摘    要: 对浙江省天台山8种土壤细菌生理群生态分布的特性进行了研究,结果表明:每种细菌生理类群在8种土壤中的分布有较大的差异,与土壤的立地条件、营养成分、水热条件有较大的关系。好气性纤维素分解菌、好气性固氮菌、氨化细菌、有机磷分解菌、无机磷分解菌在每种土壤中均占有较大的比例,为8种土壤细菌生理群的优势菌群。与云锦杜鹃(Rhododendron fortunei)林土壤相比,其余7种土壤细菌生理类群总体组成的相似顺序为:竹林土壤>日本花柏(Chamaecyparis pisifera)林土壤>金钱松(Pseudola

Abstract:The ecological distribution of different bacterial physiological groups in several forest soils in the Tiantai mountain was investigated.The results indicate that the distribution patterns of various physiological groups of soil bacteria in several forest soils were quite different, depending on the site condition,soil nutrition and soil water-heat condition. The proportion of aerobic cellulose- dicomposing bacteria, aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, ammoniation bacteria, organic phosphorus-decomposing bacteria, inorganic phosphorus- decomposing bacteria to the amount of various physiological groups of soil bacteria are bigger, being the dominant physiological groups in each soil.The similar sequence of the composition of the bacterial physiological groups in each soil with the Rhododendron fortunei soil is bamboo forest soil > Chamaecyparis pisifera forest soil > Pseudolarix amabilis forest soil > Tea plantation forest soil > Pinus taiwanensis forest soil > Cryptomeria fortunei forest soil > Heptacodium miconioides forest siol.
