自然降温过程中栀子叶片膜保护系统的变化与低温半致死温度的关系

摘    要: 以人工栽培的栀子为材料,研究了其叶片低温半致死温度及膜保护系统随气温下降的变化。结果表明,低温半致死温度降低的同时,SOD、POX活性增强,Vc含量增加,使膜保护系统清除自由基的能力加强,O2-水平降低,MDA含量下降。膜保护系统的适应性变化导致低温半致死温度的下降是抗寒性提高的基础。

Abstract:The paper investigates the changes of the semilethal temperature and membrane protective system of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis leaves as temperature fell. The results show that the semilethal temperature decreased. The activity of SOD,POX and the content of Vc increased, leading to increasing of the ability of the membrane protective of scavenging free radical. In this way the level of O2 and content of MDA decreased. The decline of the semilethal temperature caused by the changes of membrane protective system was the foundation of rising the cold resistance.
