| 摘 要： | 目的:观察EXPASYL排龈膏法在不同牙龈指数(gingivalindex,GI)龈下牙体缺损充填修复中的排龈效果及远期疗效。方法:将152例(180颗牙)累及龈下的Ⅱ类洞按照不同GI分级原则,随机分为对照组、G1、G2 3组,对每组排龈临床效果及两年内充填体的脱落率进行对比分析。结果:不同牙龈指数的排龈效果及远期修复效果相同,差异无统计学意义。结论:GI指数≤2时,排龈效果及远期修复效果理想。
