蒲圻贝母组织培养鳞茎形成过程中生理生化变化研究

摘    要:对蒲圻贝母鳞茎的组织培养进行了研究,筛选出了较佳的激素配比,并对鳞茎生长过程中的可溶性糖、淀粉含量、淀粉酶活性、PAL酶活性以及生物碱含量变化之间的关系进行了探讨。

Abstract:Plant tissue culture methods of Fritillaria puqiensis were established.Various combinations of phytohormones were tested in the cultured F.puqiensis,and the best culture condition was re- vealed.In addition,soluble sugar,starch,amylase activity,phenylalanine ammonia lyase( PAL) activity and alkaloid content during bulb organogenesis of F.puqiensis were also determined.
