果实蝇属是重要的检疫性有害生物之一, 其中桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)、 木瓜实蝇B. papayae Drew & Hancock和番石榴实蝇B. correcta (Bezzi)近几年在口岸检出率居高。本研究利用热水浸泡处理法比较这3种实蝇的卵、 1龄幼虫和3龄幼虫在44~47℃下的耐热性, 利用热动力学模型和活化能比较每种实蝇的耐热虫态以确定耐热种。结果表明: 在测定温度范围内, 3种实蝇卵、 1龄幼虫和3龄幼虫的死亡率都与处理时间呈正相关。热动力学系数取0.5时, 最适合热动力学模型预测3种实蝇在各实验温度LT99.9968的致死时间。3种实蝇在44~47℃耐热性均为: 卵>1龄幼虫>3龄幼虫。番石榴实蝇在3种实蝇中最耐热。本研究结果为实蝇热处理指标的制定提供了实验依据。  相似文献

【背景】橘小实蝇是水果国际贸易中被关注的有害生物。枇杷为福建名优水果,同时福建为橘小实蝇疫区,枇杷橘小实蝇的检疫处理技术是保证枇杷出口的关键环节。【方法】对人工接入枇杷果实中的橘小实蝇卵和幼虫的低温感受性、小规模处理和大规模处理及低温对枇杷果实品质的影响进行研究。【结果】橘小实蝇2—3龄幼虫混合虫态最耐受低温;1.5℃下处理12d,可完全杀死枇杷果实中的橘小实蝇,并且低温处理对枇杷果实无损伤。【结论与意义】低温可用于枇杷内橘小实蝇的检疫处理。  相似文献

本文主要研究了橘小实蝇液体人工幼虫饲料中不同酸度对橘小实蝇生长发育的影响。继代饲养3代的结果表明:饲料酸度对橘小实蝇化蛹率和后代卵孵化率没有影响;对橘小实蝇蛹重、成虫羽化率和产卵量有显著影响。橘小实蝇液体人工幼虫饲料的pH值调节至3.6时仍可以获得质量较高的橘小实蝇。  相似文献

【目的】为了解不育胺对橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)的化学不育效果。【方法】通过喂食橘小实蝇不同浓度不育胺食料,测定了其对橘小实蝇的卵量及孵化率的影响。【结果】结果表明:喂食0.08%-0.3%不育胺食料的橘小实蝇成虫交配始见期和产卵始见期与正常对照相比推迟1-2d,均为9-10日龄开始交配,11-12日龄开始产卵;橘小实蝇取食不同浓度不育胺食料后,卵量和孵化率随浓度增加而降低。当取食0.3%不育胺食料时,♀处理×♂处理未见产卵,♀正常×♂处理和♀处理×♂正常均见产卵但卵量与对照相比显著降低且卵不孵化。取食0.3%不育胺的橘小实蝇雄虫相对不育系数为0.48,表明其交配竞争能力与正常雄虫相当。【结论】0.3%浓度的不育胺可作为橘小实蝇的化学不育剂。  相似文献

【目的】分析橘小实蝇sulfakinin的时空表达模式及其对饥饿的响应,初步明确sulfakinin在调节橘小实蝇行为和生理方面的功能。【方法】利用RT-PCR技术克隆橘小实蝇神经肽sulfakinin的c DNA序列,采用实时定量PCR技术分析该基因在橘小实蝇不同发育阶段、成虫不同组织、幼虫不同组织及其在饥饿胁迫下的表达模式,并运用半定量RT-PCR技术进一步验证。【结果】实时定量PCR分析结果表明,sulfakinin在橘小实蝇的幼虫期和成虫期显著性高表达,卵期和蛹期几乎不表达。其中早期成虫表达量最高,约为晚期成虫的2倍,幼虫期表达量位于两者之间。在橘小实蝇幼虫、成虫不同组织中,sulfakinin在中枢神经系统的表达量显著高于其他组织,在触角的表达量仅次于中枢神经系统。此外,橘小实蝇在经饥饿处理24 h的过程中,sulfakinin的表达量均出现下调,其中从饥饿处理结果可知在6 h下降幅度最大,12 h和24 h表达量下降幅度减少。半定量RT-PCR技术进一步检测结果与实时定量PCR技术检测结果一致。【结论】sulfakinin在橘小实蝇中枢神经系统可能调节橘小实蝇成虫对饥饿胁迫的响应。其在触角中的高表达可能与橘小实蝇嗅觉的敏感性相关。本研究为进一步研究橘小实蝇sulfakinin的生理功能、评估其药靶潜力奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

【背景】实蝇的竞争可能发生在生活史的各个阶段,但未见卵和蛹的种间竞争的相关报道。【方法】将橘小实蝇与番石榴实蝇的卵及蛹按照相应的比例或龄期分别进行混合培养,分析2种实蝇的卵或蛹混合后的发育历期和存活率是否受到彼此影响。【结果】橘小实蝇与番石榴实蝇的卵同龄等量混合,对彼此卵的历期和孵化率无影响。当橘小实蝇和番石榴实蝇的蛹为新鲜蛹时,分别与比它们蛹龄大1 d的对方蛹混合,蛹的羽化率分别为(87.67±3.61)%和(84.33±2.56)%,显著小于对照,说明在此混合蛹处理中,后化蛹者的发育可能受到先化蛹者的抑制。【结论与意义】总体上,在卵和蛹期,橘小实蝇与番石榴实蝇未产生竞争作用;但不排除蛹期竞争的可能性,这种竞争可能存在于特定的蛹期。  相似文献

为了明确橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)和番石榴实蝇Bactrocera correcta (Bezzi)资源利用的种间竞争机制,比较两者的竞争实力,本文研究了两种实蝇幼虫在26℃条件下于人工饲料和番石榴中的种间竞争关系。结果显示,两种实蝇同龄幼虫在共同饲养的竞争条件下,橘小实蝇幼虫期缩短、存活率提高,而番石榴实蝇蛹重变轻、存活率降低,橘小实蝇通过加快自身生长和抑制番石榴实蝇生长的方式在资源利用竞争中获得更多资源。因此,两种实蝇幼虫在种间竞争中,橘小实蝇可通过调整生活史对策获得竞争优势。  相似文献

[目的]探究橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis和番石榴实蝇Bactrocera correcta卵提取物对2种实蝇雌虫行为的影响,以及2种实蝇卵表面化合物的差异,为2种实蝇的化学生态防治提供理论依据.[方法]利用Y型嗅觉仪测定了橘小实蝇交配雌虫和番石榴实蝇交配雌虫对卵表提取物的行为反应,并利用EthoVision XT软件分析雌虫在Y管内的运动轨迹;利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定分析橘小实蝇卵和番石榴实蝇卵的化合物成分,并利用标准曲线法测定了各组分的含量.[结果]橘小实蝇卵提取物对橘小实蝇交配雌虫具有显著引诱作用(x2=9.383,P=-0.002),对番石榴实蝇交配雌虫具有显著驱避作用(x2=6.737,P=0.009),番石榴实蝇卵提取物对番石榴实蝇交配雌虫(x2=4.235,P=0.040)和橘小实蝇交配雌虫都具有引诱作用(x2=5.818,P=0.016).从橘小实蝇卵表提取物中共鉴定出11种化合物,分别是茴香脑、十五烷、十二烷酸、十二酸乙酯、(Z)-11-十四碳烯酸、十四烷酸、十四酸乙酯、(E)-9-十六碳烯酸乙酯、十六烷酸、十八碳烯酸、(Z)-9-十八碳烯酸乙酯.从番石榴实蝇卵表提取物中仅鉴定出7种化合物,而且这7种化合物在橘小实蝇的卵提取物中都存在.仅存在于橘小实蝇卵表的4种化合物是茴香脑、十二烷酸、十二酸乙酯、(Z)-11-十四碳烯酸.在2种实蝇卵提取物的相同成分中,十四烷酸、(E)-9-十六碳烯酸乙酯、十六烷酸在橘小实蝇卵表的含量显著高于番石榴实蝇.[结论]番石榴实蝇具有通过卵表化合物识别同种卵和异种卵的能力,2种实蝇的卵表化合物具有明显的差异.  相似文献

【背景】橘小实蝇是热带、亚热带水果的重要害虫,在海南发生严重。【方法】利用橘小实蝇性诱剂进行田间诱捕,以诱到的雄成虫为指标,通过定期调查,获得了海南儋州地区4种样地橘小实蝇成虫的种群动态,并进一步通过相关分析,研究了芒果园橘小实蝇种群动态与温度和降雨量的相关性。【结果】儋州地区橘小实蝇种群周年发生,冬季种群数量较低,夏季种群数量较高。橘小实蝇种群高峰期发生于6月,其中芒果园达327.6头,蔬菜地为182.8头,办公区为150.0头,植物园为209.6头。在芒果园中,随着温度的升高,橘小实蝇的种群数量呈指数增长,其相关系数R=0.799;而与降雨量的相关系数较低,为0.367。【结论与意义】本研究可为儋州地区制定橘小实蝇综合防治策略提供理论依据。  相似文献

A two-stage vapor heat treatment (VHT) is used commercially for disinfestation of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae) in various tropical fruits exported from Thailand to international markets. In the present study, VHT was tested against B. dorsalis in papayas to confirm a high level of quarantine security. The first instar larva of B. dorsalis was the most heat tolerant life stage. The VHT consists of heating papaya fruits with hot air at 50–80 % RH from ambient temperature to a fruit center temperature of 43 °C (dry pre-heating period), then heating with saturated hot air to 47 °C (wet heating period) with a 20-min hold at 47°. In large-scale confirmatory tests of this VHT treatment schedule, none of the treated 78,405 first instar larvae survived. Papayas at the color break maturity stage treated by VHT and held under simulated commercial export conditions showed no differences in fruit quality compared with non-treated controls. VHT showed high efficacy in disinfestation of papayas of B. dorsalis while maintaining fruit quality and could be used as a standard quarantine treatment for papaya exported from Thailand.  相似文献

Most tropical fruit flies only lay into mature fruit, but a small number can also oviposit into unripe fruit. Little is known about the link between adult oviposition preference and offspring performance in such situations. In this study, we examine the influence of different ripening stages of two mango, Mangifera indica L. (Anacardiaceae), varieties on the preference and performance of the Oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae), a fly known to be able to develop in unripe fruit . A series of laboratory-based choice and no-choice oviposition experiments and larval growth trials were carried out. The results demonstrated a general preference by B. dorsalis for mango variety Oakrong over variety Namdorkmai, but in most cases the single largest dependent variable influencing results was fruit ripening stage. Ripe and fully-ripe mangoes were most preferred for oviposition by B. dorsalis . In contrast, unripe mango was infrequently used by ovipositing females, particularly in choice trials. Consistent with the results of oviposition preference, ripe and fully-ripe mangoes were also best for offspring survival, with a higher percentage of larval survival to pupation and shorter development times in comparison to unripe mango. Changes in total soluble solids and pericarp toughness correlated with changing host use across the ripening stages. Regardless of the mango variety or ripeness stage, B. dorsalis had difficulty penetrating the pericarp of all fruits offered in experiments. Larval survival was also often poor in all experiments. We discuss the possibility that there may be differences in the ability of laboratory and wild flies to penetrate fruit for oviposition, or that in the field flies more regularly utilize natural fruit wounds as oviposition sites.  相似文献

Guava (Psidium guajava Linnaeus) is an important horticulture crop in tropical and subtropical regions. However, guava transportation to the fruit market is regulated due to the risk of fruit fly infestations. The oriental fruit fly [Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), Tephritidae, Diptera], which damages numerous horticulture fruits, is the primary pest in guava. For fruit export, phytosanitary treatment is necessary to prevent the potential oriental fruit fly infestations through pest-infested fruits. In this study, cold treatment was administered to eliminate oriental fruit fly infestations in guava fruits. The optimal egg inoculation density was 200 eggs per fruit, and third instar larvae displayed the highest cold treatment tolerance. On assessing the efficacy of cold treatment, none of the third instar larvae in the fruits survived at a constant fruit core temperature of 0.5–1 °C for 11 days. A confirmatory test revealed that on maintaining a fruit core temperature of 0.5–1 °C for 12 days, 100% mortality was achieved among the fruit flies. In fruit quality assessment, guava fruits exposed to cold treatment still maintained their market value. Thus, cold treatment effectively disinfested guava fruits with possible fruit fly infestations, making it a viable quarantine treatment for guava fruits prior to their export.  相似文献

为掌握不同果实室内饲养梨小食心虫Grapholita molesta(Busck)的效果及幼虫脱果的动态,以新红星苹果、富士苹果和大金星山楂饲养梨小食心虫,逐日记载幼虫脱果数量,并进行逻辑斯蒂(logistic equation)曲线拟合。结果显示,相同接卵数和相同饲料重量的情况下,3种饲料得到的幼虫数量高低次序为:新红星苹果>红富士苹果>大金星山楂。其中,新红星苹果每千克产虫量为27.7头,显著高于其它两种饲料。经逻辑斯蒂方程拟合可知,两种苹果幼虫脱果各时期及盛期历期相差较小;而以山楂饲喂的幼虫脱果各时期均比苹果饲喂的梨小食心虫提前45 d,但盛期历期均为6 d左右。由此可知,梨小食心虫幼虫脱果动态可能与寄主水果种类关系较大,而与同种水果不同品种关系较小,这也可能是造成梨小食心虫各代发生重叠及混栽园受害严重的原因。因此,本研究不仅对在室内饲养梨小食心虫具有指导作用,且为测报防治田间脱果幼虫时间提供依据。  相似文献

明确石榴品种、成熟度以及果实的完整性对桔小实蝇产卵偏好的影响,可为石榴园桔小实蝇的行为调控提供重要理论依据。本研究以采自四川省会理市彰冠镇不同品种、不同成熟度石榴果实作为材料,通过选择性试验,统计果实上的产卵孔数和着卵量,分析桔小实蝇的产卵选择行为。研究结果显示,桔小实蝇对不同品种石榴的产卵偏好性为软籽石榴>硬籽石榴>野生硬籽石榴;对不同成熟度石榴的产卵偏好性为熟果>完熟果>生果;石榴裂果比正常果更吸引桔小实蝇产卵。相关性分析结果表明,在石榴正常果状态下,软籽石榴和野生硬籽石榴的可溶性固形物含量与产卵孔数、着卵量均呈显著正相关性,而硬籽石榴可溶性固形物含量与产卵孔数、着卵量均无显著相关性;在石榴裂果状态下,各石榴品种可溶性固形物含量和着卵量均无显著相关性。桔小实蝇更偏好于软籽石榴熟果、裂果以及可溶性固形物含量为14.00%~17.00%的果实上产卵,会理地区8-9月时石榴的生长处于熟果期且多裂果,因此该时期应为桔小实蝇发生为害的关键时期,要提前做好防控。  相似文献

垫跗螋Chelisoches morio (Fabricius)是入侵害虫椰心叶甲Brontispa longissima (Gestro)的一种本地天敌.为了了解垫跗螋的生物学习性和控害潜能,本文对垫跗螋的形态特征、生长发育、重要生物学习性以及对椰心叶甲的捕食选择性和捕食量进行了观察研究.垫跗螋雌成虫将产的卵堆积在一起,抱孵在体下,且不时用口器翻动重排卵,受到惊扰时会吃掉卵,甚至初孵的若虫.在室温条件下(20±2)℃,以椰心叶甲2龄幼虫为食料,垫跗螋从卵至成虫的平均发育历期为(107.9±15.2)d;平均每头雌虫产卵量为(138.7±59.5)粒;垫跗螋成虫对椰心叶甲2龄幼虫的日平均捕食量为(6.7±1.1)头.寄主龄期选择性实验表明,垫跗螋成虫和4龄若虫喜欢取食椰心叶甲的2龄幼虫;3龄和2龄若虫喜欢取食椰心叶甲的1龄幼虫.  相似文献

为了探究寄主气味挥发物对桔小实蝇行为的影响,本研究应用Y型嗅觉仪测定了桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)成虫对5种芒果气味挥发性物质(乙酸乙酯,α-蒎稀,异松油烯,3-蒈烯和石竹烯)及5种物质混合物的行为反应。结果表明,桔小实蝇雌、雄虫对5种物质及5种物质混合物的行为反应无显著性差异。结果还揭示,桔小实蝇成虫对乙酸乙酯有明显的趋性反应,对异松油烯有明显的忌避反应,而对α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、石竹烯和5种物质的混合物均没有明显的行为定向反应。说明桔小实蝇成虫对芒果不同气味挥发物的行为反应存在差别,这可为研发桔小实蝇成虫防治新方法提供基础信息。  相似文献

In laboratory and field experiments, stimuli were tested that might affect oviposition decisions by female peach twig borer moths, Anarsia lineatella Zeller (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae). When given a choice between immature green peach fruits, green mature peach fruits and soft-ripe peach fruits, the latter received the fewest eggs. Fuzzy halves of peach fruits received ten times more eggs then shaved hairless halves. Volatiles from both almond and peach shoots induced more oviposition by females than by control stimuli. Similarly, volatiles from immature green peach fruits, mature green or mature hard-ripe peach fruits induced more oviposition than their respective control stimuli. In a choice experiment, volatiles from immature peach fruit stimulated three times more oviposition than those from soft-ripe peach fruit. Discrimination against mature soft-ripe peach fruits as potential oviposition sites may lie in the phenology of A. lineatella and host peach fruits. Larval development to the pupal stage takes 15–27 days. Therefore, any eggs laid on a ripe fruit 14 days before it falls from the tree will not likely develop into adult insects because developing larvae will only reach third or fourth instar before the fruit is decomposed, and only first and second instar larvae can overwinter.  相似文献
