The new aryl phosphinites PPh2OR (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 1; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 2) have been prepared from chlorodiphenylphosphine and the corresponding phenols. In these ligands, the ortho-positions of the aromatic phosphite function are blocked by methyl and phenyl substituents, which allows coordination to metal centres without ortho-metallation. Thus, reaction with [PdCl2(cod)] leads to the complexes trans-[PdCl2(PPh2OR)2] (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 3; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 4), while the reaction with [Rh2(CO)4Cl2] gives trans-[Rh(CO)Cl(PPh2OR)2] (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 5; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 6). The single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of 3 and 5 confirm the trans-coordination of the new ligands in these square-planar complexes.  相似文献

New silver(I) acylpyrazolonate derivatives [Ag(Q)], [Ag(Q)(PR3)]2 and [Ag(Q)(PR3)2] (HQ = 1-R1-3-methyl-4-R2(CO)pyrazol-5-one, HQBn = R1 = C6H5, R2 = CH2C6H5; HQCHPh2 = R1 = C6H5, R2 = CH(C6H5)2; HQnPe = R1 = C6H5, R2 = CH2C(CH3)3; HQtBu = R1 = C6H5, R2 = C(CH3)3; HQfMe = R1 = C6H4-p-CF3, R2 = CF3; HQfEt = R1 = C6H5, R2 = CF2CF3; R = Ph or iBu) have been synthesized and characterized in the solid state and solution. The crystal structure of 1-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, the precursor of proligand HQfMe and of derivatives [Ag(QnPe)(PPh3)2] and [Ag(QnPe)(PiBu3)]2 have been investigated. [Ag(QnPe)(PPh3)2] is a mononuclear compound with a silver atom in a tetrahedrally distorted AgO2P2 environment, whereas [Ag(QnPe)(PiBu3)]2 is a dinuclear compound with two O2N-exotridentate bridging acylpyrazolonate ligands connecting both silver atoms, their coordination environment being completed by a phosphine ligand.  相似文献

New oxovanadium(V) complexes with internally functionalized oximes of the type VO{OPri}3−n{ONC(CH3)(Ar)}n] (where Ar = C4H3O-2, C4H3S-2 and C5H4N-2 and n = 1-3) have been prepared in quantitative yields by the reaction of VO(OPri)3 with the corresponding oximes in various stoichiometric ratios in refluxing anhydrous benzene. The products have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic (FT IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 51V NMR) studies. FAB mass spectral analysis of [VO{OPri}{ONC(CH3)C4H3S}2] indicates the monomeric nature of the complex. 51V NMR values for these complexes suggest the formation of tetra-coordinate species in solution. However, the single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of [VO{ONC(CH3)(C4H3O-2)}3] and [VO{ONC(CH3)(C4H3S-2)}3] · 0.5C6H6 exhibit the presence of vanadium(V) atoms in a unique hepta-coordination state with distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry in the solid state. The oxo- atom occupies the axial position while the oximato ligands are bonded in a dihapto (η2-N,O) manner with the formation of three membered rings.  相似文献

The haptotropic migration of Fe from the unsubstituted ring to the substituted one in the pentalenic complexes [CpFe(η5-1,3 C8H4R2)]q (q = +1, 0, −1) has been investigated by the means of DFT calculations in the case of R = H, CH3, NH2, CF3 and CN. The low energy pathway is a least-motion one-step process in the cationic case. In the anionic series, it is a two-step process involving an intermediate in which the metal moiety is η3-bonded in an exocyclic way to the pentalene ligand. The activation barriers and the preference for the Fe coordination on one ring rather on the other one is investigated with respect to the donor or acceptor abilities of R. The effect of changing q on the haptotropic situation is analyzed in terms of redox molecular switching.  相似文献

A novel chain-like luminescent samarium coordination polymer {Sm3(C8H4O4)4(C12N2H8)2(NO3)}n (C8H4O4 = phthalate, C12N2H8 = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been assembled by hydrothermal process. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with lattice parameters a = 22.56(3) Å, b = 11.155(15) Å, c = 20.32(3) Å, β = 96.70(2)°, V = 5078(12) Å3, F(000) = 2964, GOF = 0.857, R1 = 0.0358, wR2 = 0.0597, Z = 4. Samarium ions exhibit different coordination modes from each other and lead to the unexpected high asymmetrical structure. To our knowledge, it is the first example of lanthanide coordination polymers comprising the three asymmetrical central Sm3+ fragments. The photophysical properties have been studied with excitation and emission spectra.  相似文献

Twenty-one adducts of the form AgX:ER3:L (1:1:1) (X = CF3COO (‘tfa’), CH3COO (‘ac’), E = P, As; R = Ph, cy, o-tolyl; L = 2,2′-bipyridyl (‘bpy’)-based ligand) have been synthesized and characterized by analytical, spectroscopic (IR, far-IR, 1H, 19F and 31P NMR) and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The resulting complexes are predominantly of the form [(R3E)AgL]+X, with a trigonal EAgN2 coordination environment, the planarity of which may be perturbed by the approach of anion or solvent. The carboxylate anions have been found to be uni-, or semi-bidentate, or also completely ionic, as in the complexes [Ag(PPh3)(bpy)(H2O)](tfa) and [Ag(PPh3)(dpk · H2O)](tfa) (‘dpk · H2O’ = bis(2-pyridyl)ketone (hydrated)). The complexes Agac:PPh3:dpa (1:1:1) and Agac:P(o-tol)3:dpa:MeCN (1:1:1:1) are dinuclear, with bridging unidentate acetate and terminal unidentate dpa (‘dpa’ = bis(2-pyridyl)amine).  相似文献

Phosphonium zwitterions of a known type were obtained in high yield via a 1:1 reaction of p-benzoquinone or methoxy-p-benzoquinone with the tertiary phosphines R3P [R = (CH2)3OH, Ph, Et, Me] and Ph2MeP, in acetone or benzene at room temperature. In all cases, attack of the P-atom occurs at a C-atom rather than at an O-atom. The products were characterized to various degrees by elemental analysis, 31P{1H}, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies, and mass spectrometry, and two of the zwitterions, the new [HO(CH2)3]3P+C6H2(O)(OH)(MeO) and the known Ph3P+C6H3(O)(OH), were structurally characterized by X-ray analysis. The PEt3 reaction also produces small amounts of the ‘dimeric’, μ-oxo co-product Et3P+C6H2(O)(OH)-O-C6H3(O)P+Et3 that is tentatively characterized by 1D- and 2D-NMR data. 2,5-Di-tert-butyl- and 2,3,5,6-tetramethyl-p-benzoquinone do not react with [HO(CH2)3]3P under the conditions noted above. Heating D2O solutions of the water-soluble zwitterions R3P+C6H3(O)(OH) [R = (CH2)3OH, Et] at 90 °C for 72 h leads to complete H/D exchange of the H-atom in the position ortho to the phosphonium center.  相似文献

The compounds W(CO)5P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 (1) and W(CO)5P(CH2CH2(CF2)5CF3)3 (2) were synthesized in order to probe the electronic and physical effects of ligation by perfluorocarbon substituted tertiary phosphine ligands in a W(CO)5L complex. The π-accepting ability of the fluorous phosphines was found to rank with non-fluorous comparators as P(CH2CH2(CF2)5CF3)3 > P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 > PPh3 > P(p-tolyl)3 > P(n-octyl)3. The X-ray crystal structure of W(CO)5P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 shows strong intermolecular association of fluorous components but confirms that the para fluorocarbon subtituents have an insignificant effect on the tungsten coordination environment. Partition coefficients (toluene/perfluoromethylcyclohexane) were measured for compounds 1 and 2.  相似文献

Trityl borate salts [4-RPyCPh3][B(C6F5)4] (R = H 1, tBu 2, Et 3, NMe24) and [R3PCPh3][B(C6F5)4] (R = Me 5, nBu 6, Ph[1] 7, p-MeC6H48) are readily prepared via equimolar reaction of the appropriate pyridine or phosphine and trityl borate [CPh3][B(C6F5)4]. The analogous reactions of PiPr3 affords the product [(p-iPr3P-C6H4)Ph2CH][B(C6F5)4] (9) while the corresponding reactions of Cy3P and tBu3P gave the cyclohexadienyl derivatives [(p-R3PC6H5)CPh2][B(C6F5)4] (R = Cy 10, tBu 11). The mesostructured lamellar phases with the general formula [CnH2n + 1NH3]4Ge4S10 (n = 12, 14, 16, 18) were synthesized by metathesis of alkyl ammonium chloride surfactants and Na4Ge4S10 in aqueous medium. The crystal structures of the phases with n = 12 and 14 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction; [C12H13NH3]4Ge4S10 crystallizes in monoclinic C2/c space group (a = 16.149(3), b = 46.576(9) c = 9.147(2) Å, β = 97.13(3)° and Z = 4) and [C14H29NH3]4Ge4S10 in the triclinic space group (a = 9.1280(6), b = 16.1992(1), c = 26.971(2) Å, α =73.370(1)°, β = 88.307(1)°, γ = 82.825(1)° and Z = 2). These compounds possess layers of adamantane [Ge4S10]4− anions separated by layers of deeply interpenetrated long chain alkylammonium molecules. Strong hydrogen bonding is observed between the terminal sulfur atoms of the [Ge4S10]4− clusters and H atoms of the NH3 groups of the surfactant molecules. Spectroscopic and thermal characterization of these compounds is reported.  相似文献

Thiocarbonate ruthenium complexes of the form CpRu(L)(L′)SCO2R (L = L′ = PPh3 (1), 1/2 dppe (2), L = PPh3, L′ = CO (3); R = Et (a), Bun (b), C6H5 (c), 4-C6H4NO2 (d)) have been synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding sulfhydryl complexes, CpRu(L)(L′)SH, with chloroformates, ROCOCl, at low temperature. The bis(triphenylphosphine) complexes 1 can be converted to 3 under CO atmosphere. The crystal structures of CpRu(PPh3)2SCO2Bun (1b), CpRu(dppe)SCO2Bun (2b), and CpRu(PPh3)(CO)SCO2Bun (3b) are reported.  相似文献

A new series of biscyclometalated dinuclear rhodium (II) compounds with the general formula Rh2(O2CR)2(PC)2 · 2H2O, being PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = CH3 (1 · 2H2O), PC = [(p-CH3 OC6H3)P(p-CH3 OC6H4)2], R = CF3 (2 · 2H2O), PC = (C6H4)P[CH(CH3)2]2, R = CH3 (3 · 2H2O) and PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = C6F5 (4 · 2H2O) has been obtained. The crystal structures for these compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction and the main structural trends, bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles have been analyzed, and have also been compared with the structural parameters for different analogous complexes described previously in the literature.  相似文献

The reactions of Ln(NO3)3 · xH2O, CoSO4 · 7H2O or ZnSO4 · 6H2O and 2-pyridylphosphonic acid under hydrothermal conditions result in heterometallic phosphonate compounds with formula [Ln2M3(C5H4NPO3)6] · 4H2O (Ln2M3; M = CoII or ZnII; Ln = LaIII, CeIII, PrIII, NdIII, SmIII, EuIII, GdIII, TbIII, DyIII). These compounds are isostructural and crystallize in a chiral cubic space group I213. Each structure contains the {LnO9} polyhedra and {MN2O4} octahedra which are connected by edge-sharing to form an inorganic open-framework structure with a 3-connected 10-gon (10, 3) topology. The nature of LnIII-CoII magnetic interactions in Ln2Co3 is investigated by a comparison with their LnIII-ZnII analogues. It is found that the LnIII-CoII interaction is weak antiferromagnetic for Ln = Ce and ferromagnetic for Ln = Sm, Gd, Tb and Dy. In the cases of Ln = Pr, Nd and Eu, no significant magnetic interaction is observed.  相似文献

The compound [ArZn(OH)]4 (Ar = 2,4,6-(CF3)3C6H2), formed by aggregation of the hydrolysis product of ArZnCl, has a cubane-like structure at 120 K; this is the first structurally characterised example of such a zinc(II) derivative with a simple aromatic group on Zn, and with the bridges formed by -OH rather than -OR groups. It crystallises as a hemisolvate in the triclinic system , with a single molecule in the asymmetric unit, together with one CHCl3 (or CDCl3) molecule per two molecules of the tetramer.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional organically templated zincophosphite, [C6N2H18] · [Zn3(HPO3)4], was synthesized under milder hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, differential thermal-thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, 31P MAS NMR spectrum, and IR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with cell parameters: a = 8.7820(4) Å, b = 14.9417(7) Å, c = 15.4943(5) Å, β = 92.940(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure consists of a network of strictly alternating ZnO4 tetrahedra and pseudo-pyramid, forming 4-membered ring chains. The structure has a 4.8.16-net and 8- and 16-membered ring channels where completely protonated N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylenediamine cations are encapsulated. The structure is stabilized by template-to-framework hydrogen bonding. In phosphites system, this compound possesses extra-large-pores.  相似文献

Substitution reaction of fac-[FeII(CN)2(CO)3I] with triphenylphosphine (PPh3) produced mono phosphine substituted complex cis-cis-[FeII(CN)2(CO)2(PPh3)I]. Crystal structure of the product showed that carbonyl positioned trans- to iodide was replaced by PPh3. The substitution reaction was monitored by quantitative infrared spectroscopic method, and the rate law for the substitution reaction was determined to be rate = k[[FeII(CN)2(CO)2(PPh3)I]][PPh3]. Transition state enthalpy and entropy changes were obtained from Eyring equation k = (kBT/h)exp(−ΔH/RT + ΔS/R) with ΔH = 119(4) kJ mol−1 and ΔS = 102(10) J mol−1 K−1. Positive transition state entropy change suggests that the substitution reaction went through a dissociative pathway.  相似文献

The trinuclear arene-ruthenium cluster cation [H3Ru3(C6H6)(C6Me6)2(O)]+, containing a μ3-oxo cap and three arene ligands that span a hydrophobic pocket above the metal skeleton, has been crystallised as tetrafluoroborate salt in the presence of various guest molecules. The host-guest complexes have been characterised by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. With chloroform as the guest molecule, a CHCl3 molecule sits perfectly in the hydrophobic pocket, the hydrogen atom being encapsulated inside the cavity. When dioxane is added during the crystallisation process, the cluster forms infinite chains which are connected by a complex network of hydrogen bonds involving the μ3-oxo ligand, water and dioxane molecules. Interestingly, in the presence of phenol, a water molecule is hydrogen-bonded between the μ3-oxo ligand and the phenol molecule, forming a one-dimensional μ3-O ? H2O ? HO hydrogen-bonded chain. Finally, with benzoic acid, a head-to-tail host-guest chain is obtained, the phenyl ring being incorporated in the hydrophobic pocket, while the acid group is hydrogen-bonded to the μ3-oxo ligand.  相似文献

Electron poor cationic complexes [(CF3PCP)Pt(L)]+ (where L = CO, NC5F5, or acetone) react with H2O in polar solvents via selective hydrolysis of a single P-CF3 substituent to afford the spectroscopically-characterized phosphinoyl-bridged complex {k3-P,C,P,k1-O-(CF3)2PCH2C6H3CH2P(CF3)O}2Pt2 (1) in good yield. X-ray diffraction confirms the presence of a six-member Pt-P-O-Pt-P-O ring in a chair conformation. The presumed intermediate aqua complex, (CF3PCP)Pt(H2O)+, is stable in dichloromethane, but when dissolved in more polar solvents readily converts to 1.  相似文献
