| Abstract: | Sendai virus defective interfering nucleocapsids, isolated from infected cell cytoplasm by equilibrium banding in CsCl gradients, contain only the viral N protein. Neither end of the genomic RNA within these nucleocapsids is accessible to RNase digestion. |
