity between the kinetic properties of the three galactosyltransferases.  相似文献

In rat neocortical slices maintained in Mg2+-free Kreb's medium, the effects of Ca2+ concentration on repetitive spontaneous discharges and on GABA(B) receptor-mediated responses were investigated. Over a concentration range of 0.3-2.4 mM Ca2+, there was a reduction of discharge amplitude, with a 50 +/- 6.5% reduction in 0.3 mM Ca2+, whilst the burst frequency remained unaffected. Baclofen, the GABA(B) receptor agonist, produced a concentration-dependent depression of discharge frequency, reversibly antagonised by the antagonist (+)-(S)-5,5-dimethylmorpholinyl-2-acetic acid (Sch 50911). The EC50 value for baclofen in 2.4 mM Ca2+ was 11 microM, while the EC50 values in 0.3, 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 mM Ca2+ were 1.3, 2.5, 3.6, and 10 microM, respectively, resulting in 8.5, 4.4, 3.1, and 1.1-fold leftward shifts. This enhanced action of baclofen in low extracellular Ca2+ concentrations in the neocortex may be the result of a lower concentration gradient which reinforces the action of baclofen.  相似文献

Synaptosomes prepared from frozen postmortem human brain accumulated the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and the conformationally restricted GABA analogue cis-3-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid (ACHC) by a sodium-dependent, temperature-sensitive, high-affinity transport process into an osmotically sensitive compartment. This transport process could be inhibited by GABA analogues (ACHC, 2,4-diaminobutyric acid, nipecotic acid, arecaidine, guvacine) that have been shown in studies on other species to be relatively selective for neuronal rather than glial uptake systems, whereas the glial uptake inhibitor beta-alanine was ineffective. Synaptosomes prepared from frozen post-mortem human medulla and spinal cord, but not cerebral cortex, took up the neurotransmitter glycine by a sodium-dependent high-affinity transport process. The kinetic parameters for the high-affinity uptake of GABA, ACHC, and glycine were Km = 10 +/- 3, 49 +/- 19, and 35 +/- 19 microM; and Vmax = 98 +/- 15, 84 +/- 25, and 5.5 +/- 2.5 nmol/min/100 mg protein, respectively. These results demonstrate the feasibility of using human CNS preparations for studying GABA and glycine uptake, and suggest that such studies may be useful neurochemical markers for transmitter-specific presynaptic terminals in health and disease.  相似文献

To evaluate a possible role of ornithine-delta-aminotransferase (EC 2.6.1.13; Orn-T) as a rate-limiting enzyme for the synthesis of transmitter glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), respectively, its activity and kinetic properties were analyzed in cultured astrocytes as well as in neuronal cultures consisting mainly of glutamatergic neurons (cerebellar granule cells) or GABAergic neurons (cerebral cortex interneurons). For comparison the activity and kinetics of Orn-T were also assayed in mouse brain homogenates. The highest activity of Orn-T was found in astrocytes and in cerebral cortical neurons (5.3 +/- 0.5 and 5.3 +/- 0.4 nmol X mg-1 X min-1, respectively) whereas the activities of Orn-T in cerebellar granule cell cultures and in mouse brain were found to be about half of these values (3.1 +/- 0.3 and 2.8 +/- 0.1 nmol X min-1 X mg-1, respectively). From a kinetic study of Orn-T in the different preparations only a relatively low affinity for the enzyme with respect to ornithine was found in cerebellar granule cells, astrocytes, and whole brain [apparent Km values (at 0.5 mM alpha-ketoglutarate): 4.7 +/- 0.9, 4.3 +/- 2.2, and 6.8 +/- 2.2 mM, respectively] whereas the corresponding Km value for Orn-T in cerebral cortex interneurons was found to be significantly lower (apparent Km: 0.8 +/- 0.3 mM). The enzyme was not found to be inhibited by GABA (range 0.1 - 10 mM) in any of the preparations.  相似文献

Abstract: Four catalytic inhibitors of GABA aminotransferase (gabaculine, γ-acetylenic GABA, γ-vinyl GABA, ethanolamine O -sulphate) as well as aminooxyacetic acid and valproate were studied for effects on neurochemical assays for GABA synthesis, receptor binding, uptake and metabolism in mouse and rat brain preparations. Gabaculine did not interfere with GABA synthesis as reflected by the activity of glutamate decarboxylase (GAD), it was only a weak inhibitor (IC50= 0.94 mM) of GABA receptor binding sites but was a moderately potent inhibitor of GABA uptake (IC50= 81 μM) and very potent (IC50= 1.8 μM) with respect to inhibition of the GABA-metabolizing enzyme GABA aminotransferase (GABA-T). γ-Acetylenic GABA was a weak inhibitor of GAD and GABA binding (IC50 > 1 mM), but virtually equipotent to inhibit uptake and metabolism of GABA (IC50 560 and 150 μM, respectively). This was very similar to γ-vinyl GABA, except that this drug did not decrease GAD activity. Ethanolamine O -sulphate was found to show virtually no inhibition of GAD and GABA uptake, but was a fairly potent inhibitor of GABA binding (IC50= 67 μM) and in this respect, 500 times more potent than as an inhibitor of GABA-T. Aminooxyacetic acid was a powerful inhibitor of both GAD and GABA-T (IC50 14 and 2.7 μM, respectively), but had very little affinity to receptor and uptake sites for GABA. Valproate showed no effects on GABA neurochemical assays which could be related to anticonvulsant action. The present results suggest that the anticonvulsant properties of the four catalytic inhibitors of GABA-T tested are at least in part mediated through a direct influence on GABA receptors and uptake sites.  相似文献

Transport of taurine has been demonstrated in capillary preparations from adult rat brains using [3H]taurine. Taurine transport is mediated by a saturable high-affinity system which is entirely dependent on sodium ions. The apparent maximal influx (Vmax) and half-saturation concentration (Km) corresponded to 1.06.10(-4) mumol/min per mg protein and 27.5 microM, respectively. Competition experiments in the presence of sodium ion showed that [3H]taurine uptake was strongly inhibited by 0.1 mM unlabeled structural analogues of taurine such as beta-alanine and hypotaurine as well as unlabeled taurine. gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) (0.1 mM) inhibited the uptake of labeled taurine by 30%, whereas isethionic acid, L-methionine, L-2,4-diaminobutyric acid, glycine, L-cysteinesulfonic acid and cystamine did not exhibit any inhibitory effect. The results suggest that the Na+ gradient is the principal source of energy for taurine transport into isolated brain capillaries. This transport system may play an active role in the regulation of taurine concentration in the brain extracellular space.  相似文献

Two transport systems for L-arginine were evident in Anabaena sp. strain PCC 7120: a high-affinity one (Km, 1.7 microM) that accumulated arginine within the cells through an energy-requiring process and another one that exhibited low affinity for L-arginine (Km, 0.75 mM) and was unable to accumulate the substrate. Both systems were inhibited by L-canavanine, L-lysine, and L-ornithine. Two systems were also evident for L-lysine uptake (Km, 1.9 and 110 microM, respectively). After selection for resistance to canavanine or hydroxylysine, independent mutants were isolated which were impaired in the high-affinity uptake of arginine and lysine. A common permease appears, therefore, to be involved in the high-affinity transport of these basic amino acids. Both the high- and the low-affinity systems can contribute to the growth of Anabaena sp. on L-arginine. However, arginine did not effectively repress either nitrogenase or nitrate reductase.  相似文献

The systems which transport methionine in Salmonella typhimurium LT2 have been studied. Fourteen mutants, isolated by three different selection procedures, had similar growth characteristics and defects in the specific transport process showing a Km of 0.3 microM for L-methionine, and therefore lack the high-affinity, metP transport system. The sites of mutation in four of the mutants were shown by P1-mediated transduction to be linked (0.3 to 1.1%) with a proline marker located at unit 7 on the S. typhimurium chromosome. The high-affinity system was subject to both repression and transinhibition by methionine, and it may also be regulated by the metJ and metK genes. There appeared to be at least two additional transport systems with relatively low affinities for methionine in the metP763 mutant strain, with apparent Km values for methionine of 24 microM and approximately 1.8 mM. The latter system, with a very low affinity for methionine, was inhibited by leucine. In addition, methionine inhibited leucine transport, suggesting that one of the low-affinity methionine transport systems may actually be a leucine transport system.  相似文献

Basal and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)-stimulated accumulations of cyclic AMP were measured in slices of rat cerebral cortex. Neither gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) nor the selective GABAB receptor agonist (-)-baclofen stimulated basal cyclic AMP accumulation, whereas VIP caused a large dose-dependent increase in cyclic AMP levels. However, in the presence of 100 microM (-)-baclofen, the effects of VIP on cyclic AMP accumulation were significantly enhanced, with the responses to 1 microM and 10 microM VIP being approximately doubled. The enhancing effects of (-)-baclofen was dose related (1-1,000 microM), but an enhancing effect was not observed with 100 microM (+)-baclofen. In the presence of the GABA uptake inhibitor nipecotic acid (1 mM), GABA caused a similar dose-related enhancement of the VIP response. The ability of either GABA or (-)-baclofen to augment VIP-stimulated production of cyclic AMP was not mimicked by the GABAA, agonists isoguvacine and 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroisoxazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-3-ol (THIP) and was not antagonized by the GABAA antagonist bicuculline. The putative GABAB antagonist 5-aminovaleric acid (1 mM) significantly reduced the effect of (-)-baclofen. The ability of (-)-baclofen to enhance VIP-stimulated accumulation of cyclic AMP was observed in slices of rat cerebral cortex, hippocampus, and hypothalamus. These results indicate that GABA and (-)-baclofen can enhance VIP-stimulated accumulation of cyclic AMP in rat brain slices via an interaction with specific GABAB receptors.  相似文献

Intracellular ATP has been reported either to stimulate [Jacquez, J.A. (1983) Biochim. Biophys. Acta 727, 367-378] or to inhibit [Hebert, D. N., & Carruthers, A. (1986) J. Biol. Chem. 261, 10093-10099] human erythrocyte sugar transport. This current study provides a rational explanation for these divergent findings. Protein-mediated 3-O-methyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (3OMG) uptake by intact human red blood cells (lacking intracellular sugar) at ice temperature in isotonic KCl containing 2 mM MgCl2, 2 mM EGTA, and 5 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4 (KCl medium), is characterized by a Km(app) of 0.4 +/- 0.1 mM and a Vmax of 114 +/- 20 mumol L-1 min-1. Lysis of red cells in 40 volumes of EGTA-containing hypotonic medium and resealing in 10 volumes of KCl medium increase the Km(app) and Vmax for uptake to 7.1 +/- 1.8 mM and 841 +/- 191 mumol L-1 min-1, respectively. Addition of ATP (4 mM) to the resealing medium restores Michaelis and velocity constants for zero-trans 3OMG uptake to 0.42 +/- 0.11 mM and 110 +/- 15 mumol L-1 min-1, respectively. Addition of CaCl2 to extracellular KCl medium (calculated [Ca2+]o = 101 microM) reduces the Vmax for zero-trans 3OMG uptake in intact cells and ATP-containing ghosts by 79 +/- 4% and 61 +/- 9%, respectively. Intracellular Ca2+ (15 microM) reduces the Vmax for 3OMG uptake by ATP-containing ghosts by 38 +/- 12%. In nominally ATP-free ghosts, extracellular (101 microM) and intracellular (11 microM) Ca2+ reduce the Vmax for 3OMG uptake by 96 and 94%, respectively.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Uptake of 22Na+ by liver plasma membrane vesicles, reflecting Na+ transport by (Na+, K+)ATPase or Na+/H+ exchange was studied. Membrane vesicles were isolated from rat liver homogenates or from freshly prepared rat hepatocytes incubated in the presence of [Arg8]vasopressin or pervanadate and insulin. The ATP dependence of (Na+, K+)ATPase-mediated transport was determined from initial velocities of vanadate-sensitive uptake of 22Na+, the Na(+)-dependence of Na+/H+ exchange from initial velocities of amiloride-sensitive uptake. By studying vanadate-sensitive Na+ transport, high-affinity binding sites for ATP with an apparent Km(ATP) of 15 +/- 1 microM were observed at low concentrations of Na+ (1 mM) and K+ (1mM). At 90 mM Na+ and 60 mM K+ the apparent Km(ATP) was 103 +/- 25 microM. Vesiculation of membranes and loading of the vesicles prepared from liver homogenates in the presence of vasopressin increased the maximal velocities of vanadate-sensitive transport by 3.8-fold and 1.9-fold in the presence of low and high concentrations of Na+ and K+, respectively. The apparent Km(ATP) was shifted to 62 +/- 7 microM and 76 +/- 10 microM by vasopressin at low and high ion concentrations, respectively, indicating that the hormone reduced the influence of Na+ and K+ on ATP binding. In vesicles isolated from hepatocytes preincubated with 10 nM vasopression the hormone effect was conserved. Initial velocities of Na+ uptake (at high ion concentrations and 1 mM ATP) were increased 1.6-1.7-fold above control, after incubation of the cells with vasopressin or by affinity labelling of the cells with a photoreactive analogue of the hormone. The velocity of amiloride-sensitive Na+ transport was enhanced by incubating hepatocytes in the presence of 10 nM insulin (1.6-fold) or 0.3 mM pervanadate generated by mixing vanadate plus H2O2 (13-fold). The apparent Km(Na+) of Na+/H+ exchange was increased by pervanadate from 5.9 mM to 17.2 mM. Vesiculation and incubation of isolated membranes in the presence of pervanadate had no effect on the velocity of amiloride-sensitive Na+ transport. The results show that hormone receptor-mediated effects on (Na+, K+)ATPase and Na+/H+ exchange are conserved during the isolation of liver plasma membrane vesicles. Stable modifications of the transport systems or their membrane environment rather than ionic or metabolic responses requiring cell integrity appear to be involved in this regulation.  相似文献

We have studied the transport characteristics of cyclosporine A (CSA) in isolated rabbit renal proximal tubular cells (PTC). The uptake as well as efflux was very rapid and dependent on temperature. PTC accumulated CSA by several fold above the incubation medium concentration. Kinetic analysis yielded an apparent Km and Vmax values of 5.1 microM and 47 Pmoles/10(6) cells/min respectively. Calcium channel blockers verapamil or diltiazem, at concentrations (0.5-1.0 mM) that inhibited calcium uptake, reduced CSA uptake significantly. Other calcium transport modulators A23187 (5 microM), trifluoroperazine (50 microM) and ruthenium red (100 microM) induced anticipated changes in calcium uptake but had no effect on CSA uptake. These results suggest a close association or interaction between the calcium channels and the CSA transporting/binding sites on PTC membranes.  相似文献

The high-affinity uptake of [3H]serotonin, [3H]glutamate, and [3H]gamma-aminobutyric acid [( 3H]GABA) and the Na+-independent binding of [3H]glutamate and [3H]GABA were studied using spinal cord preparations obtained from normal mongrel dogs and from dogs made paraplegic by midthoracic spinal cord crush. Lumbosacral regions of the spinal cord were removed either before (1 week) or after (3 to 8 weeks) onset of spasticity. A myelin-free synaptosomal fraction was obtained by centrifugation and used for studying high-affinity uptake and for preparing synaptic plasma membranes for Na+-independent binding experiments. For the paraplegic groups, the uptake of 30 nM [3H]serotonin was 66 and 18% of control values after 1 and 3 weeks, respectively. Eadie-Hofstee analysis of [3H]serotonin uptake showed a 90% reduction in Vmax for the paraplegic group relative to control values, thereby indicating the expected loss of descending serotonergic pathways. The high-affinity uptakes of 1 microM [3H]glutamate and [3H]GABA were the same in both the control and nonspastic paraplegic groups after 1 week. However, after 3 weeks, the uptakes of [3H]glutamate and [3H]GABA were 60-70% higher for the spastic group than for the control animals. For both amino acids, Eadie-Hofstee plots revealed no difference in Km and higher Vmax for the spastic group relative to control values. After 1 and 3 weeks, the Na+-independent binding of 5 nM [3H]glutamate was 40-85% higher and the binding of 10 nM [3H]GABA was 40-60% lower for the paraplegic groups relative to the values for the control animals.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Abstract: The influence of the time of culture on GABA and taurine uptake was investigated in spontaneously matured cultures of glial and neuronal origins and in cultures treated with cyclic nucleotides. In the spontaneously matured cultures the capacity of the high-affinity neuronal GABA transport system increased with time in culture. Essentially opposite results were found for the uptake of GABA by glial cultures. In contrast with the neuronal uptake of GABA, the capacity of the taurine transport system was significantly decreased. Uptake of taurine into glia, however, exhibited a progressive increase with the period of culture. The values of Km, for the high-affinity systems were always found to range around 10 μM. It is suggested that, in mature cells, neuronal uptake sites are of prime importance for GABA transport, while taurine uptake may be more specifically directed towards glial cells. When cultures were treated with cyclic nucleotide derivatives, a morphological differentiation was induced, which could not be linked to a stimulation of GABA or taurine uptake systems as compared with the non-treated cultures.  相似文献

Kinetic Characterization of Ca2+ Transport in Synaptic Membranes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Lysed synaptosomal membranes were prepared from brain cortices of HA/ICR Swiss mice, and the ATP-stimulated Ca2+ uptake, Ca2+-stimulated Mg2+-dependent ATPase activity, and the Ca2+-stimulated acyl phosphorylation of these membranes were studied. The Km values for free calcium concentrations ([Ca2+]f) for these processes were 0.50 microM, 0.40 microM, and 0.31 microM, respectively. Two kinetically distinct binding sites for ATP were observed for the ATP-stimulated Ca2+ uptake and the Ca2+-stimulated Mg2+-ATPase activity. The high-affinity Km values for ATP for these two processes were 16.3 microM and 28 microM, respectively. These results indicate that the processes studied operate in similar physiological concentration ranges for the substrates [Ca2+]f and ATP under identical assay conditions and, further, that these processes may be functionally coupled in the membrane.  相似文献
