| Abstract: | The recognition sites for several restriction endonucleases were mapped within deoxyribonucleic acid coding for histidine utilization (hut) genes of Salmonella typhimurium and Klebsiella aerogenes. Deoxyribonucleic acid fragments containing the two hut promoters were identified by ribonucleic acid polymerase binding. |
