水处理絮凝剂的发展经历了从最初的传统絮凝剂,到无机高分子絮凝剂,再到有机高分子絮凝剂;从简单的天然有机高分子絮凝剂,到合成的有机高分子絮凝剂,再到基于生态安全性的天然改性有机高分子絮凝剂;从单纯的无机或有机高分子絮凝剂,到有机 无机复合絮凝剂;从化学絮凝剂,再到具有生态安全性能的生物絮凝剂.为了促进水处理絮凝剂的迅速发展和实际应用,本文综述了水处理絮凝剂在国内外的研究进展与应用现状,重点对化学和微生物两大类絮凝剂分别阐述了其特点以及在水处理中的应用情况,并对其发展方向进行了分析和评价;尤其是针对目前我国絮凝剂研究与开发应用中的不足,对今后的研究工作提出了一些建议和设想.  相似文献

海藻酸钠壳聚糖微球是具有生物粘附性且能结合和传递大分子药物的天然高分子材料,且在生物医学领域具有广阔应用前景的药物载体。它具有生物黏附性、生物相容性、生物可降解性、对人体无毒性且能够结合和传递大分子药物的天然高分子材料。海藻酸钠壳聚糖微球作为载药微球具有提高药物的生物利用度、延长药物的作用时间等优点。国内外近些年已将其应用于药剂学领域,以及将其作为药物载体经微球化与药物结合形成给药系统的研究也在逐步开展并取得了较多成果。本文主要阐述海藻酸钠壳聚糖微球的主要生物特性、作用特点及其在医学领域中应用的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行探讨。  相似文献

目的:制备一种具有空腔结构的高分子超细纤维并研究其相关性质,探索其应用。方法:结合静电纺丝技术和微流控技术,制备出具有空腔结构的聚乳酸(PLA)超细纤维,并使用荧光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等手段进行结构表征;采用甘油铜分光光度法、Alamar-Blue法间接检测了纤维膜的甘油含量和细胞毒性,并考察了其吸水率相较于普通实心纤维膜的变化;将PEI-质粒复合物载入纤维的空腔结构中,通过细胞转染实验验证了此纤维膜在运载质粒方面的应用。结果:纤维平均直径在1μm左右,内部均匀分布着椭圆形空腔。该纤维膜中甘油占比38.99%,吸水率为普通实心PLA纤维膜的近2倍。纤维膜与内皮细胞5天的共培养中,没有明显的细胞毒性。细胞转染检测结果证明了纤维空腔部分能有效运载质粒复合物并保证其生物活性。结论:静电纺丝技术和微流控技术有效结合,成功制备出具有空腔结构的新型高分子超细纤维,展现出了区别于普通纤维的独特性质和应用。  相似文献

天然多糖水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性,然而其力学性能调节幅度小,无法满足组织工程应用巨大的需求。通过纤维增强法,不仅可显著提高天然多糖水凝胶的力学性能,还能调节复合水凝胶的降解性能、促进细胞粘附、增殖与分化行为及其组织沉积。常用的天然多糖组织工程水凝胶的纤维增强方法有物理共混法、化学作用法、静电驱动法与自组装法等。本文综述了纤维增强水凝胶的结构与功能特点,讨论了纤维增强对组织工程水凝胶的意义,以期对纤维增强组织工程水凝胶的发展起到促进作用。  相似文献

Biotechnology is playing a vital alternative role in the production of pharmaceutical plant secondary metabolites to support industrial production and mitigate over-exploitation of natural sources. High-value pharmaceuticals that include alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes, steroids, among others, are biosynthesized as a defensive strategy by plants in response to perturbations under natural environmental conditions. However, they can also be produced using plant cell, tissue, and organ culture techniques through the application of various in vitro approaches and strategies. In the past decades, efforts were on the clonal propagation, biomass and secondary metabolites production in the in vitro cultures of medicinally important plants that produce these molecules. In recent years, the effort has shifted towards optimizing culture conditions for their production through the application of cell line selection, elicitation, precursor feeding, two-phase co-culture among cell, tissue, and organ culture approaches. The efforts are made with the possibility to scale-up the production, meet pharmaceutical industry demand and conserve natural sources of the molecules. Applications of metabolic engineering and production from endophytes are also getting increasing attention but, the approaches are far from practical application in their industrial production.  相似文献

In Neo-Darwinism, variation and natural selection are the two evolutionary mechanisms that propel biological evolution. Variation implies changes in the gene pool of a population, enlarging the genetic variability from which natural selection can choose. But in the absence of natural selection, variation causes dissipation and randomization. Natural selection, in contrast, constrains this variability by decreasing the survival and fertility of the less-adapted organisms. The objective of this study is to propose a highly simplified simulation of variation and natural selection, and to relate the observed evolutionary changes in a population to its information content. The model involves an imaginary population of individuals. A quantifiable character allows the individuals to be categorized into bins. The distribution of bins (a histogram) was assumed to be Gaussian. The content of each bin was calculated after one to twelve cycles, each cycle spanning N generations (N being undefined). In a first study, selection was simulated in the absence of variation. This was modeled by assuming a differential fertility factor F that increased linearly from the lower bins (F<1.00) to the higher bins (F>1.00). The fertility factor was applied as a multiplication factor during each cycle. Several ranges of fertility were investigated. The resulting histograms became skewed to the right. In a second study, variation was simulated in the absence of selection. This was modeled by assuming that during each cycle each bin lost a fixed percentage of its content (variation factor Y) to its two adjacent bins. The resulting histograms became broader and flatter, while retaining their bilateral symmetry. Different values of Y were monitored. In a third study, various values of F and Y were combined. Our model allows the straightforward application of Shannon's equation and the calculation of a Shannon-entropy (SE) values for each histogram. Natural selection was, thus, shown to result in a progressive decrease in SE as a function of F. In other words, natural selection, when acting alone, progressively increased the information content of the population. In contrast, variation resulted in a progressive increase in SE as a function of Y. In other words, variation acting alone progressively decreased the information content of a population. When both factors, F and Y, were applied simultaneously, their relative weight determined the progressive change in SE.  相似文献

为了研究光合细菌的保藏方法及其同化磷能力,采用液体种室内自然放置、液体种蜡封和穿刺物蜡封等方法对光合细菌进行保藏方法研究,结果表明,液体种蜡封和穿刺物蜡封可作为该菌种的长期保存方法;对两株菌的磷同化能力进行了比较,降解率分别为22%和15%。本研究为获得光合细菌的长期保存方法及其在污水净化中的应用提供参考。  相似文献

Augmentative biological control concerns the periodical release of natural enemies. In commercial augmentative biological control, natural enemies are mass-reared in biofactories for release in large numbers to obtain an immediate control of pests. The history of commercial mass production of natural enemies spans a period of roughly 120 years. It has been a successful, environmentally and economically sound alternative for chemical pest control in crops like fruit orchards, maize, cotton, sugar cane, soybean, vineyards and greenhouses. Currently, augmentative biological control is in a critical phase, even though during the past decades it has moved from a cottage industry to professional production. Many efficient species of natural enemies have been discovered and 230 are commercially available today. The industry developed quality control guidelines, mass production, shipment and release methods as well as adequate guidance for farmers. However, augmentative biological control is applied on a frustratingly small acreage. Trends in research and application are reviewed, causes explaining the limited uptake are discussed and ways to increase application of augmentative biological control are explored.  相似文献

:随着人们对天然、绿色、安全性化妆品的日益需求,天然香料在化妆品中也随之被广泛应用。天然香料主要分为植物性天然香料和动物性天然香料。本文主要介绍了天然香料的定义及其分类,天然香料在化妆品中的应用以及国内外可用于化妆品的天然香料工业发展等,并且根据天然香料在化妆品中应用存在的问题,提出几点建议。其中,在对天然香料的定义和分类中,除了明确天然香料的定义外,还根据其中含有的不同类型和功效的成分,分为天然香料中的芳香成分、药用成分、营养成分和其他成分。天然香料在化妆品中的应用,主要介绍目前市场上应用最广泛的动物类天然香料以及花类、叶类和果实类等植物性天然香料。此外,从三方面对天然香料在化妆品中的应用提出建议,主要为新资源综合利用及开发,改进技术并提高天然香料产量和质量,开发治疗性、保健性天然化妆品等。  相似文献

Pollen beetles, Meligethes spp. (Coleoptera: Nitidulidae), are among the most damaging pests of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). Increasing populations of pyrethroid‐resistant pollen beetles coupled with the prohibition of synthetic pest control products in organic farming means that other direct control methods are needed. A laboratory study was therefore conducted to evaluate the effect of natural products, combinations of natural products and additives as well as natural and synthetic insecticides on mortality of pollen beetles. In addition, field trials under both integrated and organic production were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of six natural products, nine combinations of natural products, two synthetic insecticides (integrated‐production trials only), two natural insecticides and two additives to reduce pollen beetles. The laboratory trial, using both a curative and preventive approach, showed that two of the eight natural products (lavender oil and stone meal) caused a mortality of over 98% within the first day of application. The other natural products were only partially effective compared with the untreated control. In the field trials, the natural products reduced the number of pollen beetles 1 day after application compared with the untreated control in both trial years and production systems. Promising substances were stone meal, Silico‐Sec and liquid manure. Nevertheless, the efficacy was not consistent, and no effect on oilseed rape yield was observed. In spite of this, these products have the potential to control pollen beetles under field conditions with comparable effects to synthetic insecticides. Further research should therefore focus on timing and frequency of applications as well as on the formulation of the natural products to increase the persistency of the products under field conditions.  相似文献
