From the aerial parts of Solenostemma argel, four new acylated phenolic glycosides sinapyl alcohol 9-O-feruloyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin I (1), sinapyl alcohol 9-O-caffeoyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin II (2), sinapyl alcohol 9-O-feruloyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin III (3) and sinapyl alcohol 9-O-caffeoyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin IV (4) have been isolated. The structures of the isolated compounds were verified by means of MS and NMR spectral analyses.  相似文献

Two new steroidal glycosides, agaveside A and B, isolated from the fruits of Agave cantala were characterized as 3 beta-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----2),beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3), beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D- galactopyranosyl-(1----2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-(25R)-5 alpha-spirostane and 3 beta-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----2), beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)- [beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1----2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-(25R)-5 alpha-spirostane. The structures were elucidated by a combination of 13CNMR spectroscopy, chemical degradation and fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A sesquiterpene and a tetrahydroxylated acyclic diterpene as well as two known monoterpenes, 6 C(13)nor-terpenes and 11 aromatic compounds were isolated from the water extract of Malva silvestris. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic NMR and MS analysis. Effects of these compounds on germination and growth of dicotyledon Lactuca sativa L. Three new phenethyl alcohol glycosides together with six known compounds have been isolated from the leaves of Stachys sieboldii. On the basis of chemical and spectral analyses, the structures of three new compounds named stachysosides A, B and C have been established as 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E-caffeoyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E- feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

The structures of two octasaccharides, one nonasaccharide, and one undecasaccharide, isolated from human milk, have been investigated by 1H- and 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The structures of these oligosaccharides are: beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp- (1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp+ ++- (1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-D-Glc; beta-D-GALp-(1----3)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----4)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1---- 3)-beta-D - Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta -D-Galp- (1----4)-D-Glc; beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1---- 6)-(alpha - L-Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Gal-(1----3)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----4)]- beta-D-GlcpNAc- (1----3))-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-D-Glc; and alpha-L-Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Galp-(1----3)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3) -beta-D- Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----6)-[alp ha-L- Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Galp-(1----3)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)]-beta-D -Galp- (1----4)-D-Glc. The two octasaccharides have been previously isolated from human milk as a mixture, and in a pure form from new-born feces, but the n.m.r. data were not provided. These two octasaccharides display the di-Lewis X and the composite Lewis A-Lewis X antigenic determinant, previously described as neo-antigens of adenocarcinoma cell lines.  相似文献

Six saponins have been isolated and identified from the leaves of Steganotaenia araliacea. They were identified as 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-galactopyranosyl (1----3))-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-21-O-tigloyl and -21-O-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1----3))-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-21-O-tigloyl and -21-O-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3))-(alp ha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----4))-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] steganogenin and 3-O-[(beta-D-galactopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-2 8-O- beta-D-glucopyranosyl olean-12-ene-28-oic acid. Steganogenin is a new 17,22-seco-oleanolic acid derivative. The structures of the saponins were established by analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra with the help of 2D-experiments and by Californium Plasma Desorption Mass Spectrometry.  相似文献

The effect of three gibberellin synergists on lettuce hypocotylelongation was studied. Dihydroconiferyl alcohol isolated fromlettuce plants and (–)-(6S, 1'S)-pestalotin isolated fromPestalotia cryptomeriaecola enhanced the promoting effect ofgibberellic acid on hypocotyl elongation of lettuce seedlingswith and without the cotyledons. On the other hand, TA, a triazinonecompound, did not enhance the gibberellin effect. The actionof (–)-(6S, 1'S)-pestalotin was strongly inhibited bycompetitive inhibitors of dihydroconiferyl alcohol such as caffeic,ferulic and trans-cinnamic acids. Of the two stereoisomers ofpestalotin, (+)-(6R, 1'R)-pestalotin enhanced the gibberellineffect but (+)-(6R, 1'S)-epipestalotin did not. (+)-(6R, 1'S)-Epipestalotinstrongly inhibited the action of (–)-(6S, 1'S)-pestalotinand dihydroconiferyl alcohol. TA did not affect the action ofdihydroconiferyl alcohol. Stress-relaxation analysis of the mechanical properties of thelettuce hypocotyl cell wall demonstrated that gibberellic acidcaused cell wall loosening and dihydroconiferyl alcohol andpestalotin did not influence this gibberellin effect. 探讨了不同形态氮素对莴笋生长发育的影响及其营养特性。结果表明,莴笋幼苗根系对NH4^+ -N的亲和力稍大于NO3^- -N的亲和力;分别供给NO3^- -N+NO3^- -N及NH4^+ -N,莴笋的生物学产量和吸N量均依次递减(分别为100:56.9:12.4,100:48.9:8.6),因此在水培条件下,NO3^- -N是最适合莴笋生长发育的氮源,NH4^+ -N与NO3^- -N各占50%时对莴笋的生长发育已有一定的抑制作用,仅以NH4^+ -N作氮源则莴笋很难生长;NH4^+ -N与NO3^- -N各占50%时,莴笋倾向于吸收较多的NH4^+ -N,而且在培养不同阶段NH4^+/NO3^-吸收比例均大于1,莴笋表现出喜铵性,但NH4^+ -N并非莴笋很适合的氮源;营养液中NO3^- -N不足,主要影响莴笋茎叶的生长,而NH4^+ -N所占比例达50%时,莴笋根系生长受到抑制,且有明显的受害症状;以NO3^- -N作氮源预培养两周,以含微量NO3^- -N的自来水为水源,再单独以NH4^+ -N为氮源,对莴笋生长有极大的促进作用,同时还大幅度降低了体内硝酸盐的含量。尿素作氮源莴笋未出现受害症状,但莴笋的生长发育状况明显劣于其它氮源。  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Solenostemma argel, two monoterpene glucosides have been isolated and identified as 6,7-dihydroxy-dihydrolinalool 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside and 6,7-dihydroxy-dihydrolinalool 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. A pregnane glucoside was also isolated and assigned as pregn-5-ene-3,14-beta-dihydroxy-7,20-dione 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside together with the known compounds benzyl alcohol O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-glucopyranoside, 2-phenylethyl O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-glucopyranoside, astragalin and kaempferol-3-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

A new kaempferol triglycoside and three known kaempferol glycosides, among them two apiosides, have been isolated from the aerial parts of Monnina sylvatica. The structures were established on the basis of acid and enzymatic hydrolysis and spectral data (UV, 1H and 13CNMR, NOE difference measurements, D/CI and FAB-MS) of the isolates and of some derivatives. The triglycoside kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-glucosyl-(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnosyl(1----6)]-beta-D- galactoside is a new natural product. The configuration of the apiosyl moiety in kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-apiosyl(1----2)-beta-D-galactoside and kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-apiosyl(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnosyl(1----6)]- beta-D-galactoside was established through NOE difference measurements on the peracetate.  相似文献

Structure of a streptococcal adhesin carbohydrate receptor   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Interactions between complementary protein and carbohydrate structures on different genera of human oral bacteria have been implicated in the formation of dental plaque. The carbohydrate receptor on Streptococcus sanguis H1 (one of the primary colonizing species) that is specific for the adhesin on Capnocytophaga ochracea ATCC 33596 (a secondary colonizer) has been isolated from the streptococcal cell wall, purified, and structurally characterized. The hexasaccharide repeating unit of the polysaccharide was purified by reverse-phase, amino-bonded silica, and gel permeation high performance liquid chromatography. Earlier studies established that the repeating unit was a hexasaccharide composed of rhamnose, galactose, and glucose in the ration of 2:3:1, respectively. In the present study, determination of absolute configuration by gas chromatography of the trimethylsilyl (+)-2-butyl glycosides revealed that the rhamnose residues were of the L configuration while the hexoses were all D. 252Californium plasma desorption mass spectrometry of the native, the acetylated and the reduced and acetylated hexasaccharide determined that the molecular mass of the native hexasaccharide was 959, and that the 2 rhamnose residues were linked to each other at the nonreducing terminus of the linear molecule. Methylation analysis revealed the positions of the glycosidic linkages in the hexasaccharide and showed that a galactose residue was present at the reducing end. The structural characterization of the hexasaccharide was completed by one and two dimensional 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Complete 1H and 13C assignments for each glycosyl residue were established by two-dimensional (1H,1H) correlation spectroscopy, homonuclear Hartmann-Hahn, and (13C,1H) correlation experiments. The configurations of the glycosidic linkages were inferred from the chemical shifts and coupling constants of the anomeric 1H and 13C resonances. The sequence of the glycosyl residues was determined by a heteronuclear multiple bond correlation experiment. These data show that the structure of the hexasaccharide repeating unit derived from the cell wall polysaccharide of S. sanguis H1 is: alpha-L-Rhap-(1----2)-alpha-L-Rhap-(1----3)-alpha-D-Galp- (1----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-beta-D-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha/beta-D-Gal.  相似文献

Lipopolysaccharides from Yersinia enterocolitica serovars O:1,2a,3, O:2a,2b,3 and O:3 have been isolated and characterized. 6-Deoxy-L-altrose residues were shown to be the main constituents of lipopolysaccharides isolated in addition to residues of L-rhamnose, D-glucose, D-galactose, 2-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-glucose, 2-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-galactose, D-glycero-D-manno-heptose and L-glycero-D-manno-heptose, 3-deoxy-D-manno-octulosonic acid being minor components of sugar chains. Mild hydrolysis of lipopolysaccharides with acetic acid furnished O-specific polysaccharides, which are composed of 6-deoxy-L-altrose. Using 13C-NMR spectroscopy and methylation data, the structural features of backbones have been elucidated as follows: ----2)-6d-L-Altp(beta 1----2)-6d-L-Altp(beta 1----3)-6d-L-Altp)(beta 1----for serovars O:1,2a,3 and O:2a,2b,3;----2)-6d-L-Altp(beta 1----for serovar O:3. In addition, O-polysaccharide of serovar O:2a,2b,3 was found to contain an O-acetyl group at the C-3 position of some 1,2-linked sugar residues.  相似文献

The capsular polysaccharide of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 6B [----2)-alpha-D-Galp-(1----3)-alpha-D-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha-L-Rhap-( 1----4)- D-RibOH-(5-P----]n was depolymerised under alkaline (NaOH) and acidic (HF) conditions. The former treatment yielded, as the major component, alpha-2-P-Galp-(1----3)-alpha-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha-Rhap-(1----4)-5- P-RibOH. The latter treatment at -16 degrees gave alpha-Galp-(1----3)-alpha-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha-Rhap-(1----4)-Rib OH-(5-P----2)- alpha-Galp-(1----3)-alpha-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha-Rhap-(1----4)-Rib OH and at 4 degrees gave alpha-Galp-(1----3)-alpha-Glcp-(1----3)-alpha-Rhap-(1----4)-Rib OH. These oligosaccharides were characterised by sugar analysis, f.a.b.-m.s., and 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. spectroscopy.  相似文献

The complete 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. assignments for beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-6-SO3H-(1----6)-[beta-D-Galp-(1----3 )]- D-GalNAcol and alpha-NeuAcp-(2----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----3)-[beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-b eta-D- GlcpNAc-6-SO3H-(1----6)]-D-GalNAcol were made by a combination of 2-D correlation experiments (Relayed-Cosy; and 13C,1H Correlation-shift n.m.r. spectroscopy), and 1-D n.m.r. spectroscopy. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and some chemical transformations to be (25R)-5 alpha-spirostan-3 beta,6 alpha-diol (chlorogenin) 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)]-beta- D-glucopyranoside, (25R)-6 alpha-hydroxy-5 alpha-spirostan-3-one 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl- (1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside and (25R)-3,3-dimethoxy-5 alpha-spirostan-6 alpha-ol 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside.
