| Proteus mirabilis(Pm) existed different growth states in the same strain by observation of its morphological changes through the annular inoculation,dibbling passage,Gram and flagellum staining and other methods.The Pm was changed in the growth rate,migration ability,growth forms and flagellum morphology.Therefore,it could be concluded that the same Pm strain existed different growth states. |
