| Abstract:By the development of biotechnology, DNA sequence analysis is used extensively in insect systematics. In this paper, the structure of ribosomal DNA, the significance in systematics and the application in insect phylogenetic relationships among different groups and levels are described systematically. The methods of DNA sequence analysis are introduced briefly, and the application prospect is forecasted. |
