乌梢蛇胃上皮的组织学研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用光镜和电镜观察了乌梢蛇胃上皮的组织结构。结果表明,①胃表面上皮均为单层柱状上皮,上皮细胞上部充满电子密度较高的椭圆形或杆状黏液颗粒,PAS反应呈强阳性;②胃体及幽门区上皮分别内隐形成单管状的胃底腺和幽门腺,无贲门腺;③胃底腺腺管分颈部和颈下部,颈部上皮细胞充满电子密度较低的近圆形的黏液颗粒,PAS反应呈强阳性,颈下部上皮细胞均分泌酶原颗粒,PAS反应呈阴性;④幽门腺细胞中亦充满电子密度较低、近圆形的黏液颗粒,PAS反应呈强阳性;⑤胃腺上皮细胞之间和腺细胞基部有不同类型的内分泌细胞分布。本文认为,乌梢蛇胃的消化能力较弱,其胃的进化在爬行动物中处于较低等的地位。  相似文献

麝鼠香囊腺由腺细胞、支持细胞和排香管组成。其分泌腺属复管泡状腺。发育初期的腺泡胞质内含有大量的粗面内质同、光滑内质网、高尔基复合体、中心粒和线粒体、香腺细胞间连接发达,桥粒、半桥粒广为分布。胞质内含有电子致密度高和电子致密度低的两种分泌颗粒。其分泌方式为顶浆分泌。  相似文献

泥螺为雌雄同体。生殖系统包括交媾器和生殖器本部。交媾器包括刺激器、阴茎和摄护腺;生殖器本部主要包括两性腺、缠卵腺和蛋白腺。刺激器和阴茎都具有非常发达的肌肉组织,腔壁游离面具纤毛。阴茎腔壁为单层柱状细胞;摄护腺被膜为一层薄的肌纤维,里面具有许多分泌细胞;缠卵腺被膜为单层扁平上皮,下层为环肌,腺体组织由分泌小管构成。蛋白腺主要由皮质层和导管层组成,皮质层内充满了分泌细胞,导管层由许多分泌小管构成,管壁为柱状腺细胞。  相似文献

以透射电镜和扫描电镜观察、组织化学及酶活性测定等方法研究了皱纹盘鲍的肠和直肠,肠和直肠粘膜上皮由5种细胞组成。具微绒的柱状细胞呈现吸收细胞的超微结构特征,纤毛柱状细胞参与运输食物颗粒和粪便,Ⅰ型腺细胞具蛋白酶、非特异性酯酶和脂酶活性,以顶浆分泌形式分泌消化酶,Ⅱ型腺细胞分泌物可能与包裹粪便有关,状细胞分泌酸性粘多糖。体外酶活性分析表明肠和直肠粘膜上皮分别具有4种和3种植物多糖酶。  相似文献

动物孵化酶(hatching enzyme,HE)是早期胚胎在特定发育阶段由孵化腺细胞产生和分泌的,在动物早期胚胎孵化中具有关键性作用。孵化腺细胞(hatching gland cell,HGC)一般为单细胞腺体,是从胚胎发育到特定阶段(孵化前)出现、至胚胎孵出后的特定时期消失的一时性细胞(transient type ofcells)。完全分化的HGC内充满了低电子密度的酶原颗粒(孵化酶原颗粒),在鱼胚中的分布因物种而异。在大多数鱼中,HGC分布在胚体的外表面和/或卵黄囊中,一般为外胚层来源。如在虹蹲鱼HGC分布在胚体的前表面、卵黄囊、咽部、鳃的内表面及外表面,属于外胚层来源。而日本鳉鱼HGC  相似文献

采用组织学和电镜技术对曼氏无针乌贼的墨囊及墨腺细胞进行了研究。结果表明:墨囊壁和导管壁由外膜、肌肉层和黏膜三部分组成;墨腺体集中在墨囊底部,呈索状,腺体中部含丰富的结缔组织;墨汁颗粒以游离态形式分布于索状腺体的间隙及墨囊腔中。实验观察到无分泌黑色素功能的A型细胞和有分泌黑色素功能的B型细胞;在B型细胞中可见黑色素颗粒储存在囊泡中,囊泡在移出细胞的过程中逐渐变大,泡内的黑色素颗粒逐渐变多。囊泡可能通过胞吐的方式排出细胞外,黑色素排出后以颗粒的形式游离于细胞间隙中,形成墨汁。  相似文献

本文研究尼罗非鲫Oreochromis nilotica腺垂体前叶的超微结构。前叶主要由促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞(ACTH)、催乳激素分泌细胞(PRL)和一种非分泌类型的星状细胞(SC)所构成。对脑垂体结构的周年观察,表明在产卵期间ACTH细胞和PRL细胞均高度活跃,ACTH的分泌可能促进排卵活动,而PRL的分泌活动则受温度变化的影响。腺垂体前叶只接受B型神经分泌纤维的直接支配,星状细胞和Ⅱ型脑垂体细胞则参与腺细胞分泌颗粒的释放和运输等活动。本文并讨论了腺细胞的分泌颗粒通过胞吐和扩散两种方式释放等特点。  相似文献

1989年4月至1990年4月作者对6只健康成年环颈雉消化系统组织采用常规方法制成显微和超薄切片。研究表明:环颈雉消化管的粘膜层,肌层和管状消化腺发达。食管为角化的覆层扁平上皮,角化层厚0.72-0.80μm,粘液腺丰富,腺细胞内充满粘原颗粒。腺胃内有发达的复管状腺和单管腺二种腺体;单管腺由颈粘液细胞、长柱状细胞和内充泌细胞组成。肌胃内有肌胃腺,无粘膜肌层。十二指肠绒毛长而密集且分支明显;无中央乳  相似文献

用免疫组化和光镜、透射电镜等观察了中国少棘蜈蚣毒腺的结构。结果显示,纵贯颚肢的弯月形毒腺为单管泡状腺,主要由柱状分泌细胞和介于其间的纤细表皮细胞组成。被肌肉束环绕的分泌细胞辐射状排列于几丁质的毒液导管外,其纤细的颈部由环状括约肌控制,分泌端以折叠回转的单向瓣膜经导管壁上的孔道直接伸入管腔,膨大的盲端直达毒腺底膜。高电子密度的分泌溶酶体向分泌口汇集时电子密度逐渐降低并降解为分泌小泡,其中的杆状结晶样毒蛋白也经无定型状态逐渐分散,经胞吐作用进入管腔并进一步疏散和均质化。免疫组化显示,分泌细胞颈部密集的分泌颗粒的主要成分为毒蛋白,毒蛋白在分泌细胞中呈明显的向心式梯度增强型分布。根据上述观察,提出了蜈蚣毒液以分泌溶酶体介导的非经典途径分泌的观点。  相似文献

The ultrastructural changes occurring in the fully functional oviduct of Isa Brown laying hens were studied during various stages of the laying cycle. Hens were killed at different positions of the egg in the oviduct. The oviduct was lined by ciliated and non-ciliated cells (also referred to as granular cells). The granular cells in the infundibulum contributed to secretion during egg formation, whereas ciliated cells showed little evidence of secretion. Ultrastructural changes were recorded in the granular and glandular cells of the distal infundibulum. In the magnum, the surface ultrastructure revealed glandular openings associated with the ciliated and granular cells. Cyclic changes were recorded in the glandular cells of the magnum. With respect to the three observed types of glands, the structure of gland type A and C cells varied at different egg positions in the oviduct, whereas type B cells represented a different type of gland cell containing amorphous secretory granules. The surface epithelium of the isthmus was also lined by mitochondrial cells. Two types of glandular cell (types 1 and 2) were recorded in the isthmus during the laying cycle. Intracisternal granules were found in type 2 cells of the isthmus. A predominance of glycogen particles occurred in the tubular shell gland. The granular cells in the shell gland contain many vacuoles. During egg formation, these vacuoles regressed following the formation of extensive rough endoplasmic reticulum; the reverse also occurred. The disintegrated material found in the vacuoles may have been derived from the disintegrating granules. The Physiology Teaching Unit, University of New England, provided financial support to K. The ultrastructure of corpus allatum of the earwig, Euborellia annulipes has been described. The corpus allatum (CA) is an oval body. The gland is covered by a thin stromal sheath which is wavey and acellular in composition. The gland consists of either parenchymal cells with distinct, double-layered, smooth or slightly undulated plasma-membranes. Golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum are poorly developed. The mitochondria are found in abundance and are oval, spherical, elongate, and Y-shaped, with oblique and longitudinal cristae. The gland is innervated by neurosecretory and non-neurosecretory axons. The neurosecretory axons are of two types. The type NS-II, contain electron dense granules of 40...120 nm in diameter and the type NS-I, small less electron dense granules (of mixed nature) 40...90 nm in diameter. Branches of tracheoles also occur that penetrate the gland. The large electron dense granules 100...220 nm in diameter occuring abundantly in aorta, and representing the secretions of the medial A-cells are absent in the CA.  相似文献

The granular glands of nine species of dendrobatid frogs were examined using light and electron microscopy. The glands are surrounded by a discontinuous layer of smooth muscle cells. Within the glands proper the secretory cells form a true syncytium. Multiple flattened nuclei lie at the periphery of the gland. The peripheral cytoplasm also contains mitochondria, rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum, the Golgi apparatus, and an abundance of smooth endoplasmic reticulum. Centrally, most of the gland is filled with membrane-bound granules surrounded by amorphous cytoplasm. Few other organelles are found in this region. Early in the secretory cycle, the central part of the gland is filled with flocculent material which appears to be progressively partitioned off by membranes to form the droplet anlage. As granules form, the structure of the contents becomes progressively more vesicular. Dense vesicles, which bud off from the Golgi apparatus, fuse with the granular membrane during the development of granules, and might contain enzymes involved in toxin synthesis. The granules at this point resemble multivesicular bodies. Their structure is similar in all species of dendrobatid frogs even though the different frogs secrete substances of different chemical structure and toxicity.  相似文献

借助光学和电子显微镜观察据缘青蟹(Scylla serrata)窦腺的形态结构。窦腺位于眼柄视神经节内髓背侧近外髓处。窦腺呈羹状;腺体壁山神经分泌细胞的末梢和神经胶质细胞组成。神经末梢内充满了电子致密的神经分泌颗粒。根据颗粒的大小、形态及电子致密度等特征,可以区分出4种类型的神经末梢。一些末梢中的多形性颗粒可能是由Ⅱ型末梢中的颗粒转变而成的。一些现象表明,神经分泌物质可以通过胞吐作用或一种类似“顶浆分泌”的方式释放,从而说明神经激素的释放可能是多途径的.  相似文献

The fine structure of von Ebner's gland was studied in untreated rats and rats stimulated to secrete by fasting-refeeding or injection of pilocarpine. Cytological features were similar to those reported for pancreas and parotid gland. Abundant granular endoplasmic reticulum filled the basal portion of the cell, a well-developed Golgi complex was located in the vicinity of the nucleus, and the apical portion of the cell was filled with dense secretory granules. Dense heterogeneous bodies resembling lysosomes were closely associated with the Golgi complex. Coated vesicles were seen in the Golgi region and also in continuity with the cell membrane. Granule discharge occurred by fusion of the granule membrane with the cell membrane at the secretory surface. Successive fusion of adjacent granules to the previously fused granule formed a connected string of granules in the apical cytoplasm. Myoepithelial cells were present within the basement membrane, and nerve processes were seen adjacent to acinar and myoepithelial cells. Duct cells resembled the intercalated duct cells of the major salivary glands.  相似文献

The structure of the zona glomerulosa of the rat adrenal gland stimulated by sodium restriction has been studied by light and electron microscopy. The major changes observed during the course of the experiment in stimulated glands involve cytoplasmic droplets, mitochondria, and the endoplasmic reticulum. There is a progressive decrease in the number of cytoplasmic droplets of low electron opacity. Numerous, greatly elongated mitochondria containing parallel arrays of tubules are noted. These tubules extend from within the mitochondria through gaps in the mitochondrial-limiting membranes into the cytoplasm. In addition, amorphous intramitochondrial deposits, possibly aldosterone precursors, are seen. Increased amounts of smooth-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum, often showing complex arrangements, are another feature of the stimulated zona glomerulosa. Other alterations include the presence of large numbers of dense bodies as well as cytoplasmic droplets of high electron opacity. These observations are discussed in relation to the biosynthesis of aldosterone.  相似文献

In the ovine abomasum, 8 types of endocrine cells were classified at ultrastructural level. The gastric-type EC cells contained oval and pleomorphic granules with high electron density. The intestinal-type EC cells were filled with oval, irregular and highly dense granules. ECL cells contained irregular granules with high density and wide clear spaces. D cells were filled with round granules showing low to moderate density and finely granular matrix D1 cells contained round or oval granules with variable, low to moderate density and finely granular content. G cells showed round and oval granules with moderate density, densely packed or flocculent content. F cells were filled with oval or elliptic granules showing low density with a finely granular and flocculent matrix. X cells contained round granules with high density and homogeneous material. Gastric-type EC cells, intestinal-type EC cells, D cells, and D1 cells were represented in the cardiac, fundic and pyloric gland areas of the ovine abomasum. ECL cells and F cells were confined to the fundic glands, G cells and X cells to the pyloric glands.  相似文献

The cycle of aminopeptidase activity demonstrated by histochemical methods in the activated excretory gland could not be detected in homogenates. In the electron microscope, the secretory granules in dormant glands were dense and irregular in shape and the mitochondria elongate, relatively dense, and with a crenellated outer membrane. The excretory gland was activated when the neuroendocrine system was stimulated by farnesyl methyl ether. In activated glands the secretory granules became larger, less dense and the membranes began to fuse with membranes of the ductules which ramify through the gland. The mitochondria became swollen. Aminopeptidase activity was displayed by a large uniformly less dense granules but not by the denser granules, and was seen in the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus and in the lumen of the ducts. It is suggested that the ecdysial hormone from the neurosecretory cells sets in train a sequence of events which leads to entry of water into the gland and consequent activation of the enzyme in the granules, and to changes in the membranes of the granules which facilitate fusion with the membrane lining the ducts.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was: (1) to demonstrate immunocytochemically the localization of histamine in the wall of four chicken oviductal parts, i.e. infundibulum, magnum, isthmus, and shell gland, (2) to identify the presence of mast cells in chicken oviduct, and (3) to determine histamine concentration in oviductal tissue by the spectrofluorometric method. Experiments were carried out on Isa Brown laying hens decapitated just after oviposition. The specific immuno-reactivity for histamine and the presence of mast cells were found in the wall of all the examined oviductal parts. The immuno-reactive histamine was localized in epithelium, tubular glands, connective tissue layer, circular and longitudinal muscles, and endothelium and muscles of blood vessels. The intensity of immuno-positive reaction was as follows: infundibulum > shell gland > magnum = isthmus and correlated with quantitatively determined histamine level and tissue density of mast cells. It is suggested that mast cells are the main source of histamine in the chicken oviduct.  相似文献
