This study was initiated to induce experimental autoimmune anterior uveitis (EAAU) in Lewis rats by melanin-associated antigen (MAA; 22-kDa fragment of type I collagen α2 chain) derived from rat iris and ciliary body (CB), to localize MAA within the eye, and to investigate the possible mechanism of MAA generation in vivo. The EAAU model replicates idiopathic human anterior uveitis. Lewis rats sensitized to rat MAA developed anterior uveitis, and EAAU induced by rat MAA can be adoptively transferred to naive syngenic rats by MAA-primed T cells. Animals immunized with rat MAA developed cellular immunity to the antigen. MAA was detected only in the iris and CB of the eye. Iris and CB were the major source of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in the naive eye, and ocular expression of MMP-1 was up-regulated, whereas expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 decreased before the onset of EAAU. These results demonstrated that EAAU can be induced by autologous MAA. Uveitogenic antigen is present only in the iris and CB of the eye, and the imbalance between MMP-1 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 may play a role in the generation of MAA in vivo. Collectively, the evidence presented here suggests that MAA is an autoantigen in EAAU. These observations may extend to idiopathic human anterior uveitis and facilitate the development of antigen-specific therapy.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to explore the role of complement regulatory proteins (CRPs) in experimental autoimmune anterior uveitis (EAAU). We observed that the levels of CRPs, Crry and CD59, in the eyes of Lewis rats increased during EAAU and remained elevated when the disease resolved. The in vivo role of these CRPs in EAAU was explored using neutralizing mAbs, antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (AS-ODNs), and small interfering RNAs against rat Crry and CD59. Suppression of Crry in vivo at days 9, 14, or 19 by neutralizing mAb or AS-ODNs resulted in the early onset of disease, the exacerbation of intraocular inflammation, and delayed resolution. Suppression of CD59 was only effective when the Abs and ODNs were given before the onset of disease. The most profound effect on the disease was observed when a mixture of Crry and CD59 mAbs or AS-ODNs was administered. A similar effect was observed with a combination of Crry and CD59 small interfering RNA. There was no permanent histologic damage to ocular tissue after the inflammation cleared in these animals. Increased complement activation as determined by increased deposition of C3, C3 activation fragments, and membrane attack complex was observed in the eyes of Lewis rats when the function and/or expression of Crry and CD59 was suppressed. Thus, our results suggest that various ocular tissues up-regulate the expression of Crry and CD59 to avoid self-injury during autoimmune uveitis and that these CRPs play an active role in the resolution of EAAU by down-regulating complement activation in vivo.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to identify and characterize the Ag responsible for the induction of experimental autoimmune anterior uveitis (EAAU). Melanin-associated Ag isolated from bovine iris and ciliary body was digested with the proteolytic enzyme V8 protease to solubilize the proteins and the pathogenic protein was purified to homogeneity. Lewis rats were sensitized to various fractions and investigated for the development of anterior uveitis and an immune response to the purified Ag. The uveitogenic Ag had a mass of 22 kDa (SDS-PAGE) and an isoelectric point of 6.75. The N-terminal amino acid sequence of this protein demonstrated 100% homology with the bovine type I collagen alpha-2 chain starting from amino acid 385 and will be referred to as CI-alpha2 (22 kDa). Animals immunized with bovine CI-alpha2 (22 kDa) developed both cellular and humoral immunity to the Ag. They developed anterior uveitis only if the CI-alpha2 chain underwent proteolysis and if the bound carbohydrates were intact. EAAU induced by CI-alpha2 (22 kDa) can be adoptively transferred to naive syngenic rats by primed CD4(+) T cells. EAAU could not be induced by the adoptive transfer of sera obtained from animals immunized with CI-alpha2 (22 kDa). The alpha-1 and alpha-2 chains (intact or proteolytically cleaved) of type I collagen from calfskin were not pathogenic. Although human anterior uveitis has been historically characterized as a collagen disease, this is first time collagen has been directly identified as the target autoantigen in uveitis.  相似文献

Dendritic cells (DC) are usually regarded as antigen-presenting cells involved in T cell activation, but DC also directly and indirectly affect B cell activation, antibody synthesis, and isotype switch. In the present study, bone marrow (BM)-derived DC from healthy rats were pulsed in vitro with acetylcholine receptor (AChR) and injected subcutaneously into healthy Lewis rats. No clinical signs of the first phase of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) were observed during 3 weeks of observation. Upon immunization with AChR and complete Freund's adjuvant, the rats that had received AChR-pulsed DC did not develop clinical EAMG. This tolerance of rats injected with AChR-pulsed DC was associated with reduced expression of B cell-activating factor (BAFF) and by reduced numbers of B cells among splenic mononuclear cells (MNC) compared to rats injected with medium or unpulsed DC. Anti-AChR IgG antibody-secreting cells were decreased, while the ratio of IgG1:IgG2b isotypes was enhanced in rats treated with AChR-pulsed DC compared to control EAMG rats. These results demonstrate that AChR-pulsed DC induce peripheral tolerance to EAMG by possibly inhibiting the expression of BAFF and production of anti-AChR antibodies, providing a possible potential for immunotherapy of antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases.  相似文献

CD244 (2B4) is a member of the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) family of immune cell receptors and it plays an important role in modulating NK cell and CD8+ T cell immunity. In this study, we investigated the expression and function of CD244/2B4 on CD4+ T cells from active TB patients and latent infection individuals. Active TB patients had significantly elevated CD244/2B4 expression on M. tuberculosis antigen-specific CD4+ T cells compared with latent infection individuals. The frequencies of CD244/2B4-expressing antigen-specific CD4+ T cells were significantly higher in retreatment active TB patients than in new active TB patients. Compared with CD244/2B4-dull and -middle CD4+ T cells, CD244/2B4-bright CD4+ T cell subset had significantly reduced expression of IFN-γ, suggesting that CD244/2B4 expression may modulate IFN-γ production in M. tuberculosis antigen-responsive CD4+ T cells. Activation of CD244/2B4 signaling by cross-linking led to significantly decreased production of IFN-γ. Blockage of CD244/2B4 signaling pathway of T cells from patients with active TB resulted in significantly increased production of IFN-γ, compared with isotype antibody control. In conclusion, CD244/2B4 signaling pathway has an inhibitory role on M. tuberculosis antigen-specific CD4+ T cell function.  相似文献

The uveitogenicity of melanin has been a controversial subject for a long time, presumably as a result of the use of ill-defined preparations in the experiments. We have developed procedures for the preparation of purified uveitogenic melanins from the retinal pigment epithelium and choroid that are free from pathogenic retinal photoreceptor proteins. The active melano-antigen is located at the surface of the melanin granules and is probably identical in both tissues. It retains its pathogenicity in hot polar detergent and during in vitro proteolysis, but it is inactivated by macrophage phagocytosis and hydrolysis in hot hydrochloric acid. Lewis rats immunized with microgram doses of bovine retinal pigment epithelial or choroidal melanin develop severe experimental autoimmune anterior uveitis (EAAU) about 10 days later. Retinitis and pinealitis are not observed. Skin melanin prepared in a similar way evokes EAAU as well, but it is only weakly pathogenic. EAAU cannot be transferred by serum, and its development can effectively be inhibited by antibodies to the inciting antigen and by cyclosporin. Vitamin E treatment of the animals causes a delay in its onset. The results indicate that cell-mediated immunity plays a dominant role in the pathogenesis of EAAU. This is the first time it has been shown that purified ocular and skin melanins are able to induce an autoimmune disease. The relevance of this finding for the study of melanin-related immunopathology in man is discussed.  相似文献

Background

Chagas disease is a major health problem in Latin America, and an emerging infectious disease in the US. Previously, we have screened the Trypanosoma cruzi sequence database by a computational/bioinformatics approach, and identified antigens that exhibited the characteristics of vaccine candidates.

Methodology

We investigated the protective efficacy of a multi-component DNA-prime/protein-boost vaccine (TcVac2) constituted of the selected candidates and cytokine (IL-12 and GM-CSF) expression plasmids in a murine model. C57BL/6 mice were immunized with antigen-encoding plasmids plus cytokine adjuvants, followed by recombinant proteins; and two-weeks later, challenged with T. cruzi trypomastigotes. ELISA and flow cytometry were employed to measure humoral (antibody isotypes) and cellular (lymphocyte proliferation, CD4+ and CD8+ T cell phenotype and cytokines) responses. Myocardial pathology was evaluated by H&E and Masson''s trichrome staining.

Principal Findings

TcVac2 induced a strong antigen-specific antibody response (IgG2b>IgG1) and a moderate level of lymphocyte proliferation in mice. Upon challenge infection, TcVac2-vaccinated mice expanded the IgG2b/IgG1 antibodies and elicited a substantial CD8+ T cell response associated with type 1 cytokines (IFN-γ and TNF-α) that resulted in control of acute parasite burden. During chronic phase, antibody response persisted, splenic activation of CD8+ T cells and IFN-γ/TNF-α cytokines subsided, and IL-4/IL-10 cytokines became dominant in vaccinated mice. The tissue parasitism, inflammation, and fibrosis in heart and skeletal muscle of TcVac2-vaccinated chronic mice were undetectable by histological techniques. In comparison, mice injected with vector or cytokines only responded to T. cruzi by elicitation of a mixed (type 1/type 2) antibody, T cell and cytokine response, and exhibited persistent parasite burden and immunopathology in the myocardium.

Conclusion

TcVac2-induced activation of type 1 antibody and lymphocyte responses provided resistance to acute T. cruzi infection, and consequently, prevented the evolution of chronic immunopathology associated with parasite persistence in chagasic hearts.  相似文献

Assessment of complement 4 (C4) levels in experimental animals is used as a marker for activation of the classical complement pathway. The objective of this study was to develop a method for measuring C4 concentrations in the rat brain. An ELISA (sensitivity = 0.5 ng C4/ml) was used to measure C4 in regional brain homogenates from Fischer rats cardiac-perfused with phosphate buffered saline to remove cerebrovascular contents, and from sham-perfused rats. Ventral midbrain C4 levels were increased (p < 0.001) versus frontal cortex and striatum in sham-perfused rats, whereas after perfusion there were no differences between brain regions. Removal of cerebrovascular contents decreased C4 by 43% in striatum, 52% in frontal cortex, and 69% in ventral midbrain (all p < 0.01 versus sham-perfused means). These results indicate that C4 in the rat brain can be measured quantitatively by ELISA provided that cerebrovascular proteins are removed by perfusion.  相似文献

To investigate the involvement of various cellular and humoral aspects of immunity in the clearance of rabies virus from the central nervous system, (CNS), we studied the development of clinical signs and virus clearance from the CNS in knockout mice lacking either B and T cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, B cells, alpha/beta interferon (IFN-α/β) receptors, IFN-γ receptors, or complement components C3 and C4. Following intranasal infection with the attenuated rabies virus CVS-F3, normal adult mice of different genetic backgrounds developed a transient disease characterized by loss of body weight and appetite depression which peaked at 13 days postinfection (p.i.). While these animals had completely recovered by day 21 p.i., mice lacking either B and T cells or B cells alone developed a progressive disease and succumbed to infection. Mice lacking either CD8+ T cells, IFN receptors, or complement components C3 and C4 showed no significant differences in the development of clinical signs by comparison with intact counterparts having the same genetic background. However, while infectious virus and viral RNA could be detected in normal control mice only until day 8 p.i., in all of the gene knockout mice studied except those lacking C3 and C4, virus infection persisted through day 21 p.i. Analysis of rabies virus-specific antibody production together with histological assessment of brain inflammation in infected animals revealed that clearance of CVS-F3 by 21 days p.i. correlated with both a strong inflammatory response in the CNS early in the infection (day 8 p.i.), and the rapid (day 10 p.i.) production of significant levels of virus-neutralizing antibody (VNA). These studies confirm that rabies VNA is an absolute requirement for clearance of an established rabies virus infection. However, for the latter to occur in a timely fashion, collaboration between VNA and inflammatory mechanisms is necessary.  相似文献

CD4+ T cells producing interferon-γ are crucial for protection against Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and are the cornerstone of tuberculosis vaccination and immunological diagnostic assays. Since emerging evidence indicates that B cells can modulate T cell responses to M. tuberculosis infection, we investigated the contribution of B cells in regulating interferon-γ recall response by memory Thelper1 cells specific for Ag85B, a leading candidate for tuberculosis sub-unit vaccines. We found that B cells were able to maximize the reactivation of CD4+ memory T cells and the interferon-γ response against ex vivo antigen recall in spleens of mice vaccinated with Ag85B. B cell-mediated increase of interferon-γ response was particular evident for high interferon-γ producer CD4+ memory T cells, likely because those T cells were required for triggering and amplification of B cell activation. A positive-feedback loop of mutual activation between B cells, not necessarily antigen-experienced but with integral phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K) pathway and a peculiar interferon-γ-producing CD4highT cell subset was established. Programed death-ligand 2 (PD-L2), expressed both on B and the highly activated CD4high T cells, contributed to the increase of interferon-γ recall response through a PD1-independent pathway. In B cell-deficient mice, interferon-γ production and activation of Ag85B-specific CD4+ T cells were blunted against ex vivo antigen recall but these responses could be restored by adding B cells. On the other hand, B cells appeared to down-regulate interleukin-22 recall response. Our data point out that nature of antigen presenting cells determines quality and size of T cell cytokine recall responses. Thus, antigen presenting cells, including B cells, deserve to be considered for a better prediction of cytokine responses by peripheral memory T cells specific for M. tuberculosis antigens. We also invite to consider B cells, PD-L2 and PI3K as potential targets for therapeutic modulation of T cell cytokine responses for tuberculosis control.  相似文献

Rhodopsin, an integral membrane protein of rod photoreceptor cells, induces an experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) when injected into Lewis rats. This disease is characterized by a mononuclear and polymorphonuclear cellular infiltrate of the retina resulting in destruction of the photoreceptor cells. In this study the B and T cell specificities of the response to bovine rhodopsin by Lewis rats were determined. Antibodies induced by injection of rhodopsin were directed almost exclusively to the IV-V loop (residues 174-202). Later in the response, antibody to the N-terminus was also detected. At the T cell level, most activity was directed to the C-terminus as measured by in vitro lymphocyte proliferation. Other minor T cell epitopes were found in the II-III (96-114) and IV-V (174-202) loops. Further dissection of the amino acid sequence responsible for the activity isolated to the C-terminus indicated that a 12-amino acid-long sequence (331-342) elicited the strongest proliferative response.  相似文献

Raji, a human B lymphoblastoid cell line has the ability to activate the complement cascade by alternate pathway mechanisms with subsequent fixation of C3 to receptors on the Raji cell membrane. Using this property, we examined the role that complement plays in mediating a cytolytic event between human peripheral blood monocytes and Raji cells coated with C3b, antibody, or both. Presence of C3 was confirmed by immune adherence. IgG bound to the Raji membrane was quantitated using I125 Staphylococcal protein A assay. The presence of alternate pathway-activated C3 on Raji cells failed to produce monocyte-mediated cytotoxicity. These same target cells subsequently coated with antibody concentration ranging from 200 to >600,000 SPA molecules per Raji cell produced neither enhancement nor inhibition of antibody-dependent, cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). ADCC was enhanced by complement when complement activation and binding of C3 to the cell surface occurred by classical pathway mechanisms. ADCC of 32% ± 3.2 occurred with undiluted antiserum (625,000 SPA molecules bound/Raji cell) with enhancement to 52% ± 1.1 in the presence of C3. IgG inhibition of ADCC was unaffected by the presence of membrane-bound C3.  相似文献

Bordetella pertussis must survive the defenses of the human respiratory tract including the complement system. The BrkA (Bordetella resistance to killing) protein prevents killing by the antibody-dependent classical pathway. In this study, the ability of B. pertussis to activate the human complement cascade by other pathways was examined. B. pertussis was not killed in serum depleted of C2, however serum depleted for factor B killed B. pertussis as efficiently as intact serum, suggesting complement activation occurred exclusively by the classical pathway. B. pertussis was not killed by serum depleted of antibody, suggesting the bacteria fail to activate the antibody-independent branches of the classical pathway, including the mannose binding lectin pathway. Mutants lacking the terminal trisaccharide of lipopolysaccharide retained the complement-resistant phenotype, suggesting this structure does not influence activation of complement.  相似文献

IntroductionAbatacept is a fusion protein of human cytotoxic T-lymphocyte–associated protein (CTLA)-4 and the Fc portion of human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1). It is believed to be effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting costimulation of T cells via blocking CD28–B7 interactions as CTLA-4 binds to both B7.1 (CD80) and B7.2 (CD86). However, the interaction of CD28 with B7 molecules is crucial for activation of naive cells, whereas it is unclear whether the action of already activated CD4+ T cells, which are readily present in established disease, also depends on this interaction. The aim of this study was to determine whether the mode of action of abatacept depends solely on its ability to halt T cell activation in established disease.MethodsArthritis was induced in thymectomized male DBA/1 mice by immunisation with bovine collagen type II. The mice were subsequently depleted for CD4+ T cells. Abatacept or control treatment was started when 80 % of the mice showed signs of arthritis. Arthritis severity was monitored by clinical scoring of the paws, and anti-collagen antibody levels over time were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsTreatment with abatacept in the absence of CD4+ T cells resulted in lower disease activity. This was associated with decreasing levels of collagen-specific IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies, whereas the antibody levels in control or CD4+ T cell–depleted mice increased over time.ConclusionsThese results show that abatacept decreased disease activity in the absence of CD4+ T cells, indicating that the mode of action of abatacept in established arthritis does not depend entirely on its effects on CD4+ T cell activation.  相似文献

A major limitation to the application of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) is their reduced in vivo efficacy compared with the high efficacy measured in vitro. Effector functions such as antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) are dramatically reduced in vivo by the presence of high amounts of endogenous IgG in the serum. Recent studies have shown that modification of the glycosylation moieties attached to the Fc part of the mAb can enhance binding affinity to FcγRIIIα receptors on natural killer cells and thus may counteract the reduced in vivo efficacy. In the present study, a humanized IgG1/κ monoclonal antibody recognizing the tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen Lewis Y was stably produced in a moss expression system that allows glyco-engineering. The glyco-modified mAb (designated MB314) showed a highly homogeneous N-glycosylation pattern lacking core-fucose. A side-by-side comparison to its parental counterpart produced in conventional mammalian cell-culture (MB311, formerly known as IGN311) by fluorescence-activated cell sorting analysis confirmed that the target specificity of MB314 is similar to that of MB311. In contrast, ADCC effector function of MB314 was increased up to 40-fold whereas complement dependent cytotoxicity activity was decreased 5-fold. Notably, a release of immunostimulatory cytokines, including interferon γ, monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was particularly induced with the glyco-modified antibody. TNF release was associated with CD14+ cells, indicating activation of monocytes.  相似文献

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a common central blinding disease of the elderly. Homozygosity for a sequence variant causing Y402H and I62V substitutions in the gene for complement factor H (CFH) is strongly associated with risk of AMD. CFH, secreted by many cell types, including those of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), is a regulatory protein that inhibits complement activation. Recessive Stargardt maculopathy is another central blinding disease caused by mutations in the gene for ABCA4, a transporter in photoreceptor outer segments (OS) that clears retinaldehyde and prevents formation of toxic bisretinoids. Photoreceptors daily shed their distal OS, which are phagocytosed by the RPE cells. Here, we investigated the relationship between the CFH haplotype of human RPE (hRPE) cells, exposure to OS containing bisretinoids, and complement activation. We show that hRPE cells of the AMD-predisposing CFH haplotype (HH402/VV62) are attacked by complement following exposure to bisretinoid-containing Abca4−/− OS. This activation was dependent on factor B, indicating involvement of the alternative pathway. In contrast, hRPE cells of the AMD-protective CFH haplotype (YY402/II62) showed no complement activation following exposure to either Abca4−/− or wild-type OS. The AMD-protective YY402/II62 hRPE cells were more resistant to the membrane attack complex, whereas HH402/VV62 hRPE cells showed significant membrane attack complex deposition following ingestion of Abca4−/− OS. These results suggest that bisretinoid accumulation in hRPE cells stimulates activation and dysregulation of complement. Cells with an intact complement negative regulatory system are protected from complement attack, whereas cells with reduced CFH synthesis because of the Y402H and I62V substitutions are vulnerable to disease.  相似文献

Purpose

To investigate the efficacy of leflunomide in experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) in rats.

Methods

Lewis rats were immunized with interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding peptide (IRBP) in order to generate EAU. Rats received three dose of leflunomide through intragastric administration (prevention or treatment protocols) after immunization at three separate doses (3 mg/kg/d; 6 mg/kg/d; 12 mg/kg/d). Cyclosporin A was administered as a positive) control. Rats were euthanized during peak disease activity (day 14 or 15). Treatment effectiveness was evaluated in vivo using clinical EAU scoring (d14) and histopathological evaluation of enucleated eyes after experimental termination. The expression levels of inflammatory cytokines in the serum were quantified by ELISA. Eyeball of rats were harvested and mRNA expression of interleukin 17 (IL17) and IFN-γ were quantified through RT-PCR. Intracellular expression of interleukin (IL)-17 in the activated CD4(+) T cells was assessed by flow cytometry. The effects of leflunomide inhibition on immune responses in rats were investigated in isolated lymphocytes.

Results

Histopathological and clinical data revealed severe intraocular inflammation in the immunized rat. Inflammation reached its peak on day 14 in this EAU model. Treatment with leflunomide significantly prevented and treated EAU-induced ocular inflammation and decreased clinical and pathological scores compared to vehicle-treated eyes. Gene expression of IL17 and IFN-γwas markedly reduced in leflunomide-treated eyes. Leflunomide significantly decreased the serum levels of IL17 and IFN-γ. The study of IL17+ T cells in peripheral blood and spleen by flow cytometry showed a decreased number of Th17 cell in rats of leflunomide prevented group. Lymphocytes from animals treated with leflunomide had decreased antigen-specific proliferation in vitro compared with lymphocytes from untreated animals.

Conclusions

Oral administration of leflunomide effectively suppressed IRBP-induced uveitis in rats. These results suggest that leflunomide may be potentially clinical application in uveitis.  相似文献

By virtue of its amplifying property, the alternative complement pathway has been implicated in a number of inflammatory diseases and constitutes an attractive therapeutic target. An anti-factor D Fab fragment (AFD) was generated to inhibit the alternative complement pathway in advanced dry age-related macular degeneration. AFD potently prevented factor D (FD)-mediated proteolytic activation of its macromolecular substrate C3bB, but not proteolysis of a small synthetic substrate, indicating that AFD did not block access of the substrate to the catalytic site. The crystal structures of AFD in complex with human and cynomolgus FD (at 2.4 and 2.3 Å, respectively) revealed the molecular details of the inhibitory mechanism. The structures show that the AFD-binding site includes surface loops of FD that form part of the FD exosite. Thus, AFD inhibits FD proteolytic function by interfering with macromolecular substrate access rather than by inhibiting FD catalysis, providing the molecular basis of AFD-mediated inhibition of a rate-limiting step in the alternative complement pathway.  相似文献

The effect of neonatal thymectomy on salivary and serum antibody responses was studied in rats. Local immunization of thymectomized rats with a T-dependent antigen (DNPBGG) elicited negligible amounts of IgA anti-DNP antibody in saliva. In contrast, both normal and sham-thymectomized animals demonstrated substantial levels of salivary IgA antibody. All thymectomized rats locally injected with a T-independent antigen (DNP-Lys-Ficoll) exhibited salivary IgA antibody production. Salivary IgG antibodies were somewhat decreased in thymectomized rats injected with either antigen; however, the final effect of T cell deprivation on IgG synthesis was not as pronounced as on IgA synthesis. Serum IgA antibody was induced in control rats injected with DNPBGG, whereas this Ig class of antibody was absent in thymectomized rats. The results suggest that thymus-derived cells exert a regulatory influence on both serum and secretory IgA responses to antigens.  相似文献
