To identify genetic loci influencing blood lipid levels in Caribbean Hispanics, we first conducted a genome-wide linkage scan in 1,211 subjects from 100 Dominican families on five lipid quantitative traits: total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycerides (TG), and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio. We then investigated the association between blood lipid levels and 21,361 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) under the 1-logarithm of odds (LOD) unit down regions of linkage peaks in an independent community-based subcohort (N = 814, 42% Dominican) from the Northern Manhattan Study (NOMAS). We found significant linkage evidence for LDL-C/HDL-C on 7p12 (multipoint LOD = 3.91) and for TC on 16q23 (LOD = 3.35). In addition, we identified suggestive linkage evidence of LOD > 2.0 on 15q23 for TG, 16q23 for LDL-C, 19q12 for TC and LDL-C, and 20p12 for LDL-C. In the association analysis of the linkage peaks, we found that seven SNPs near FLJ45974 were associated with LDL-C/HDL-C with a nominal P < 3.5 × 10(-5), in addition to associations (P < 0.0001) for other lipid traits with SNPs in or near CDH13, SUMF2, TLE3, FAH, ARNT2, TSHZ3, ZNF343, RPL7AL2, and TMC3. Further studies are warranted to perform in-depth investigations of functional genetic variants in these regions.  相似文献

目的:探讨健康体检人群血糖与血脂现况及两者之间的相关性。方法:采集我院9758例健康体检者的空腹静脉血,检测其空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,比较不同FPG水平组间各血脂水平,分析FPG水平与血脂的相关性。结果:各年龄组FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);FPG均与TC、TG和LDL-C水平呈现正相关(r=0.127,0.189,0.141,P0.005),而与HDL-C呈现负相关(r=-0.112,P0.005);根据FPG水平由高到低分为糖尿病(DM)组,血糖调节受损(IFG)组及血糖正常组,其中对TC和LDL-C水平异常率而言,IFG组DM组血糖正常组;对TG、HDL-C水平异常率而言,DM组IFG组血糖正常组。结论:健康人群中血糖和血脂水平呈现一定的相关性,两者的水平异常会增加慢性疾病的发生风险。  相似文献

Pregnancy is associated with increases in plasma total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG). Individuals with decreased LPL activity have a mild form of hypertriglyceridemia. Variations in the apolipoprotein E (apoE) gene have been associated with increases in plasma TG in addition to differences in plasma TC, LDL cholesterol (LDL-C), and HDL cholesterol (HDL-C). Because of the overproduction of TG-rich VLDL, normal pregnancy challenges the lipolytic capacity of LPL and the clearance of remnants particles. During pregnancy, LPL and apoE polymorphisms may contribute to hypertriglyceridemia. This study investigated the impact of three LPL polymorphisms and the apoE genotypes on lipid levels during pregnancy. Fasting plasma lipids were measured and analyses of the LPL and apoE polymorphisms were performed in 250 women in the third trimester of pregnancy. S447X carriers had lower TG (P = 0.003), and N291S carriers had lower HDL-C (P < 0.02) and higher fractional esterification rate of HDL (FER(HDL)) (P = 0.007), a measure of HDL particle size, than the noncarriers. The E2 allele was associated with lower TC, LDL-C, and FER(HDL) (P < 0.05) compared to the E3/E3 genotype. These findings support that LPL and apoE polymorphisms play an important role in lipid metabolism in pregnancy. The relationship of these polymorphisms to risk of coronary heart disease in women requires further study.  相似文献

Recently, several human genetic and genomewide association studies (GWAS) have discovered many genetic loci that are associated with the concentration of the blood lipids. To confirm the reported loci in Chinese population, we conducted a cross-section study to analyse the association of 25 reported SNPs, genotyped by the ABI SNaPshot method, with the blood levels of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglycerides (TG) in 1900 individuals by multivariate analysis. Logistic regression was applied to assess the association of the genetic loci with the risk of different types of dyslipidemia. Our study has convincingly identified that 12 of 25 studied SNPs were strongly associated with one or more blood lipid parameters (TC, LDL, HDL and TG). Among the 12 associated SNPs, 10 significantly influence the risk of one or more types of dyslipidemia. We firstly found four SNPs (rs12654264 in HMGCR; rs2479409 in PCSK9; rs16996148 in CILP2, PBX4; rs4420638 in APOE-C1-C4-C2) robustly and independently associate with four types of dyslipidemia (MHL, mixed hyperlipidemia; IHTC, isolated hypercholesterolemia; ILH, isolated low HDL-C; IHTG, isolated hypertriglyceridemia). Our results suggest that genetic susceptibility is different on the same candidate locus for the different populations. Meanwhile, most of the reported genetic variants strongly influence one or more plasma lipid levels and the risk of dyslipidemia in Chinese population.  相似文献

Aim

To explore the association of lipid ratios and triglyceride (TG) with insulin resistance (IR) in a Chinese population. We also provide the clinical utility of lipid ratios to identify men and women with IR.

Methods

This cross-sectional study included 614 men and 1055 women without diabetes. Insulin resistance was defined by homeostatic model assessment of IR > 2.69. Lipid ratios included the TG/ high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), the total cholesterol (TC)/HDL-C and the low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)/HDL –C. Logistic regression models and accurate estimates of the area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUROC) curves were obtained.

Results

In normal-weight men, none of lipid ratios nor TG was associated with IR. In overweight/obese men, normal-weight women and overweight/obese women, the TG/HDL-C, the TC/HDL-C and TG were significantly associated with IR, and the associations were independent of waist circumference. All of the AUROCs for the TG/HDL-C and TG were > 0.7. The AUROCs for TC/HDL-C ratio were 0.69–0.77. The optimal cut-offs for TG/HDL-C were 1.51 in men and 0.84 in women. The optimal cut-offs for TG were 1.78 mmol/L in men and 1.49 mmol/L in women, respectively. In men, the optimal cut-off for LDL-C/HDL-C is 3.80. In women, the optimal cut-off for LDL-C/HDL-C is 3.82.

Conclusion

The TG/HDL-C, the TC/HDL-C and TG are associated with IR in overweight/obese men, normal-weight and overweight/obese women. The LDL-C/HDL-C is only associated with IR in normal-weight women. The TG/HDL-C and TG might be used as surrogate markers for assessing IR.  相似文献

目的:探讨血压、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与脑梗死发病危险性的相关性,为及时防止脑梗死的发病及早期诊断脑梗死提供理论依据。方法:采用回顾性病例对照研究,用全自动生化分析仪器检测各项生化指标,并运用SPSS 20.0软件包对256例脑梗死患者和216例健康对照者的血生化指标进行统计分析。同时,将脑梗死组分为三组:单纯脑梗死组、合并高血压组、合并糖尿病组,分别与正常对照组进行血脂水平的分析比较。结果:血压、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇酯(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血糖、hs-CRP水平和总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TC/HDL-C)比值在病例组和对照组间有显著性差异(P0.05)。同时,在三组不同的病例组中血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C)水平和HCY水平明显高于正常对照组,而HDL-C水平则明显低于对照组。(P0.05)。结论:高血压、高血糖、HCY、hs-CRP水平增高及血脂异常均与脑梗死发病危险性相关,联合检测上述指标对预防及治疗脑梗死均有重要意义。  相似文献

There has been increasing interest in studying the various effects of organophosphate insecticides in humans and experimental animals. Only a few data are available on the effect of the organophosphate insecticide, diazinon, on lipid metabolism. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of diazinon on plasma lipid constituents in mammalian animals. The plasma levels of total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG), and phospholipids (PL) were measured in albino rats that were orally treated with a single dose of diazinon at a level of LD(50) or with repeated daily doses at the levels of 1/2, 1/8, and 1/32 LD(50) for 2, 8, and 32 days, respectively. After a 24 h post-treatment with a single LD(50) dose of diazinon, TC was not significantly changed, the HDL-C and PL levels were significantly decreased, but the LDL-C and TG levels were significantly increased. Separate daily oral administrations of diazinon at 1/2 LD(50), 1/8 LD(50), and 1/32 LD(50) doses resulted in a significant decrease in HDL-C and PL, with no significant change in TG. The LDL-C levels were significantly increased and TC showed no significant change with 1/2 LD(50) and 1/32 LD(50) doses of diazinon, whereas a significant decrease in the levels of TC, HDL-C, as well as LDL-C, was observed with the 1/8 LD(50) dose. These data suggest that diazinon may interfere with lipid metabolism in mammals.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate blood glucose and lipid lowering effects of Umbelliferone (UMB) in streptozotocin (STZ) diabetic rats. Male albino Wistar rats (180 to 200 g) were induced diabetes by administration of STZ (40 mg/kg) intraperitonially. Normal and diabetic rats were treated with UMB in 10 percent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for 45 days. Diabetic rats had increased plasma glucose and decreased insulin, total proteins (TP), and albumin in addition to decreased food intake and body weight. Elevation in total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), triglycerides (TG), free fatty acids (FFA), and phospholipids (PL), and reduction in high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in the plasma were observed. Liver and kidney tissues of diabetic rats had elevation in the levels of TC, TG, FFA, and PL. Treatment with UMB decreased plasma glucose and increased insulin, TP, and albumin apart from food intake and body weight. In UMB-treated diabetic rats, plasma and tissue TC, TG, PL and FFA, and plasma LDL-C, VLDL-C, and HDL-C reversed to near normal. Thus, reduction of blood glucose and lipid profiles indicates that UMB has antidiabetic and antihyperlipidemic effects in diabetic rats.  相似文献

Particle size of low density (LDL) and high density (HDL) lipoproteins and cholesterol esterification rate in HDL plasma (FER(HDL)) are important independent predictors of coronary artery diseases (CAD). In this study we assessed the interrelations between these indicators and routinely examined plasma lipid parameters and plasma glucose concentrations. In 141 men, healthy volunteers, we examined plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), HDL and LDL cholesterol (HDL-C, LDL-C) and HDL unesterified cholesterol (HDL-UC). Particle size distribution in HDL and LDL was assessed by gradient gel electrophoresis and FER(HDL) was estimated by radioassay. An effect of particle size and FER(HDL) on atherogenic indexes as the Log(TG/HDL-C) and TC/HDL-C was evaluated. Subjects in the study had plasma concentrations (mean +/- S.D.) of TC 5.2+/-0.9 mmol/l, HDL-C 1.2+/-0.3 mmol/l, TG 2.1+/-1.7 mmol/l, glucose 5+/-0.8 mmol/l. Relative concentration of HDL(2b) was 17.6+/-11.5 % and 14.6+/-11.8 % of HDL(3b,c). The mean diameter of LDL particles was 25.8+/-1.5 nm. The increase in FER(HDL) significantly correlated with the decrease in HDL(2b) and LDL particle size (r = -0.537 and -0.583, respectively, P<0.01) and the increase in HDL(3b,c) (0.473, P<0.01). Strong interrelations among TG and HDL-C or HDL-UC and FER(HDL) and particle size were found, but TC or LDL-C did not have such an effect. Atherogenic indexes Log(TG/HDL-C) and TC/HDL-C correlated with FER(HDL) (0.827 and 0.750, respectively, P<0.0001) and with HDL and LDL particle size.  相似文献

In the present study, the effect of succinic acid monoethyl ester (EMS) on the pattern of lipids and lipoproteins in streptozotocin-nicotinamide induced type 2 diabetes was investigated. Type 2 diabetes was induced in male Wistar rats by single intraperitoneal injection (i.p.) of 45 mg/kg streptozotocin, 15 min after the i.p administration of 110 mg/kg body weight of nicotinamide. The carboxylic nutrient EMS was administered intraperitonially at a dose of 8 Μmol/g body weight for 30 days. At the end of experimental period, the effect of EMS on plasma glucose, insulin, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) and hydroperoxide (HP) and serum triglycerides (TG), phospholipids (PL), free fatty acids (FFA), total cholesterol (TC), very low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (VLDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and the percentage of antiatherogenic index (AAI) (ratio of HDL-C to total cholesterol) were studied. Administration of EMS to diabetic rats resulted in a signi. cant reduction in the elevated levels of plasma glucose, TBARS and hydroperoxides as well as TG, PL, FFA, TC, VLDL-C and LDC-C levels. The decreased plasma insulin and serum HDL-C and percentage of AAI in diabetic rats were also reversed towards near normal. The effect produced by EMS was compared with metformin, a reference drug. The results indicates that the administration of EMS and metformin to nicotinamide-streptozotocin diabetic rats normalized plasma glucose, insulin concentrations and caused marked improvement in altered lipids, lipoprotein and lipid peroxidation markers during diabetes. Our results show the antihyperlipidemic properties of EMS and metformin in addition to its antidiabetic action. Moreover, the antihyperlipidemic effect could represent a protective mechanism against the development of atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Estimates of the average intra-individual biological variability for plasma lipids and lipoproteins differs substantially among published studies. Moreover, this topic does not appear to have received consideration in exercise and health literature with normal, healthy children as subjects. The purpose of this study was, therefore, to determine the short-term, day-to-day variability of the lipid-lipoprotein profile from 19 children [mean (SD), 11.5 (0.8) years] from 3 separate venous blood samples. Intra-individual standard deviations, variances and coefficients of variance were determined for total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), HDL-C sub-fractions HDL2 and HDL3, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C). The intra-individual variation for TC and LDL-C was used to calculate the 95% confidence intervals (CIs) around the National Cholesterol Education Programme (NCEP 1991) cut-off points. The main finding was that all of the measured blood analytes including TC, TG, HDL-C, HDL2, HDL3, and LDL-C varied considerably from day-to-day. Coefficients of total variation ranged from 3.5% for HDL3 to 25.4% for TG. Classification of individuals using NCEP guidelines was difficult based on only one or two blood samples. The magnitude of variation for LDL-C meant that a 95% CI could not be constructed around the NCEP borderline-high classification from either one or two samples. However, averaging three TC and LDL-C measurements increased the likelihood of classification within the 95% CI. The results indicate that when using the NCEP guidelines for children and adolescents, true concentrations for TC and LDL-C should be based on the mean of multiple samples.  相似文献

Serum glucose and lipid levels are associated with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) for serum glucose and lipids in a White Duroc × Erhualian resource population. Serum glucose, glycosylated serum proteins (GSP), and serum lipid levels were measured in a total of 760 F2 animals at 240 days. Strong positive correlations were observed between total cholesterol (TC) and low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)/high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). A whole-genome scan was performed with 194 microsatellites covering the pig genome across the entire resource population, revealing 2 QTL for serum glucose and 15 QTL for serum lipids. Of them, three 1% genome-wide significant QTL were identified for LDL-C, TC, and triglycerides (TG) in an adjacent region (67–73 cM) on chromosome 2 (SSC2), and the QTL for LDL-C showed the largest effect with a 95% confidence interval of 5 cM. Another 1% genome-wide significant QTL was found for LDL-C at 87 cM on SSC8. Other QTL showed 5% genome-wide significant or suggestive effects on SSC4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, and 15. In total, five significant QTL for serum lipids and a suggestive QTL for GSP on SSC4 were identified for the first time in pigs. Most of the identified QTL are homologous to the previously reported QTL for serum lipids in humans and mice. As correlated traits, QTL for TC and LDL-C were always located in the same genomic regions. The results shed new light on studies of human atherosclerosis and cardiovascular-related diseases. R. Plasma lipid and lipoprotein concentrations from 3,074 nuclear families in the multiethnic Jerusalem Lipid Research Clinic study population were analyzed for possible involvement of major genes in determination of high levels of these traits. Complex segregation analysis under a mixed model including major gene and multifactorial transmissible components was performed on transformed-plasma lipids and lipoproteins after covariance adjustment for age, sex and environmental measures. Likelihood analysis provided evidence for recessive major genes influencing plasma triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). The estimated gene frequencies for triglyceride and for hyperbetalipoproteinemia in our study population were about 0.1. Our positive results for total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were nonconclusive and the major effects could result from causes other than major genes. The mixed-model parameters were homogeneous across origin groups for LDL-C and HDL-C and heterogeneous for total plasma cholesterol and triglyceride. The multifactorial-transmission heritability index was similar in all origin groups for all the traits. The origin heterogeneity in the major gene parameters appeared to be mainly due to the North African group which favored a multifactorial transmission for all traits except for LDL-C.  相似文献

采用不同剂量山楂籽油对小鼠进行灌胃试验,研究其对血脂水平的影响。结果表明山楂籽油组小鼠的血清甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和动脉硬化指数(AI)均不同程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)低于高脂模型组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)却明显(P<0.01)高于高脂模型组,说明山楂籽油确具显著(P<0.05)降低小鼠血脂作用。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂肪因子血管生成素样蛋白4(ANGPTL4)、促代谢因子(Betatrophin)、腹腔脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)水平与血糖、血脂、下肢血管病变(LVD)的关系。方法:选取我院2018年8月~2019年8月收治的老年T2DM患者108例,根据患者是否合并LVD,分成LVD组(n=38)和无LVD组(n=70),比较两组临床资料、血清ANGPTL4、Betatrophin、Vaspin水平、血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]。经Pearson线性相关分析患者血清ANGPTL4、Betatrophin、Vaspin水平与血糖、血脂指标相关性。经Logistic多因素回归模型分析患者LVD发生的影响因素。结果:LVD组舒张压、收缩压均高于无LVD组(P<0.05)。LVD组血清Betatrophin水平及TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c高于无LVD组,血清ANGPTL4、Vaspin水平及HDL-C低于无LVD组(P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析显示,血清ANGPTL4、Vaspin与TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05)。血清Betatrophin与TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归模型分析结果显示,血清ANGPTL4、Betatrophin、Vaspin以及舒张压、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c是患者LVD发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年T2DM合并LVD患者的血清ANGPTL4、Vaspin水平明显下降,而血清Betatrophin水平升高,且三者与血糖、血脂指标均存在相关性,并且是患者发生LVD的影响因素,临床可考虑通过检测血清ANGPTL4、Betatrophin、Vaspin水平,辅助评估LVD的发生风险。  相似文献

We investigate the heritability of and pleiotropic relationships among triglycerides and cholesterol lipoproteins that have long been considered traditional risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Quantitative lipid and lipoprotein phenotypes were determined for a cross-sectional sample of a community in Jequitinhonha valley in northern Minas Gerais state, Brazil. The sample consisted primarily of subsistence farmers. Two hundred sixty-nine individuals (128 males and 141 females), ages 18-88 years, were sampled. Eighty-eight percent (n = 252) of the individuals belonged to a single pedigree, which was highly informative for genetic analysis. Data on anthropometrics, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol, and triglycerides were available for each study participant. Extended pedigrees were constructed using the pedigree-based data management software PedSys. Univariate and bivariate variance-components analyses, adjusted by sex and age, were performed using the SOLAR software package. Heritability estimates of lipids and lipoproteins ranged from 29% to 45% (p < 0.008). The highest heritability estimated was for HDL-C (h2 = 44.8%, p < 0.0001), and this was the only trait that exhibited a significant household effect (c2 = 25%). Strong positive genetic correlations were found between triglycerides and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) (rhog = 0.998) and between total cholesterol and LDL-C (rhog = 0.948). Significant genetic correlations were also found between triglycerides and LDL-C, between total cholesterol and VLDL, and between total cholesterol and LDL-C and VLDL, and finally between LDL and VLDL. There was a significant negative environmental correlation between triglycerides and HDL-C (rhoe = -0.406).  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Despite the well known genetic component influencing plasma lipid-lipoprotein levels and the observed correlations among these traits, little is known about pleiotropic heritable determinants among them. Our aim is to investigate pair-wise polygenic and environmental correlations among lipid-lipoprotein levels at baseline and in response to regular exercise in Whites and Blacks. METHODS: Common pair-wise genetic and environmental correlations among levels of total cholesterol (TC), LDL-C, ApoB, HDL-C (also HDL2-C and HDL3-C), triglycerides (TG, HDL-TG and LDL-TG) and ApoA-1 were investigated at baseline and again after a 20-week endurance exercise program using a variance-components-decomposition. RESULTS: With a few exceptions, all lipid phenotypes were heritable at baseline and for training responses in Blacks and Whites. Strong to high genetic and environmental correlations (0.4 < rho(g) < 0.7) were observed for the majority of the baseline pair-wise traits. For training responses, many of the same patterns were noted, although fewer genetic correlations were significant as compared to the baseline results. CONCLUSIONS: Results suggest that the observed phenotypic correlations among many of these traits may be due to in part to pleiotropic genes, in particular between LDL-C and ApoB and between TG and HDL-C. This shared genetic architecture should be considered in follow-up gene finding studies.  相似文献

目的:观察进口普罗布考对高脂血症患者的降脂作用,并评价其疗效。方法:纳入符合要求的高脂血症患者264例,应用优效性设计,并随机分为实验组(普罗布考)和对照组(安慰剂),其中实验组127例,对照组137例。检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)等血脂指标;分别于访视0、访视2、访视3时进行测量,共观察8周。结果:实验后4周及8周TC与LDL-C均较实验前降低,且普罗布考对TC和LDL-C的降低作用明显优于安慰剂;实验后4周及8周oxLDL在两组间均无明显降低,且试验后普罗布考与安慰剂组间无差异;实验后4周及8周普罗布考对TG均有降低趋势,但是与安慰剂相比没有统计学意义;而普罗布考降低HDL-C较安慰剂显著。结论:本试验证实进口普罗布考对降低中国高血脂症患者血脂中TC、LDL-C、HDL-C有明显作用,适宜推广。  相似文献

Twenty patients consumed a liquid diet in which the predominant fatty acids were either saturated (Sat), monounsaturated (Mono), or polyunsaturated (Poly). The fats in these three diets comprised 40% of total calories and consisted of palm oil, high-oleic safflower oil, and high-linoleic safflower oil, respectively. During the third and fourth week of each dietary period, multiple samples of blood were taken and were analyzed for plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), and cholesterol in lipoprotein fractions (VLDL-C, LDL-C, and HDL-C). Twelve of the patients had normal TG levels; in these patients, both Mono and Poly diets caused statistically significant and equal lowerings of plasma LDL-C, but the Poly diet lowered HDL-C levels more frequently than did the Mono diet. Neither diet changed the level of plasma TG. The proportions of total protein and the various lipid components in isolated fractions (VLDL, IDL, LDL, HDL) were not altered by the two diets. Eight patients had hypertriglyceridemia; these individuals showed considerable variability in response to Mono and Poly diets. Although there was a trend towards reductions in TC and LDL-C levels by both types of unsaturated fats, the changes were inconsistent; furthermore, HDL-C concentrations were low on the Sat diet and were unaffected by either the Mono or the Poly diet. The results of this study show that oleic acid is as effective as linoleic acid in lowering LDL-C levels in normo-triglyceridemic patients, and oleic acid seemingly reduces HDL-C levels less frequently than does linoleic acid. Neither type of unsaturated fat had striking effects on lipoprotein levels of hypertriglyceridemic patients.  相似文献
