大肠杆菌及聚肌胞核苷酸对柞蚕、家蚕蛹诱导产生溶菌酶、抗菌肽及凝集素的动力学

摘    要:大肠杆菌D31诱导柞蚕蛹产生抗菌多肽。同时,溶菌酶和凝集素活性都比诱导前有明显增高.其活力高峰、抗菌多肽在第7天左右、溶菌酶在第5天,而凝集素在第3天即达最高水平。不同品种的柞蚕蛹,经诱导产生的三种活性物质其活力差异不明显,但741、河四和小混品种中的抗菌多肽P9A及P9B组成比例较高。上述三种活性物质的诱导变化与性别有关,雄性高于雌性。比较了柞蚕蛹和家蚕经细菌诱导后上述三种活性物质的变化,家蚕凝集素活力很低,诱导后活力增高不明显。抗菌活力及溶菌酶活力的提高程度柞蚕也高于家蚕。聚肌胞核苷酸(Poly I:C)也能诱导两种蚕产生抗菌多肽及溶菌酶,但活力提高的显著程度都不及大肠杆菌诱导,凝集素活力变化也不显著。

Abstract:Antibacterial peptides were induced in the diapausing pupae of the oak silkworm Antheraea pernyi by injection of viable Escherichia coli D31 and the lysozyme and lectin activities increased accordingly. The activities of antibacterial peptides, lysozyme and lectin reached the maxima on the 7th day, the 5th day and the 3rd day respectively after the injection. No significant differences of the three induced active substances were observed in the different stocks of A. pernyii but some of the stocks such as 741, Hun-si and Xi-hun had higher ratios in the P9A and P9B components of the peptides and the im-munologieal activities in the male pupae were higher than those of the female pupae. The quantitative variation of the active substances between the pupae of A. pernyi and Bombyx mori has been compared. No haemaglutination activity of the haemolymph of B. mori for rabbit erythrocytes was discernible. The induced antibacterial peptide and lysozyme activities of A. pernyi were higher than those of B. mori. Antibacterial peptide and lysozyme activities were also induced in the diapausing pupae of A. pernyi and the pupae of B. mori by injecting poly I :C, but no significant increase of lectin activity in the haemolymph of B. mori was observed. The immunological activity induced by poly I:C injection was lower than that of E. coli injection.
