It is one of the tasks of ecological environment monitoring that the change of soil microbial ecology in preservation zone caused by implementing forest classification management. This article compared the dynamic of soil microorganisms after transferring broadleaf forest into coniferous forest combined with microbial community characteristics of investigation and research data in many years in Mt. Xiaolong, Tianshui, Gansu and based on summarized the characteristics of the microbial community under the coniferous and broadleaf forests. The results showed that the region ① in warm temperate zone the broadleaf forest soil microbial quantity and the ecological range of distribution characteristics was fairly small, but fairly large in coniferous forest; ②The dominant bacteria genera of soil microbial communities were the same in the coniferous and broadleaf forests, but the dominant genus of Staphylococcus in coniferous forest and rare genus of Cephalosporium in broadleaf forest did not appear, and common genus of Alternaria in coniferous forest did not appear; ③ in warm temperate zone the soil microbial diversity index in broadleaf forest were all greater than in coniferous forest. The functional bacteria types and quantity sequence were basically identical in coniferous and broadleaf forest; ④ comprehensive analyses of the quantity, distribution, component of species and genera, diversity and function, and other characteristics of soil microbial community in different periods, it is believed that after transferring broadleaf forest into coniferous forest, the soil microbes gradually adapt to the variation of the ground vegetation, i.e. the establishment of the relationship between microorganisms and environment and the types of ground vegetation had much closely related.
