| 摘 要： | 自然保护区是我国可持续发展的重要事业之一，近几年来发展迅猛，取得了丰硕成果。但是，自然保护区的建设和管理存在许多困难和问题。本文结合十几年自然保护的基层工作经验，分析问题所在，提出了一些建议，旨在为自然保护区建设和管理提供现实依据。

| Abstract: | Management of nature reserves in China is highly emphasised in China. It is developing fast in these years and substantial progress has been achieved. The management strategy is still in the primary stage with problems and difficulties. Based on more than ten years working experience, the authors analysed the problems and presented their advices, on how to construct and manage the nature preservation zones. |
