| 摘 要： | 分析了黄边大龙虱的营养成分，结果表明，黄边大龙虱的虫体及翅都具有丰富的营养，翅含有粗蛋白35.18％、粗脂肪6．20％、灰分1．06％，都高于虫体相应成分的含量，虫体含有粗蛋白10．98％、粗脂肪4．44％、灰分0．57％，含有丰富的矿物元素和氨基酸，其必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为93．38，为一种优质蛋白质食品。 |

Analysis of Nutritional Components of Cybister japonicus |

| Abstract: | Nutritional components of Cybister japonicus were analyzed. The results show that C.japonicus is a kind of insectile food with high quality protein; its body and wing contain abundant nutrition. The amount of nutrition contained in wing, including crude protein (35.18%), crude fat (6.20%), ash (1.06%), is higher than that of corresponding elements in body, including crude protein (10.98%), crude fat (4.44%), ash (0.57%). In addition, the body also contains plenty of mineral elements and amino acids. The index of the essential amino acid is 93.38. |
