水分是干旱半干旱地区植被生长的主要限制因子,水分利用是反映植被对环境变化响应的关键生态水文过程。目前缺少对干旱半干旱区草原不同科、属植物水分利用特征差异的系统分析,且植物水分利用特征与环境因子的定量关系需要进一步研究。在内蒙古荒漠草原进行样带调查,采集7个样地0—100 cm深度土壤样品和15种植物根茎结合部(茎秆)、叶片样品,测定土壤水、植物水中δ2H和δ18O和植物叶片δ13C的同位素,利用MixSIAR模型确定不同科、属植物水分来源比例,分析不同科、属植物水分利用来源和水分利用效率的差异,并建立植物水分来源比例及水分利用效率与各环境因子的定量关系。结果表明:(1)禾本科和菊科植物主要利用0—30 cm深度土壤水(55.63%和51.84%),其叶片δ13C(-26.61‰和-27.91‰)均低于其他科(包括柽柳科、藜科和蔷薇科)(-26.36‰),且其他科主要利用60—100 cm深度土壤水(36.83%),水分利用策略更有利于在干旱条件下生存。(2)针茅属植物对0—30 cm深度土壤水的利用...  相似文献

该研究测定了旱季和雨季刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)林不同土层厚度的土壤含水量, 刺槐的树高、胸径、小枝凌晨水势、叶片碳稳定同位素组成(δ13C)、叶面积、比叶重和气体交换指标; 分析了刺槐旱季和雨季的水分状况和土层厚度之间的关系; 通过刺槐对季节性干旱胁迫的反应, 估计华北石质山区不同土层厚度土壤水分对刺槐的承载能力; 并求证近年来该地区刺槐衰败和水分因素的关系。结果显示: 随着土层厚度减小, 旱季土壤含水量下降、凌晨小枝水势降低; 气孔导度和最大光合速率都减小, 而瞬时水分利用效率增加, 雨季上述指标无显著性差异, 旱季土壤含水量只有雨季的60%左右。随着土层变薄, 刺槐叶片δ13C增高, 叶面积减小, 比叶重增加; 刺槐树高和胸径减小。以上结果表明: 刺槐在不同季节下的水分状况综合反映土壤的供水能力, 土层浅薄导致土壤水分承载力不足, 致使刺槐在旱季受到较严重的水分胁迫, 这可能是刺槐出现衰败的重要原因。  相似文献

鄂尔多斯高原3个水土保持树种的水分利用策略   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解植物对环境的适应对策,通过测定鄂尔多斯高原东部丘陵区3个水土保持树种沙棘、油松和山杏的枝条木质部水和各潜在水源的δ18O值及叶片的δ13C值,应用多元线性混合模型分析各潜在水源的贡献比例,分析3个树种水分来源和水分利用效率的季节动态和种间差异。结果表明: 沙棘、油松和山杏在5月主要利用10 cm深度土壤水,分别占其总水源比例的88.5%、94.0%和91.6%。7月,沙棘主要利用10~25 cm土层土壤水和雨水,比例为44.6%和35.4%;油松主要利用雨水,比例为93.7%;山杏主要利用25~100 cm土层土壤水和雨水,比例分别为55.9%和36.8%。9月,沙棘主要利用25 cm深度和75~100 cm土层土壤水,比例为88.9%;油松主要利用10 cm和50~75 cm土层土壤水,比例为84.5%;山杏利用10~100 cm土层土壤水。5月沙棘的水分利用效率显著高于7月和9月。7月油松的水分利用效率显著高于9月。5月和7月沙棘的水分利用效率显著高于油松和山杏。3个树种在不同季节根据不同水源的可利用性,选择利用不同深度的土壤水或雨水。沙棘和油松干旱时能够提高水分利用效率适应环境变化,可能比山杏更适应当地的半干旱环境。  相似文献

水分利用是植物光合固碳的关键过程,其效率反映植物对胁迫环境的适应能力,δ13C作为反映植物长期水分利用效率的关键指标,对于揭示植物与环境长期作用的关系具有重要意义。本研究以马尾松幼苗为对象,通过土壤水分和光照条件控制,设置干旱(土壤水分为30%饱和含水量)、遮荫(光照强度为全光照的30%)及干旱+遮荫(土壤水分为30%饱和含水量和光照强度为全光照的30%)3种胁迫方式和对照(CK,土壤水分为70%饱和含水量和全光照),研究干旱和遮荫对马尾松瞬时水分利用效率和δ13C的影响。结果表明:干旱和干旱+遮荫处理分别使马尾松当年生叶的瞬时水分利用效率显著增加了67.96%和60.78%,遮荫对瞬时水分利用效率的影响不显著;当年生叶的δ13C在干旱处理下显著增加了14.35%,但在遮荫和干旱+遮荫处理下未发生明显改变;各处理对1年生叶δ13C的影响均不显著;表明瞬时和长期水分利用效率的变化不同步,且马尾松的水分利用效率对干旱的响应较早;在各处理下,各库器官中的δ13C均大于源叶,茎干和根中...  相似文献

为探究高海拔地区的植物碳(C)循环过程与其生境的关系,以生长在高山地区的豆科灌木鬼箭锦鸡儿为研究对象,沿着横跨我国东西部山区的样带采集35个样点的鬼箭锦鸡儿叶片和土壤样品,分析了鬼箭锦鸡儿叶片碳稳定同位素组成(δ13C)、土壤δ13C、叶片和土壤δ13C差值(Δδ13C)在不同采样点的特征及其与气候因子、叶片和土壤元素的关系。结果表明:鬼箭锦鸡儿叶片δ13C的变化范围为-30.9‰~-27.1‰,平均值为-28.4‰,土壤δ13C的变化范围为-26.2‰~-23.2‰,平均值为-25.3‰,Δδ13C的变化范围为2.0‰~7.7‰,平均值为3.1‰;叶片δ13C显著低于土壤δ13C,且随着叶片δ13C增加,土壤δ13C先降低后升高;叶片δ13C与生长季均温和叶片C含量呈显著负相关,土壤δ13C与相对湿度和最暖月均温呈显著负相关,与土壤碳∶氮(C∶N)呈显著正相关,随土壤C含量的增加土壤δ13C先降低后升高,Δδ13C与叶片C含量、土壤C含量和土壤C∶N呈显著正相关;气候因子对叶片δ13C和Δδ13C具有直接影响,同时也通过对叶片和土壤元素的影响,间接导致叶片δ13C、土壤δ13C和Δδ13C的改变。高海拔地区的气候因子、叶片和土壤元素共同影响鬼箭锦鸡儿的C循环过程。  相似文献

为明确不同林龄中间锦鸡儿水分来源对降雨的响应,利用稳定同位素技术测定青海共和盆地不同林龄的中间锦鸡儿(4 a、9 a、17 a和31 a)在降雨前后土壤水、木质部水、地下水和雨水的δ2H、δ18O组成,运用Iso-Source模型计算植物对各潜在水源的利用比例。结果表明: 各林龄中间锦鸡儿的浅层(0~40 cm)土壤水δ2H、δ18O组成对降雨的响应最明显;降雨前后各林龄中间锦鸡儿的木质部水、土壤水分和地下水同位素值均位于当地大气降水线(LMWL)的右下侧,其截距和斜率均小于LMWL和全球大气降水线(GMWL),且降雨后中间锦鸡儿的木质部水和土壤水的同位素组成更趋近LMWL;降雨前,4 a和9 a中间锦鸡儿主要利用浅层土壤水,17 a中间锦鸡儿主要利用中层(40~90 cm)土壤水,31 a中间锦鸡儿主要利用深层土壤水;降雨后,各林龄中间锦鸡儿的吸水层位均为降雨补充的浅层土壤水;各林龄对地下水的利用率仅有1.8%~11.9%。说明不同林龄中间锦鸡儿的水分来源对降雨的响应方式相同,均优先利用降雨补充的浅层土壤水,对地下水的利用减少。  相似文献

氢氧稳定同位素是广泛存在于自然界水体中的环境同位素,其在不同水体中组成特征的差异可以指示水分循环过程及植物用水机制.本研究在北京山区选取了两种主要的绿化树种——常绿针叶林侧柏和落叶阔叶林栓皮栎为研究对象,通过对降水、土壤水、泉水、植物茎干水和叶片水同位素的变化特征进行分析,讨论了水分在大气-土壤-植物连续体中的运动过程.结果表明: 研究区大气降水线方程为δD=7.17δ18O+1.45(R2=0.93), 土壤蒸发线方程为δD=3.85δ18O-38.02(R2=0.76), 降水入渗补给土壤水的过程中存在一定程度的蒸发分馏.在不同季节,降水、土壤水和泉水δD和δ18O值变化规律不同;雨季,δD和δ18O平均值大小为降水>地下水>土壤水,降水和土壤水共同补充地下水;旱季,δD和δ18O值大小排序为降水> 土壤水>地下水,降水和地下水都对土壤水有贡献.侧柏和栓皮栎年内茎干水分δD和δ18O的拟合线性方程分别为δD=5.03δ18O-30.78 和δD=3.0δ18O-48.92,栓皮栎利用的土壤水分相对于侧柏更加富集,其水分来源深度更浅.栓皮栎叶片水分同位素变化特征相对于侧柏对大气微环境的反应更加敏感,且其叶片水分蒸发和同位素动力分馏程度更强,但是它们对环境条件的变化反应一致.  相似文献

本研究调查了陕西安塞和山西吉县刺槐人工林生长状况,比较了刺槐年轮宽度、胸高断面积增量(BAI)、δ13C、内在水分利用效率(iWUE)和气孔调节方面的差异,量化了刺槐生长和内在水分利用效率对气候因子的响应。结果表明:随林龄增加,安塞和吉县刺槐年际轮宽均呈下降趋势,安塞刺槐BAI呈增加趋势,但吉县刺槐BAI达到峰值后下降。吉县刺槐δ13C和iWUE均高于安塞刺槐,安塞和吉县刺槐的iWUE实测值更偏向于恒定胞间CO2浓度/大气CO2浓度(Ci/Ca)情景,表明刺槐Ci随Ca增加而增加,气孔保持开放。Pearson相关性分析显示,安塞刺槐BAI与5月最高气温、6月相对湿度、8月降水、9月相对湿度和9、10月干旱指数(SPEI)呈显著正相关,与6月气温呈负相关;而吉县刺槐BAI与6、7月SPEI和10月最低气温呈显著正相关。安塞刺槐iWUE与6月相对湿度和降水呈显著正相关,与5月最低气温、6月相对湿度、7月气温、最高气温...  相似文献

分析了北京鹫峰山区侧柏、荆条枝条水及其潜在水分来源的氢氧同位素特征,运用IsoSource模型解析侧柏、荆条系统水分利用来源的季节变化及其对降雨事件的响应.结果表明:旱季初期(4月)研究区0~20 cm土层富集土壤水18O值,20 cm以下该值则随着土层深度增加逐渐减小,侧柏主要利用前2~3 d降雨补充的0~30 cm层土壤水;旱季末期(6月)侧柏和荆条分别利用当天雨水补充的0~10和10~30 cm层土壤水;雨季(7月)侧柏利用前期降水补给的0~40 cm层土壤水(59.3%)和近期降水(12.5%),荆条则利用近期降雨供给的0~30 cm层土壤水;侧柏的土壤水分来源逐月加深,至生长季末(11月)其主要利用60~80 cm层土壤水(前2~3 d降雨补给),而荆条枝条水δ18O值远离各水分来源δ18O值.两物种对水分的竞争压力小,适应本区域气候特征,尤其在应对特大暴雨等极端天气时,植物系统垂直分布的水分来源能够有效分流洪峰,减小暴雨瞬时破坏力.  相似文献

以东亚广布种栓皮栎为例,通过对南北样带(26°-40° N)上7个群体的调查取样,并结合2个生活史阶段,探讨栓皮栎碳氮同位素比值随纬度环境的变异规律.结果表明: 在纬向梯度上,栓皮栎叶片δ13C和δ15N随纬度的增加分别呈现非线性的增加和下降趋势,且成年树叶片δ13C和δ15N均显著高于幼树;同时,树龄和纬度对叶片δ15N和δ13C均无显著交互作用,表明栓皮栎幼树和成年树纬向环境变化的响应较为一致.随机森林模型结果显示,栓皮栎叶片δ15N主要受土壤养分,如土壤有机质、磷和氮含量的影响,而叶片δ13C主要受水分因子,如空气相对湿度、降水量等的影响.  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献
