自由林网对农田地形的影响

我国东北、华北和西北等风沙危害严重地区,长期以来,农民群众以防止风沙的机械作用为目的,自发地营造了许多不规整的小林网,这种小林网就是所谓的自由林网。一般是由2—3行树木构成的窄林带,带间距离多在100米以内。选用的树种以早柳为主,间或也有杨树、榆树或其它的阔叶树种,由于自由林网能够较为迅速地起到保护农田,提高产量的实际     

STOFFWECHSELUNTERSUCHUNGEN DES CEREBRALEN ANFALLSGESCHEHENS

Abstract— The activity of glutamate decarboxylase in the brain of rats during and prior to experimentally produced cerebral seizures was compared with that of control rats. An inhibition of enzyme activity during the tonic convulsions after intracisternal injection of l -glutamate or pyridoxal-5-phosphate, after audiogenic stimulation, after intraperitoneal injection of pentamethylenetetrazole and during the electroshock could be observed. During the preconvulsive stage the enzyme was strongly inhibited after an intracisternal injection of l -glutamate, l -aspartate, and after audiogenic stimulation. Only after the intracisternal injection of pyridoxal-5-phosphate the enzyme activity as compared with that of control rats was unchanged. The different effects of l -glutamate and pyridoxal-5-phosphate in vivo and in vitro on the glutamate decarboxylase are pointed out in particular. The inhibition of this enzyme in vivo is believed to be one of the possible causes of cerebral seizures.

Zusammenfassung— Die Aktivität der Glutaminase und Glutaminsynthetase sowie die Konzentration des freien Ammoniaks werden im Gehirn von Ratten während und vor cerebralen Anfällen bestimmt. Mit Einsetzen des Krampfes, nach i.e. Injektion von Pyridoxal-5-phosphat bereits in der Phase der sham rage, steigt die Aktivität der Glutaminase stark an. Der hierdurch bedingte erhöhte Substratumsatz führt zur Anhäufung von freier Glutaminsäure und Ammoniak im Hirngewebe. Diese Stoffwechselentgleisung ist möglicherweise eine weitere Ursache für das Entstehen cerebraler Anfälle.
Die Glutaminsynthetase ist am Zustandekommen der von uns untersuchten experimentellen Krampfanfälle nicht merklich beteiligt.
Die Konzentration des Ammoniaks ist sowohl in der präkonvulsiven als auch in der tonischen Phase des Krampfanfalls erhöht. Die beobachteten Veränderungen werden übereinstimmend mit anderen Autoren als Folge eines veränderten Stoffwechsels im erregten Nervengewebe angesehen, jedoch nicht als spezifisches oder auslösendes Merkmal cerebraler Anfälle.     

LEBENDNACHWEIS VON EINZELELEMENTEN DES ENDOPLASMATISCHEN RETIKULUMS

By means of a special selective preparation technique, it is possible to investigate in thin sections, by electron microscopy, areas of a cell that have been observed in the living state, by phase-contrast microscopy, up to the time of fixation. Structures recorded in the living state can thus be compared to structures seen in electron micrographs. In cells of the fungus Polystictus versicolor, aggregates of membrane systems as well as single cisternae with a diameter of approximately 200 to 300 A can be detected with phase optics. It can be shown, by calculation, that these structures, which are far below the limit of resolution of the light optical system, give enough contrast to be discernible by phase optics. Thus a basis is provided for observing the dynamics of membrane systems which perhaps may contribute to the analysis of the functional significance of these cell components.     

UNTERSUCHUNG DES CHEMISCHEN AUFBAUS VON MITTELKAMBRISCHEN OSTRACODENSCHALEN

A microprobe investigation demonstrated that the shell substance of archaeocope ostracodes consists mainly of calcium phosphate and contains subordinate quantities of iron and carbonaceous matter. The relative content of calcium phosphate increases towards the outer surface of the shell; the content of carbonaceous matter decreases in this direction.
