Maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings were grown in nutrient solution culture containing 0, 5, and 20 μM cadmium (Cd) and the effects on various aspects of photosynthesis were investigated after 24, 48, 96 and 168 h of Cd treatments. Photosynthetic rate (P N) decreased after 48 h of 20 μM Cd and 96 h of 5μM Cd addition, respectively. Chl a and total Chl content in leaves declined under 48 h of Cd exposure. Chl b content decreased on extending the period of Cd exposure to 96 h. The maximum quantum efficiency and potential photosynthetic capacity of PSII, indicated by Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo, respectively, were depressed after 96 h onset of Cd exposure. After 48 h of 5μM Cd and 24 h of 20 μM Cd treatments, the activities of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco, EC 4.1.39) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC, EC 4.1.1.31) in the leaves started to decrease, respectively. We found that the limitation of photosynthetic capacity in Cd stressed maize leaves was associated with Cd toxicity on the light and the dark stages. However, Cd stress initially reduced the activities of Rubisco and PEPC and subsequently affected the PSII electron transfer, suggesting that the Calvin cycle reactions in maize plants are the primary target of the Cd toxic effect rather than PSII.  相似文献

Silicon (Si) frequently accumulates in plants tissues, mainly in roots of dicotyledons, such as cowpea. By contrast, Cadmium (Cd) is a metal that is extremely toxic to plant metabolism. This research aims to investigate if the deposition of Si in root can reduce Cd contents and minimize its negative effects on leaves, measuring gas exchange, chlorophyll fluorescence, antioxidant metabolism, photosynthetic pigments and growth, which may explain the possible role of Si in the attenuation of Cd toxicity in cowpea. This study had a factorial design, with all factors completely randomized and two Cd concentrations (0 and 500 µM Cd, termed as – Cd and + Cd, respectively) and three Si concentrations (0, 1.25 and 2.50 mM Si). Si reduced Cd contents in the roots and in other plant organs, such as stems and leaves. The Si contents were highest in roots, followed by stems and leaves, which was explained by the passive absorption of Si. The application of Si promoted increase in both the macro- and micronutrient contents in all tissues, suggesting that Si mitigates the effect of Cd on nutrient uptake. Si attenuated Cd-mediated effects on light absorption of photosystem II (PSII), increasing the effective quantum yield of PSII photochemistry and the electron transport rate. Additionally, toxic effects induced by Cd on gas exchange were mitigated by the action of Si. Plants treated with Cd + Si showed increase in the activities of antioxidant enzymes and reductions in oxidant compounds; these modifications were promoted by Si via detoxification mechanisms. Increases in the photosynthetic pigments and growth of plants treated with Si and exposed to Cd stress were detected and were due to the reduced deterioration of cell membranes and maintenance of chloroplasts, which had positive repercussions on growth and development. This study validated the hypothesis that the accumulation of Si in roots induces benefits on metabolism and alleviates the toxic effects caused by Cd in leaves of cowpea.  相似文献

In this study, the effects of lanthanum were investigated on contents of pigments, chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence, antioxidative enzymes, and biomass of maize seedlings under salt stress. The results showed that salt stress significantly decreased the contents of Chl and carotenoids, maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), photochemical quenching (qP), and quantum efficiency of PSII photochemistry (ΦPSII), net photosynthetic rate (PN), and biomass. Salt stress increased nonphotochemical quenching (qN), the activities of ascorbate peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and the contents of malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide compared with control. Pretreatment with lanthanum prior to salt stress significantly enhanced the contents of Chl and carotenoids, Fv/Fm, qP, qN, ΦPSII, PN, biomass, and activities of the above antioxidant enzymes compared with the salt-stressed plants. Pretreatment with lanthanum also significantly reduced the contents of malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide induced by salt stress. Our results suggested that lanthanum can improve salt tolerance of maize seedlings by enhancing the function of photosynthetic apparatus and antioxidant capacity.  相似文献

Salicylic acid (SA) is a potent signaling molecule in plants and is involved in eliciting specific responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the exogenous application of SA can improve cadmium (Cd) induced inhibition of photosynthesis in castor bean (Ricinus communis L.) plants. The effects of SA and Cd on plant growth, spectral reflectance, pigment contents, chlorophyll fluorescence and gas exchange were examined in a hydroponic cultivation system. Results indicate that Cd exposure significantly decreased the dry biomass, photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), pigment contents, quantum yield of PS II photochemistry (Fv/Fm), and effective quantum yield of PS II (??PS II) in the plants. Pretreatment with SA alone reduced the biomass and Pn in castor bean plants, whereas pigment contents, Fv/Fm and ??PS II remained unaffected. Reduced Gs, Ci and E, as well as increased stomatal limitation (Ls) and water use efficiency (WUE), were observed in plants pretreated with 500???M SA alone, whereas plants treated with 250???M SA were unaffected. Under Cd stress, SA pretreatment led to a significant decrease in Pn, Gs, E, Ci, and chlorophyll contents (Chl a, Chl b, Chl a+b, Car, Chl a/b), and an increase in Ls and WUE. Cd exposure enhanced spectral reflectance in the range 550?C680?nm and 750?C1,050?nm. It also decreased the normalized difference vegetation index (chlNDI), the modified red edge simple ratio index (mSR705), the red edge position (REP), water band index, and red/green ratio, whereas the structure independent pigment index (SIPI) was increased. Significant correlations (P?<?0.01) between spectral indices (mSR705, chlNDI, REP, red/green ratio) and pigment contents. SA significantly worsened plant growth and photosynthesis in Cd-stressed castor bean plants, in which a stomatal limitation was involved. The leaf spectral reflectance is a sensitive indicator in determining Cd toxicity in plants.  相似文献

The effects of photon flux density (PFD) and spectral quality on biomass, pigment content and composition, and the photosynthetic activity of Oscillatoria agardhii Gomont were investigated in steady-state populations. For alterations of PFD, chemostat populations were exposed to 50, 130 and 230 μmol photons·m?2·s?1 of photosynthetic active radiation (PAR). Decreases in biomass, chlorophyll a (Chl a) and c-phycocyanin (CPC) contents, and CPC: Chl a and CPC: carotenoid content was not altered. Increases in the relative abundances of myxoxanthophyll and zeaxanthin and deceases in the relative abundances of echinenone and β-carotene within the carotenoid pigments coincided with increasing PFD. Increases in Chl a-specific photosynthetic rates and maxima and decreases in biomass-specific photosynthetic rates and maxima with increasing PFD were attributed to increased light harvesting by carotenoids per unit Chl a and reduction in total pigment content, respectively. Responses to spectral quality were tested by exposing chemostat populations to a gradient of spectral transmissions at 50 μmol photons·m?2·s?1 PAR. Biomass differences among populations were likely attributable to the distinct absorption of the PAR spectrum by Chl a, CPC, and carotenoids. Although pigment contents were not altered by spectral quality, relative abundances of zeaxanthin and echinenone in the carotenoid pigments increased in populations exposed to high-wavelength PAR. The population adapted to green light possessed a greater photosynthetic maximum than populations adapted to other spectral qualities.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of silicon (Si) and cadmium (Cd) on root and shoot growth and Cd uptake in two hydroponically cultivated Brassica species (B. juncea (L.) Czern. cv. Vitasso and B. napus L. cv. Atlantic). Both species are potentially usable for phytoextraction. Inhibitory effects of Cd on root elongation were diminished by the impact of Si. Primary roots elongation in the presence of Cd + Si compared with Cd was stronger and the number of lateral roots was lower in B. juncea than in B. napus. Cd content per plant was higher in B. napus roots and shoots compared with B. juncea. Suberin lamellae were formed closer to the root apex in Cd + Si than in Cd treated plants and this effect was stronger in B. napus than in B. juncea. Accelerated maturation of endodermis was associated with reduced Cd uptake. Cd decreased the content of chlorophylls and carotenoids in both species, but Si addition positively influenced the content of photosynthetic pigments which was higher in B. napus than in B. juncea. Si enhanced more substantially translocation of Cd into the shoot of B. napus than of B. juncea. Based on our results B. napus seems to be more suitable for Cd phytoextraction than B. juncea because these plants produce more biomass and accumulate higher amount of Cd. The protective effect of Si on Cd treated Brassica plants could be attributed to more extensive development of suberin lamellae in endodermis.  相似文献

Effects of zinc (12–180 μM) alone and in mixtures with 12 μM Cd on metal accumulation, dry masses of roots and shoots, root respiration rate, variable to maximum fluorescence ratio (FV/FM), and content of photosynthetic pigments were studied in hydroponically cultivated chamomile (Matricaria recutita) plants. The content of Zn in roots and shoots increased with the increasing external Zn concentration and its accumulation in the roots was higher than that in the shoots. While at lower Zn concentrations (12 and 60 μM) the presence of 12 μM Cd decreased Zn accumulation in the roots, treatment with 120 and 180 μM Zn together with 12 μM Cd caused enhancement of Zn content in the root. Presence of Zn (12–120 μM) decreased Cd accumulation in roots. On the other hand, Cd content in the shoots of plants treated with Zn + Cd exceeded that in the plants treated only with 12 μM Cd. Only higher Zn concentrations (120 and 180 μM) and Zn + Cd mixtures negatively influenced dry mass, chlorophyll (Chl) and carotenoid content, FV/FM and root respiration rate. Chl b was reduced to a higher extent than Chl a.  相似文献

The effects of 0, 2.5, 5.0, and 10.0 pmol/L Cd^2+(Cd(NO3)2.4H2O) and 0, 10, 25, 50, and 100 mmol/L NaCl on growth, photosynthesis and the content of some ions in maize (Zea mays L.) were investigated in the present study. With Increasing concentrations of Cd^2+ or NaCI alone in Hoagland nutrient solution, the chlorophylls and starch content decreased. Combination treatment with salinity and cadmium increased the negative effects observed following the two stresses alone. Plants exhibiting growth retardation in response to one mild stress factor (25-50 mmol/L NaCl) became more tolerant to the other stress factor (Cd). The exposure of plants to cadmium caused a partial reversal of the effects of salinity. Root and shoot growth, ion accumulation and levels of photosynthetic pigments were improved at moderate concentrations of the two stress factors Imposed jointly.  相似文献

Relationships between key phytoplankton attributes including Chl a-specific light absorption, pigment composition and concentration, photosynthesis, primary production and community structure were studied in two open shallow nutrient-poor coastal systems receiving similar amounts of sewage water. Both systems were significantly nitrogen limited. However, differences in wastewater treatment (primary vs secondary) and sewage dilution (50%) between the two systems caused a greater difference between systems than locally around the outflows. For both systems, water at the outlet had significantly lower water transparency caused by a 20% higher absorption by coloured dissolved organic matter. Nutrient concentrations were also elevated, gradually decreasing with distance north (governing current) of the outflows, causing higher abundance of nano-sized phytoplankton, higher content of carotenoid pigments, 20–50% higher Chl a-specific absorption coefficients and higher photosynthetic capacity. Although maximum rates of Chl a-normalised photosynthesis were strongly related to nitrate availability, no effects were found on the derived areal primary production or algal biomass suggesting that photosynthetic and optical parameters are more sensitive indicators of nutrient enrichment than biomass or productivity. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of different Cd and Si concentrations on the maize plants. The following Cd and/or Si treatments were used: 5 Cd; 10 Cd; 100 Cd; 5 Cd + 0.08 Si; 10 Cd + 0.08 Si; 100 Cd + 5 Si treatments (Cd concentration in μM, Si concentration in mM). The plant growth, photosynthetic pigments content, antioxidant enzymes activities (POX, SOD, CAT), Cd and Si accumulation, translocation and cell wall deposition of the maize plants was observed. Changes in the endodermal cell walls development and late metaxylem elements lignification due to Cd and/or Si treatment were also evaluated. The negative effect of Cd (5 and 10 μM) on the growth parameters was alleviated by Si at 0.08 mM. The positive effect of Si was not observed at higher Cd and Si concentrations. This indicates that the alleviating effect of Si on Cd toxicity depends on the Cd and Si concentrations. Plants responded to Cd toxicity by an increase of antioxidant enzyme activity. Silicon addition in Cd + Si treatment stimulated an increase in the activity of antioxidant enzymes in comparison with the Cd treatment. Chlorophyll and carotenoid content in the Cd treated plants was not significantly affected by Si. The young maize plants retained much more Cd in their roots as they translocated into the shoots. 5 Cd + 0.08 Si and 10 Cd + 0.08 Si treatments correlated with an increase in Cd concentration in the roots and shoots, and in the cell walls. Silicon caused a slight decrease of the Cd translocation into the shoots in 5 Cd + 0.08 Si and 10 Cd + 0.08 Si treatments. Negative correlation between the root Cd cell wall deposition and Cd translocation was observed. Cadmium and/or Si altered root anatomy. Cadmium enhanced suberin lamellae development and late metaxylem lignification; silicon in Cd + Si treatments accelerated suberin lamellae deposition and enhanced the tertiary endodermal cell walls formation in comparison with Cd treatments. Negative correlation between the endodermal cell walls development and Cd translocation was observed.  相似文献

Physiological Response of Maize to Arsenic Contamination   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of As on some physiological parameters of maize in the early growth phases. Seedlings grown in a climatic box in a Hoagland-Arnon nutrient solution were treated with 0, 2 and 5 mg(As) dm−3 (pH 5.5). After 5 d of As treatment the changes in growth, leaf gas-exchange, chlorophyll (Chl) content, Chl fluorescence, peroxidase activity and lipid peroxidation in roots were recorded. The applied As decreased the growth, leaf area, and biomass accumulation, induced lipid peroxidation and increased peroxidase activity, especially at concentration 5 mg(As) dm−3. It also decreased the Chl, carotenoid (Car) and protein contents. A decrease in the variable to maximum fluorescence ratio (Fv/Fm) indicated lower photosynthetic efficiency. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Seedlings of winter rape were cultured in vitro on media containing 24-epibrassinolide, EBR (100 nM) and cadmium (300 µM). After 14 d of growth, fast fluorescence kinetics of chlorophyll (Chl) a and contents of photosynthetic pigments and Cd in cotyledons were measured. Cd was strongly accumulated but its content in cotyledons was 14.7 % smaller in the presence of EBR. Neither Cd nor EBR influenced the contents of Chl a and b and carotenoids. Cd lowered the specific energy fluxes per excited cross section (CS) of cotyledon. The number of active reaction centres (RC) of photosystem 2 (RC/CS) decreased by about 21.0 % and the transport of photosynthetic electrons (ET0/CS) by about 17.1 %. Simultaneously, under the influence of Cd, the activity of O2 evolving centres (OEC) diminished by about 19.5 % and energy dissipation (DI0/CS) increased by about 14.6 %. In the cotyledons of seedlings grown on media without Cd, EBR induced only a small increase in the activity of most photochemical reactions per CS. However, EBR strongly affected seedlings cultured with cadmium. Specific energy fluxes TR0/CS and ET0/CS of the cotyledons of plants Cd+EBR media were about 10.9 and 20.9 % higher, respectively, than values obtained for plants grown with Cd only. EBR also limited the increase of DI0/CS induced by Cd and simultaneously protected the complex of OEC against a decrease of activity. Hence EBR reduces the toxic effect of Cd on photochemical processes by diminishing the damage of photochemical RCs and OECs as well as maintaining efficient photosynthetic electron transport.  相似文献

Brassinosteroids mitigate cadmium toxicity in cowpea plants   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Anthropogenic activities and improper uses of phosphate fertilizers have led to an increase in cadmium concentrations in agricultural soils. Brassinosteroids are steroid hormones that are rapidly assimilated and metabolised with beneficial roles in physiological and biochemical processes in plants. Our aim was to ascertain whether exogenous treatment with 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) can mitigate the Cd toxicity, and whether this substance can reduce the Cd accumulation in plant tissues. Furthermore, the dose response to EBR was determined following exposure to Cd in Vigna unguiculata. The experiment was a completely randomised factorial design with two concentrations of Cd (0 and 500 μM) and three concentrations of EBR (0, 50, and 100 nM). Spraying plants exposed to Cd with EBR significantly reduced the concentrations of Cd and increased nutrient contents in all tissues. The EBR treatment caused significant enhancements in leaf, root, and total dry matter. Foliar application of EBR reduced the negative effects of Cd toxicity on chlorophyll fluorescence and gas exchange parameters. Pretreatment with EBR also increased contents of pigments in plants exposed to Cd, compared with the identical treatments without EBR. Cd elevated contents of oxidant compounds, inducing cell damages, while EBR significantly decreased the concentrations of these compounds. We confirmed that EBR mitigated the negative effects related to Cd toxicity, reduced the absorption and transport of Cd, and increased the contents of essential elements. In plants exposed to Cd, the most apparent dose response was found for 100 nM EBR, with beneficial repercussions on growth, gas exchange, primary photosynthetic processes, and photosynthetic pigments, which were intrinsically connected to lower production of oxidant compounds and cell damage.  相似文献

The steady-state fluorescence properties and uphill energy transfer were analyzed on intact cells of a chlorophyll (Chl) d-dominating photosynthetic prokaryote, Acaryochloris marina. Observed spectra revealed clear differences, depending on the cell pigments that had been sensitized; using these properties, it was possible to assign fluorescence components to specific Chl pigments. At 22 degrees C, the main emission at 724 nm came from photosystem (PS) II Chl d, which was also the source of one additional band at 704 nm. Chl a emissions were observed at 681 nm and 671 nm. This emission pattern essentially matched that observed at -196 degrees C, as the main emission of Chl d was located at 735 nm, and three minor bands were observed at 704 nm, 683 nm, and 667 nm, originating from Chl d, Chl a, and Chl a, respectively. These three minor bands, however, had not been sensitized by carotenoids, suggesting specific localization in PS II. At 22 degrees C, excitation of the red edge of the absorption band (which, at 736 nm, was 20 nm longer than the absorption maximum), resulted in fluorescence bands of Chl d at 724 nm and of Chl a at 682 nm, directly demonstrating an uphill energy transfer in this alga. This transfer is a critical factor for in vivo activity, due to an inversion of energy levels between antenna Chl d and the primary electron donor of Chl a in PS II.  相似文献

The effects of cadmium (Cd) supply level in nutrient solution (0, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400, and 800 μM) on growth, Cd accumulation ability, and the related physiological indices of maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings were studied under hydroponic conditions. The results showed that the increments in the shoot height and biomass were stimulated at relatively low external Cd supply levels (<100 μM), while they were inhibited at Cd supply levels over 200 μM. Cd accumulation ability of the maize seedlings also showed the similar stimulation/inhibition pattern as shoot growth, and the Cd contents in the shoots and roots reached the peaks (389.5 and 505.5 mg/kg dry wt, respectively) at 50 μM Cd. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoids in the maize leaf blades decreased with increasing external Cd supply level. At the highest Cd supply level (800 μM), the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoids in the leaf blade were only 38.9, 46.0, and 29.7% of the control plants, respectively. Moreover, chlorophyll b was more sensitive to the Cd stress than chlorophyll a. The increased proline content in the leaf blade of maize seedlings resulted from external Cd stress indicates that maize can adapt to the adversity menace via changing the content of proline.  相似文献

Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Berbukskaya) seedlings were pre-treated with choline compounds, 19 mM 2-ethyltrimethylammonium chloride (Ch) or 1.6 mM 2-chloroethyltrimethylammonium chloride (CCh), during 24 h, then after 6 d the excised primary leaves were exposed to UV-B and high temperature stress. Chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence, delayed light emission, accumulation of photosynthetic pigments, contents of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, and activities of the active oxygen detoxifying enzymes (superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase, and glutathione reductase) were examined. Pre-treatment of plants with Ch or CCh enhanced the resistance of photosystem 2 (PS2) photochemistry to UV-B and heat injuries. The higher stress resistance can be explained by the increased activity of the detoxifying enzymes. The increased content of UV-B-absorbing pigments may also contribute to the enhanced resistance of choline-treated plants to UV-B radiation.  相似文献

The effects on pigment composition and photosynthesis of low temperature during growth were examined in the third leaf of three chilling-tolerant and three chilling-sensitive genotypes of Zea mays L. The plants were grown under a controlled environment at 24 or 14 °C at a photon flux density (PFD) of 200 or 600 μ mol m–2 s–1. At 24 °C, the two classes of genotypes showed little differences in their photosynthetic activity and their composition of pigments. At 14 °C, photosynthetic activity was considerably reduced but the chilling-tolerant genotypes displayed higher photosynthetic rates than the chilling-sensitive ones. Plants grown at 14 °C showed a reduced chlorophyll (Chl) a + b content and a reduced Chl a / b ratio but an increased ratio of total carotenoids to Chl a + b . These changes in pigment composition in plants grown at low temperature were generally more pronounced in the chilling-sensitive genotypes than in the tolerant ones, particularly at high PFD. Furthermore, at 14 °C, all the genotypes showed increased ratios of lutein, neoxanthin and xanthophyll-cycle carotenoids to Chl a + b but a reduced ratio of β -carotene to Chl a + b , especially at high PFD. At 14 °C, the chilling-tolerant genotypes, when compared with the sensitive ones, were characterized by higher contents of β -carotene and neoxanthin, a lower content of xanthophyll-cycle carotenoids, a lower ratio of xanthophylls to β -carotene, and less of their xanthophyll-cycle carotenoid pool in the form of zeaxanthin. These differences between the two classes of genotypes were more pronounced at high PFD than at low PFD. The results are discussed in terms of the relationship that may exist in maize between pigment composition and the capacity to form an efficient photosynthetic apparatus at low growth temperature.  相似文献

The change in the characteristics of the absorption spectrum of chloroplasts which were isolated from the mature and senescing primary wheat leaves, was examined at various wavelengths in which the photosynthetic pigments mostly absorb. Chlorophyll (Chl) a was observed to be relatively more sensitive to leaf senescence than Chl b and carotenoids. Furthermore, the various spectral in vivo forms of Chl a, did not degrade to a similar extent; the far red absorbing forms of Chl a including species that absorb maximally at 692 nm (Chl a-692), 700 nm (Chl a-700) and 708 nm (Chl a 708) were found to be extremely sensitive to senescence induced losses. Both attached and detached senscing primary wheat leaves exhibited nearly similar pattern in the loss of photosynthetic pigments which suggests that the loss in long wavelength absorbing forms of Chl a is a selective indicator of leaf senescence.  相似文献

Plants were cultivated in a nutrient solution containing increasing cadmium concentrations (i.e. 0.001–25 µM), under strictly controlled growth conditions. Changes in both growth parameters and enzyme activities, directly or indirectly related to the cellular free radical scavenging systems, were studied in roots and leaves of 14-day-old maize plants (Zea mays L., cv. Volga) as a result of Cd uptake. A decrease in both shoot length and leaf dry biomass was found to be significant only when growing on 25 µM Cd, whereas concentrations of chlorophyll pigments in the 4th leaf decreased from 1.7 µM Cd on. Changes in enzyme activities occurred at lower Cd concentrations in solution leading to lower threshold values for Cd contents in plants than those observed for growth parameters. Peroxidase (POD; E.C. 1.11.1.7) activity increased in the 3rd and 4th leaf, but not in roots. In contrast, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH; E.C. 1.1.1.49), isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDH; E.C. 1.1.1.42) and malic enzyme (ME; E.C. 1.1.1.40) activities decreased in the 3rd leaf. According to the relationship between the POD activity and the Cd content, a toxic critical value was set at 3 mg Cd per kg dry matter in the 3rd leaf and 5 mg Cd per kg dry matter in the 4th. Anionic POD were determined both in root and leaf protein extracts; however, no changes in the isoperoxidase pattern were detected in case of Cd toxicity. Results show that in contrast with growth parameters, the measurement of enzyme activities may be included as early biomarkers in a plant bioassay to assess the phytotoxicity of Cd-contaminated soils on maize plants.  相似文献
