摘    要:2006年6月—2007年5月对喀斯特地区土壤剖面中CO2、CH4和N2O进行采样测定,分析了三者间时空分布的相关关系。结果表明,土壤剖面中CO2和N2O含量分别为0.35~35.3ml.L-1和0.31~5.31μl.L-1,夏秋季节高于冬春季节;CH4浓度为0.1~4.7μl.L-1,季节差异不大。随着土壤深度的增加,CO2和N2O的浓度先增加而后明显减小或趋于稳定,CH4浓度则与CO2和N2O相反。相关分析表明,土壤剖面CO2与N2O浓度的时空分布呈显著正相关,与CH4则呈显著负相关。N2O和CH4的时空变化规律为互逆关系,但只在花溪荒草地、清镇阔叶林以及森林公园的马尾松林和阔叶林观测点达到显著水平。

Abstract:From June 2006 to May 2007,the monthly CO_2,CH_4,and N_2O concentrations in soil profiles in central Guizhou Karst area were measured,with their spatiotemporal correlations analyzed.The CO_2 and N_2O concentrations in the soil profiles were 0.35-35.3 ml·L~(-1) and 0.31-5.31 μl·L~(-1),respectively,being higher in summer and autumn than in winter and spring,and the CH_4 concentration was 0.1-4.7 μl·L~(-1),with no significant difference among seasons.With the increase of soil depth,the CO_2 and N_2O concentrations increased first and then decreased or tended to be stable,while CH_4 had an inverse trend unlike CO_2 and N_2O.The spatiotemporal distribution of CO_2 in the soil profiles was significantly positively correlated with that of N_2O,but negatively correlated with that of CH_4;while the spatiotemporal variations of CH_4 and N_2O were negatively correlated,being significant in Huaxi grassland,Qingzhen hardwood forest,and forest park Pinus massoniana forest and hardwood forest.
